How Would Your F/O React to You Calling Them Terms of Endearment in Your Native Language? 🌺

Their reaction would be a mix of surprise and delight. The sound of your native language rolling off your tongue makes the term feel extra special to them. They might pause for a second, tilting their head with a curious smile, before saying, “What does that mean?”

When you explain, their grin would grow wider, if they’re bold, they might try to say it themselves, even if they fumble over the pronunciation, which would make both of you laugh. “Am I saying it right?” They’d ask, determined to get it perfect so they can call you by a term of endearment in your own language too.

Every time you call them that afterward, their heart would skip a beat, feeling even closer to you because of the personal touch behind your words. 🩷

Weather? Sport events? Holidays? Maybe even birthdays? Some lazy days to spend together? Planned dates to spend with each other?

your f/o having a crush on you but they’re the worst at hiding it .. always perking up at the mention of your name , getting you gifts and paying for your food , offering to take trips with you and do things for you , rambling on and on about you with their friends with the sweetest smile and flushed face , always stuck to your side whenever you’re around .. and somehow , it’s obvious to everyone but you ;3

fun things you can do when you have an f/o!

print out pictures of them to hang up on your wall!

if they wear jewelry, make it!

make stickers of them! (there's tutorials on youtube of how to make stickers at home, or, you can get sticker paper on amazon for pretty cheap, mine was $6!)

if you do make stickers, put them on your sketchbook, journal, laptop, or whatever you feel like putting them on!

make a google slides presentation on them! alternatively, you could also write an essay about them.

if they don't have a canonical style of handwriting, find or try to write in a way they would write!

if they do, try making your own font of their handwriting that you can download and use. or, try to learn how to write similarly to them, maybe write letters to yourself from their perspective.

if they have a birthday or there's a holiday coming up (irl or canonical), make a card for them!

make them in the sims, or some other character creation making game. or, make a minecraft skin of them.

draw them as a character from another source. for example, draw them as a pony from mlp, or draw them as a character from smiling friends!

make a playlist of youtube videos you'd think they'd enjoy watching, and perhaps watch them again and pretend like you're watching them with your f/o.

make food they canonically like, or you'd think they'd like!

make a tier list as if they were making it! like a fruit tier list, for example.

Be as OP as you fucking want.

Make yourself a god

give yourself superpowers

give yourself a tail and horns or wings or anything you want!

Let your s/i change the entire plot to be how you like.

Make your s/i a shapeshifter or a vampire or an elf.

Even if it doesn't fit in Canon. I don't care. Your s/i is completely indulgent to you. What matters is that you enjoy yourself.

I make the rules. Im not sorry about it. That's how it is.

Your f/o loves you so so much. Doesn't care if you're human or an alien or whatever. They love you for you.

Coming from someone who literally made a goddess s/i at one point. Just have fun with it

💌Things that could help you feel closer to your f/o🪽

i know not all of these things will work for some people but here are some things i do, or plan on doing, that i think could be helpful :3

~ Draw them or, even better, draw yourself or your s/i with them

~ Think about what they smell like (whether canon or what you believe) and purchase perfumes or candles that smell like them

~ Make or buy their favourite food or food you think they would enjoy (if you also enjoy it)

~ Create a playlist that reminds you of them, or with music that you think they would enjoy

~ What is their comfort clothing item? Perhaps you could find or buy that for yourself to keep a part of them with you, and experience borrowing/wearing their clothes

~ Make a pinterest board for them, with pictures of them or things that remind you of them

~ Watch movies, shows, documentaries or videos that you think they would enjoy (if you also enjoy it)

~ Does a plushie or keychain exist of your f/o that you could buy, if not, maybe you could make one? It would be fun to have a mini version of your f/o that you could carry around with you!

~ You could make or buy bracelets/necklaces with your f/o's name or colours or gems that remind you of them

~ Write about them! Whether its fanfiction or simply just writing how you feel about them, it could be a stress-relieving activity

i had a good time thinking of these and definitely plan to eventually do the things i haven't yet done on this list, i hope some of these ideas are helpful and fun for you too! <3

the next time you get shown the ship or just have it in your head, imagine your f/o looking at the ship from over your shoulder and scrunching up their nose. being grossed out by it. being made uncomfortable by it, grimacing awkwardly at the sight of it. being confused by it!!!

they dislike that ship just as much as you do, believe me! no matter how many times someone draws them looking happy and in love with whoever, that ain't happening.

Would you buy them gifts revolving around their interests , take them to places involving their interests , or learn about it yourself so you can both talk about it together ?
