This song has a dance beat that doesn't match the vibe, but damn if it didn't remind me what great angst we missed with Shadow Nia and MCxAerin. That "Nia, you're being an ass" moment in Ironbreach, when she's all hopped up on Shadow and Aerin just left like an idiot, could have been so much messier.

My personal thoughts:

It's super interesting that MC introduces Aerin as the heir to Morella, not the guy who summoned the Dreadlord.

I find it so funny that even after months hanging out in the Shadow Realm together, no one ever once mentioned Aerin to Valax. Not even to talk shit.

Aerin, please never prove your awful father right again! At least it took Aerin a couple months to get mauled? Unless there's still a time difference between Realms...

Cause of death is also interesting to me. No offense meant, but hiding is kind of one of Aerin's best things.

I'm playing at the general release pace, but if more interesting changes come up, I'll post them as I play!
