This was my Shadowrun: Hong Kong PC, drawn in March 2018. Mostly reposting her because I loved that game and had a lot of fun playing as her.

On western RPGs

Is there something against me playing them because three of the ones I've played crashed to unplayable conditions.

KOTOR 2, Neverwinter nights, Shadowrun:Hong kong

And for both Neverwinter and Shadowrun it was at the beginning of the game. After the first attack, and placing the seals respectively. I played through KOTOR 2 once on my second play through I couldn't re-board the Hawk after academy at the pole.

Context I started playing RPs with Final Fantasy and Suikuden, all the way back with the super Nes and Playstation, yes, I know old person on the internet, hush. I've played newer games.

Mass effect series, KOTOR 1, Dragon age: orgins, Skyrim, Fallout: new Vagas

But some western RP soft lock on me on a predictable basis.

Saltwater whips through Janie's hair and wicks onto her horns.

"How do you two keep your balance like that?" Is0bel tries to ask, but her voice vanishes into the wind and off the back of the boat. The motor drowns most of their conversation. She's leaning against Gobbet, who's crouched low, one hand gripping one of the benches on the small speedboat.

"What?" Duncan asks, glancing down at her. He's stood calmly next to his sister, shifting his weight as they bounce against the waves. Is0starts to open her mouth again, but Janie beats her to it.

"Practice. A good sturdy stance. Maybe he'll blame some of his training," she jerks her head toward Duncan. "I'll blame trying to 'surf' on cars."

Duncan starts to protest, then quirks his head, and finally nods. He forgot about that. The road rash sucked.

Janie peels away from him and nudges Jomo up at the helm, whispers (says it at a normal volume) a few words, and the boat cuts its speed.

"Not used to your sea legs even though you live on a boat, huh?" he calls back to the runners behind him. Janie rejoins the group, trying her best not to rock the boat as she moves. Gobbet finally straightens, standing to her full height.

"It doesn't really do much besides bob in the waves." Her volume is still way too loud, too used to competing against the roar of the engine. "You guys would surf on cars? We should compare childhood notes. I wanna see who did weirder stuff. And hear more stories about--"

"No," Duncan says flatly. Janie shakes her hair out, sending water showering down on him. His grumbling sends a tusky smile across her face.

"Let's do it. I've got some fun stories. But maybe they can wait until after this run."

They finally back to Seattle, but it's bittersweet ending because they lost their father, but at least they still have each other. Now, they need blow off steam.
