Zeta Luceo

I feel oddly nervous sharing this. This is my dream Gundam. I made it on Gundam Breaker 4 . It is called the Zeta Luceo (due to creating a lot of light). It is a cross between the Zeta, Stargazer, and G-Self painted in Zeta colors. It is my ultimate Gundam and very special to me. It also has a six winged awakened mode labeled "Zeta Luceo Seraphim".

Not!Gundam Lfrith

it’s totally another Lfrith. Why is Bandai so secretive 😂 is the name itself a spoiler? “Mass-produced Gundam” or something?

It could be a Gundam for a major character, but its loadout seems too basic. Not even a GUND-BIT shield?

Lots of shared frame parts with the pink Lfrith. Check out the diagonal panels on the upper legs, the two pipes behind the knee joints, and the drum-shaped feet joints. Not to mention the shoulders and elbows

Gundam Schwarzette

Very Jeturk elements, especially the Darilbalde. The halo, backs of the legs, the location of the shell units, shape of the torso. Cloven hooves are almost like the Dilanza

Hopefully the sword will have some nifty features (it splits into two?)

Might be Guel’s new MS, but 1. it doesn’t have a polearm when both his MS used polearms, and 2. the colour scheme doesn’t scream Guel to me. It fits Lauda though

Likely Chuchu the Chad’s new MS. Colour scheme reminds me of Gusion Rebake. If this had four arms it would be even cooler than it already is!

Need to finish my Hyaku Shiki Revive, poor guy's like 70% done but I got distracted. Only HG I've seen with gold plastic that looks half decent out of the box and the design is pretty great.

The 00 kits I built have all been pretty decent. HG 00 is very solid, HG Astraea rocks, and the Brave Commander is fantastic by any measure except stickers. HG Seravee is a bit of a brick but still does most of what I wanted really well (and Seraphim can replace its backpack!). The Flag is a bit iffy in the hands/weapons department but otherwise good. Only other one is MG Kyrios which rules but that is, like the Dynames MG, pretty recentish so I wasn't surprised.

As for HWBM, got into that and We Know the Devil the other way round. I've played the heck out of HWBM, lured in by mecha and LGBT, and got We Know the Devil fairly recently. Heaven Will Be Mine is utterly fantastic (and deeply gundam influenced in many of the same ways my own brain was warped lol)

Haven't been painting any kits lately but I have been making some work on the backlog. Finally got my hands on a Brave Commander from the 00 movie for not scalper prices and it's a really fun build. A lot better than the Susanowo was lol

i am SO happy you asked about this one bc lemme tell you dude, this au is my baby HKJDFHG even though i haven't actually worked that much on it in comparison to my other 00 projects... i think this au is a year or two old by now, but it's sort of gotten sidelined by other things (like xenogundam), so i haven't written a lot for it yet. here's a snippet from the prologue!

"—leaving." "And why is that? Don't you want to say hello to our guest?" "..." "You look so serious! Suit yourself, then. I'll talk to him." "...Regene." "Yes?" "When I come back, you'd better be able to convince me that this was a good idea." "...I'll see you later, Ribbons." A quiet scoff. Footsteps. The sound of a heavy door creaking and slamming shut. And then— And then... And then, Tieria Erde's eyes snap wide open.

the classic "lockon lives" au, but with a twist! because instead of lockon stratos, tieria erde is the one who goes to confront ali al-saachez during operation fallen angels, and instead of lockon stratos, tieria erde is the one who dies. nadleeh is destroyed, and its pilot along with it; only the gn drive can be recovered from the scene. setsuna missing, allelujah missing, tieria dead—lockon is the sole survivor of the gundam meisters. except, unbeknownst to the remaining members of celestial being, there are systems in place to resurrect a fallen innovade, and regene regetta doesn't seem satisfied to let his sibling die just like that.

so, this au doubles not just as a lockon lives au but also as an innovator!tieria au; regene spends the 4 years between seasons 1 and 2 convincing tieria to join ribbons's side, while neil spends those years stewing in his survivor's guilt and mourning the friends he's lost. i may not have a lot written for this au but i have PLENTY of thoughts, bc the concept is just chock full of so many fun implications and ideas. like, how would neil handle being the only gundam meister left? in canon, tieria is able to assume a more leaderlike position in those in-between years, but neil is so bitter and downtrodden that i don't even know if he would be able to bring himself to believe that setsuna and alle are still alive. as much as he tries to act like he's an optimist we all know that's not the case lmao. also imagining lyle as seravee/seraphim's pilot? very fun. give that man a big gun, i think he'd like that! also, tieria would get to interact with louise and neil would get to interact with saji, which is... ohhhh you have no idea how many thoughts i have on that. the parallels between louise and neil are palpable and you bet i'm gonna explore those as much as i can. there's lots more i could go into (ie: anew my beloved) but this post is long enough and i don't want to give away too much so i'll keep quiet for now :3

i think the fact that i have so many thoughts about this au is actually a big reason why i've barely written anything for it HKGDFJGK like, there's so much to explore that i have a hard time sitting down and sorting out details like "what actually happens in the fic" and "the order in which those events happen". but i really want to make this au into a proper fic some day! i swear to god i'm gonna do it!!

as for the au's title, it comes from a song of the same name by saintseneca! it hurts me immensely too, so i'm glad i could inflict the same pain upon you <3

pale blue skies and 0.1 are both gundam 00 fics, specifically in (the? are we putting in an article) xenogundam au. the synopsis to that au is technically here but at this point that post is kind of out of date. still it gets at least an adjacent point across so it's what we'll go with until we make a new one!

0.1 is the easier one to explain: it's the "chapter zero" segment in which soran ibrahim finds the gundam exia and becomes the innovator setsuna f. seiei. because it comes first in the telling of xg!au (much in the same way that setsuna's meeting with the 0 gundam comes first in canon), there's a little bit more explaining of what the gundams are like and their effects on human beings, but a lot of it is still left on the table to be explained by later entries since well. setsuna mostly doesn't care enough to think about the fiddly details until they come up lmao

there's a focus on memory and language in 0.1 and how they can promote both understanding and (pardon the pun) alienation in a group of people. this is notable, for example, in the fact that soran ibrahim, being a child from krugis, speaks only kurdish, while the azadistani citizens he passes by in azadistani settlements would speak only farsi. xgau is, at its core, about Communication and Connection, and disconnects like these between soran/setsuna and the human beings around him are exactly how i want to start this story.

to assign 0.1 to a point in the show, it's essentially the prologue and first episode of season 1.

pale blue skies is a fic that focuses on xg!au tieria, and on the events leading into the Trans-Am "metamorphosis" that transforms virtue/nadleeh (written as one being that has multiple names for its various forms) into seravee/seraphim. xg!au tieria is...essentially what would happen if you took early- to mid-s1 tieria and put him in s2 with not only no time to grow but an outside force actively pushing him constantly to not grow, because the innovator he was built to be is already exactly who he needs to be.

pale blue skies demonstrates that this is not at all the case. to put it at a point in the show, it'd be during that four-year gap after operation fallen angels—though in xg!au, that timespan is a LOT more condensed, ending up at around six months and change. through various character arcs of their own, exia has become 00, kyrios has become arios, dynames has become cherudim...and nadleeh is still stuck half-melted in the ground because it and tieria can't figure out the "method" for activating trans-am, and none of the other innovators can help them understand it (because it's a completely personal experience, and none of them are nadleeh and tieria).

tieria argues with nadleeh for the first time in his entire existence, nadleeh has to shut itself down to conserve power, and tieria decides that the innovator he needs to be, the innovator he is, has proven insufficient. the problem isn't that they can't activate trans-am to repair themselves, it's that he can't. and if he can't do that, he's nothing but an obstacle.

while nadleeh is still shut down and no one else is awake to stop him, tieria sneaks out of the innovators' camp and goes into the desert alone to clear that obstacle once and for all.

and while he fades, he thinks about music.

pale blue skies is named after a combination of the famous Pale Blue Dot that is earth from space and the song Mr. Blue Sky by electric light orchestra. the fic is non-chronological, and jumps between tieria's current state to his memories of one strange, human little moment between a bunch of people who aren't human at all.

this is a fic about tieria erde trying to die alone in the desert and it's also extremely a fic about the Hivemind Karaoke Night that changed the course of history. i made an actual real playlist for it and everything and every song in that playlist is involved in the fic somehow and i have made mr. blue sky the funny song mr. blue sky be plot-critical and i am having an Absolutely Phenomenal Time

did i mention lyle dylandy is here too? he's an innovator now. he pilots the 0 gundam. he's responsible for this. he's responsible for the fact that both bohemian rhapsody and potential breakup song [explicit] is featured in my gundam 00 alternate universe fan fiction on-line

Albarn Gundam (bug in my brain)

Ok. so for the last few days, I’ve had the urge to try and make a coustom gundam(s) based on Maka and Soul (from soul eater). Asthetically I know I could do it, but I wanted to preserve the notion of living weapons in some capacity, but without making one gundam significantly smaller than the other (I.E. Serave and Seraphim gundams from 00), but I cant seem to figure this out. Any indeas or input?

Your excitement and enthusiasm is nothing to be ashamed of. Even in your thirties, you'll still be just as excited whenever you hear the theme.

How long have you been in the fandom?

Since the summer of 2018, which would make it roughly three years. I got into Wing because I've watched G Gundam, Gundam X, Char's Counterattack, and 08th MS Team in the past, so I figured I would go and watch it online. And I was not disappointed. I even have the entire soundtrack of Wing and Endless Waltz downloaded from YouTube and another site to my computer before YouTube deleted the channel that had some complete Gundam soundtracks. I even use some of them for my fanfictions and/or other people's fanfictions.

Who is your favorite character?

Pretty hard to choose, as much as I would like to say that there are a couple of characters there that are nothing but complete douchenozzles (*coughwufeianddorothycough*). Still, though, if I would have to choose one of them, it would be Heero Yuy.

Favorite Gundam?

Wing Gundam Zero, Gundam Deathscythe Hell, and Wing Gundam Seraphim (yes, it's real, it's on the Gundam Wiki if you search it.)

Which character do you relate to the most and why?

Heero, again; both of us strive for efficiency in whatever we do.

What is your favorite scene (or quote) in Gundam Wing?

Um... I know it's a pretty popular choice, but Wing Gundam Zero in Endless Waltz emerging from its feathery cocoon-thing and when it spreads its angel wings, white feathers flutter out of it. It was amazing.

Oh my God, there's like, so many! Um, there's a Pokemon/Gundam Wing crossover story that I've written named Black Rainbow and its sequel that I've written, Glass Neuroses. I've also made some fanart of Duo Maxwell with my Pokemon Trainer OC Remilia and her Butterfree Nori in the style of NekoPara, plus I've made some fanart of Tiel Noembreux with Wing Gundam Seraphim and Tiel again with Heero Yuy. I've also made a cover for Black Rainbow featuring Heero in a black void in his cockpit and usual outfit glowing and sparking a golden yellow with draconic rainbow eyes. Why these traits? Well, I'm not telling, you'll just have to read Black Rainbow to find out. ;)

What would you tell your younger self about Gundam Wing and why?

I would tell my thirteen-year-old self (I was four years old when Wing first aired on Toonami, so there was no way I would be able to watch it, much less remember it) to watch Gundam Wing. It's a lot more serious than G but it's so goddamn good.
