Trinity Amethyst and Violet the Hedgehog in Movie form

So I actually really wanted to redesign the characters a bit for this, all Team Star's undercover, incognito forms have hoodies, but Trinity has her hair in braids instead of in a ponytail like before in movie form.

Just know I'd REALLY like it if y'all could help me get these guys in the fifth or sixth movie! I know that if you've been a fan of mines for quite some time you'd know how I'd ask you guys to help get some things in Pokémon games, and you did! So only if you could, I'd love it if you guys could help me get these guys in the movie!

Also, I'm making Emerald Eclipse the Wolf, Mary Ann the Lamb, and Penny the Panda in the movie too.

About the Movie! Trinity Amethyst the Dog:

So first off, she and the rest of Team Star don't come from Mobius, but they come from a different world.

In the different world, it's pretty much like Mobius but it was more like Sonic Forces, but Sonic wasn't there kind of thing.

So Trinity sealed off Infinite in kind of like a suspended animation (learned the meaning when I was 8 watching Sonic X 😉), and hasn't been walen up since.

But that was years ago. So when Sonic caused the blast with his speed (like in the first movie, which is how Tails found him and stuff), that power reached Trinity's world, and Infinite reawaken.

That's where Trinity got her scar on her leg. And the scar is also filled with Phantom Ruby energy.

So after whatever happened in the fourth movie, Infinite reaches Earth and the events of Sonic Forces happen again.

But Trinity and the rest of Team Star (Emerald, Violet, Mary Ann, Penny) aren't too happy with Sonic and his friends, as she attacks them using her powers when she finds them.

So it's basically like Sonic Forces, but with Trinity and Team Star instead of Gadget.

AND Trinity and Team Star are kind of like antiheroes at the beginning of their movie debut.

They're personalities are a little changed too!

NEW PERSONALITIES

So Trinity is an Aquarius with Aquarius vibes ofc. But she's also quite snappy and rude in the movies, especially her debut, lashing out all her anger on Sonic. She also is kind of like the princess of her planet, but hates being all formal and royal; or even being addresses that way. She is also very strategic and tactical, thinking up problem solvers in less than five minutes. (APPEARANCE CHANGES: Now wearing a dress instead of her strapless 'bathingsuit' and leather jacket. Her hair is also in a ponytail instead of just out; not being contained. Her gloves aren't pink, fingerless, have a fluffy outer brim, and have an amethyst in the middle,l anymore, as they have been simplified to just long white silky gloves. Her amethyst is also in a new area, no long being on her gloves, but rather her chest. Her new movie outfit also kinda censors the old one; because I wanted to see how it would turn out.)

And Mary Ann is an Aries, also being her personality, and her being a sheep ofc (lol; unintentional). But in the movies, she's more sentimental and serious; definitely less risk taking then her original version. She also looks out for Trinity more, rather than Trinity look out for her. She was orphaned for a reason I can't think up rn, but Trinity and her family decided to adopt her, making her Trinity's adoptive sister. (APPEARANCE CHANGES WILL BE FEATURED IN NEXT POST LIKE THIS!!)

Violet the Hedgehog has to be a Scorpio due to her personality. She's calm and gentle, but insane when provoked. Don't get on her bad side! So the entire movie, let's just say, Violet has trying to calm Trinity down with her rampage (psychically and verbally). But in the movie, she's also very curious and a little airheaded, not thinking before acting. This is a big issue for when in battle. Also, because of her bangs she is normally considered to be a bear, but she's a hedgehog and that bothers her a lot when other people call her differently. (APPEARANCE CHANGES: So unlike her old outfit, being a turquoise jacket, some jean shorts, and a velvet T-shirt, I slightly altered it to be a longer, more lab-coat like jacket and a velvet crop top sweater.) Her weapon is kind of like a Kusarikama, but no double sided or chains (I hope my memory didnt just embarrass me there)

Emerald Eclipse is definitely an Aries, but more combative and insane than Mary Ann. She definitely likes rock and punk music, also being pretty edgy and emo. In the movies, however, her love for battle increases by a million, raising her combative spirit. Her weapon is mainly moonlight. The darker it is, the powerful she gets. Her howling is also a great weapon in battle. (APPEARANCE CHANGES WILL BE FEATURED IN NEXT POST LIKE THIS!!)

Penny is definitely a Pisces for her kind personality. She's extremely innocent and gentle, and looks up to Trinity a lot. She isn't in the movie very much but only in a cameo.

NO AGE CHANGES IN THE MOVIE!! TRINITY IS 16, EMERALD IS 17, VIOLET IS 15, MARY ANN IS 13, AND PENNY IS 7.

I couldn't stop thinking since your post about wxs parents, or more specifically the tenma parents, bc they actually interest me a lot

Because like, the tenma mom DOES actually come up sometimes in saki and tsukasa's side stories and an area conversation. And not just the fact she taught them to play piano, i mean more familial situations. She even appears by herself and it's usually when they're at the house and she seems really sweet and caring actually

And also whenever Tsukasa brings her up (which he seems to do more often than Saki? Or at least from the stories I've read, i might be wrong) he speaks of her in a way that seems quite fond and might imply that she is around at the house at least usually

In contrast, though, the tenma dad almost NEVER comes up. Like the only time I remember him being mentioned (that is NOT about tsukasa bringing up That Show they watched as kids or the family visiting saki at the hospital bc that's obvious they're there) was once in the hinamatsuri event about how he bought the doll stand and some helmet when they were little? smth about how he impulse buys things

And that was it. He didnt even appear

He's never actually appeared by himself at the house or any side story to my knowledge (do correct me if I'm wrong) and he doesn't SEEM to be around the house on a daily basis at all

Even in the past when tsukasa stayed at home alone it was tenmama he got calls from, at least the one they showed us

Tenpapa's job is also never mentioned unlike tenmama's. And like tenmas are implied to be at least somehow recognisable or respected of a family, or at the very least by people like the Aoyagis since they are always stated to hold them in such regard, but is it just about tenmama playing the piano? Or maybe there's smth more about the dad that we don't know?

He's just. Such an enigma. We barely have any crumbs. Even in that image of baby tenmas seeing a show for the first time from the beginning of wxs main story shows a little bit of tenmama, like we can see her hair and all, but we can only see tenpapa's hand

It's just... where is he?? At work? What does he do?? Why don't they talk about him that much??? Why won't they show him in side stories??? Am I reading too much into it???

Anyway tsukasa and saki definitely love their parents and at the very least the mom seems like a rly caring and overall present person in their lives. They never say anything bad about the dad either if they ever do. They seem like good parents overall. The whole tsks neglect thing, yes, of course it wasn't a good decision to leave him alone at home, but it doesn't make them bad. Tsukasa never even mentioned anything that could imply he holds it against them and ik he is stupidly forgiving sometimes and sometimes forgets about himself but still. You get me. Besides we don't really know the extent of it all so shsuhd

Nightcord World Link Cards Overview!!☆

I’n kinda late! No, I’m really late. But I only saw one person that noticed a key visual in Mizuki’s card so I must overview.

Kanade!! She looks like a goddess! The big picture is beautiful but the thing about sekai cards is that they always have the tiny details - the buttons down her shirt are the phases of the moon, and on her chest, it might be a necklace or something, but there are roman numerals which I’m assuming is 25 (side note: they all have it!!) She (and the others) also have a lil clock necklace thing but Im stupid and dont know how to read time so someone else can tell me what time that is. I’m assuming it’s 25:00 or 1:00, but idk. Kanade is sitting in the middle of a clock, there’s sheet music flying around, and there’s light coming from the bubbles, which are rising up around her.. a high contrast to-

Mafuyu’s card! Instead of the bubbles rising, Mafuyu’s bubbles are in a flurry of panic, much like her inner self. I saw someone on Reddit say that there are so many bubbles because it represents Mafuyu’s inability to clearly view her inner self, so we can’t view her very well. She has a pained and desperate expression on her face like she’s diving for something - a detail which can relate to her untrained card, where she’s picking things up from the lake. She’s clutching her heart. And. That’s all. Onto Ena!!

Ena!! The calmest card in the set, which is why it’s also my least favorite (IM SRY ENA!!!) In terms of mental self she’s definitely the best-off Nightcord character, something definitely taken accounted for in her card. Behind her is darkness, with papers scattered across the floor. The papers show different drawings and sketches, which are all left behind in the darkness. I believe this is because she’s finally figured out what to do with herself, and now she’s leaving her years of pain and suffering behind in those drawings and reaching the light. She can draw something beautiful again- the flowers in the frame, the very frame she has her hand on - those same flowers were in her self-portrait On this Blank Canvas, I Paint card. The other two drawings are of the empty sekai, something she’s found that kept her going even through that dark hallway. Love you Enaaaa ♡ proud of you☆

Last but not least Mizuki, my favorite card in the game! The first thing I wanted to point out is WHY ARE THEY SINKING??? SEGA PLS LET THEM BACK UP PLS PLS PLS

That note aside, hehe! Surface facts: They’re sinking away from the light, and they’re reaching up for it, though not whole-heartedly, as their fingers are curled and their other arm is tucked beneath their legs. They almost seem really tired. Like the other three cards, they have bubbles! Unlike the other three cards, their past untrained cards are in the bubbles - namely their And Now, I Wear This Ribbon card, their Secret Distance card, and their We Escape to Survive card.

Another lil something that ties into their first unit card, Uncompromising Obsession, is that the Mizuki and the Mizuki in the reflection is different. Mizuki in UO is smiling while UO reflection Mizuki is sad, that sad expression almost perfectly mimicking world link Mizuki. Meanwhile world link reflection Mizuki’s eyes are closed, contrasting to actual world link Mizuki, whose eyes are open. I’m guessing this is because in UO, Mizuki is smiling while their reflection is sad. Now, the real Mizuki is underwater, the place of sadness, while above the water, the once-smiling part of them is sleeping.

Maybe I’m looking too much into things? Idk I don’t proofread a lot I’m too lazyy so sorry if I messed up Mizuki’s pronouns! I tried to use they/them but I use she/her a lot by accident when it comes to these types of situations. I’ll try to be more careful! Hope you liked my overview though hehe

Disappeared for rehearsal but your anger is totally justified and honestly as a wxs fan I am so so disappointed in the ones who start hating on vbs for this and completely misinterpreting all this and callig it useless for no other reason other than spite. Grow up oh my god.

Idk i just feel like this is such childish behaviour and you, especially as a vbs oshi, deserve to be mad bc honestly. The twitter community is so tiring. Oh trust me, I was excited for Tsukasa5 being limited as well (multiple reasons, aside from what you've said: while I understand the reasoning behind this set being lim, I genuinely wish it wasn't because it'll likely lock side stories and generally nice story moments from some players forever which is unfair, and I don't think shouldn't have been lim in the same way Canary event or Our Happy Ending or Saying Goodbye to My persona weren't; I'm also pissed off by, as I already said, VERY BAD TERRIBLE NO GOOD precedent for the greedy and unfair gacha this banner sets up). It's majorly messed up from Sega's part to do that with him, but it's not because they hate WxS as characters or something, it's because they know they can put a limited event, a WLE (semi-limited) and then a fan-favourite unlimited banner and still get profit from all of it, possibly more than they would if the distribution was better. It's not them hating WxS fans (if anything, VBS fans are more screwed), it's just corporate greed that we need to stop personifying.

I guess I'm just majorly disappointed, more even in the VBS fans being... Like this than the outside reaction. VBS have always been a running joke withing the fandom let's be honest, not a lot of people take them and their (very interesting) themes seriously at all (which is partially why LUtF had so much backlash for suddenly getting serious as if VBS weren't already that). Others' reaction to The Event was always something that I could predict, the amplification of it by the malicious planning is unfortunate but understandable. It's the in-fandom panic and the discovery that people who claim to be fans genuinely do not read the events, do not read the events' synopsis, the events' short summaries and then proceed to have insane takes and spread them as truth that got me upset the most I think lol.

That said my rage is amplified a lot here, mostly for laughs. I am majorly annoyed and miffed because I was expecting at least the VBS fans to be hyped and excited so we could all celebrate, but oh well. Forgot I have different definition of "a fan of a unit" than 90% of the fandom. I still know a lot of people who are on the same wavelength as me and we can get hyped together though, so like I said, it doesn't upset me too much, just makes me want to whack some people with a comically oversized hammer. I'll be just fine.

the groups/units are as follows:

Leo/Need. Um, they're just lesbians. And childhood best friends. And star imagery. And- ummmm. I like them a lot. They're Ichika Hoshino, Saki Tenma, Shiho Hinomori, and Honami Mochizuki! THEY ARE AWESOME!!! THEY ALSO MAKE ME SADDD!!! So basically they formed because Ichika wanted to form a band once Saki got out of the hospital after being there for a few years due to her chronic illness iirc? Ichika wants to form the band to honor a childhood promise they made. I haven't read the story in a bit so I might be wrong haha.

More More Jump! THEM!! They're idols. They do pop music and stuff but they are surprisingly angsty- so. Minori Hanasato (me frfr), Haruka Kiritani, Airi Momoi, and Shizuku Hinomori. They are LESBIANS. ALL OF THEM. Sorry I- um anyways. their unit formed because minori is a lesbian over haruka and she inspired them all to become idols again because she's dreamed of being an idol since she was a child Because of Haruka.

Vivid Bad Squad which.. um I don't like them as much as the other groups *I get booed off the stage* ANYWAYS they're street musicians and I won't lie I should start reading their stories after the recent An card. So the members are: Kohane Azusawa (she is hampster), An Shiraishi, Akito Shinonome, and Toya Aoyagi! Akito is kind of gay and so is Toya you did not hear this from me though ^_^ They are all kinda gay. i did not read their story sorry

Wonderlands x Showtime, which is a group of musical actors and they have much whimsy and silly energy! The members are Emu Ootori, Tsukasa Tenma, Nene Kusanagi, and Rui Kamishiro! I like Rui a lot I think he's neat :> Weird little guy. Emu is so cutee. She's so wonderhoy. I read their story but I don't remember it. Emu won though.

aaand Nightcord at 25:00! They're a circle who met on Nightcord I think, which is like Discord but Night (get it because they're Nightcord at 25:00 which is like 1 am-) aaand. I love them. They're the angst group if you will. They want to die and I worry about them. The members aaare! Kanade Yoisaki, Mafuyu Asahina, Ena Shinonome, and Mizuki Akiyama. Mizuki is trans which is pretty awesome of her :D

Generation VIII Pokemon Nicknames, Part 1

I might as well see this through and get "caught up" in a sense, even if this one is years late.

... And let's see how many Yakuza/Starcraft references make it... And again, I'll only nickname those that I can see myself making, and if I can come up with a nickname.

Grass drummer, huh? Hmm... "Dalin". Read as Dal-in, the Korean-hanja term for an expert/master. If read in Japanese, it would be read as Tatsujin. So this is a Taiko no Tatsujiin reference, which is apparently an actual standalone game, but I only know it from a Club Sega arcade minigame in Yakuza 5.

Hey, I know this one! A sportsman fire bunny! No problem. I'll call it "Tennis Ace". But it's supposed to be a soccer pl- It's tennis now. Tennis Ace the job in Yakuza 8. ... So that's 2 for 2...

... Hmm... those are good stats for an Sp. Atk focused guy. Power creep? Ahem. So it's a Water type chameleon? Ability Sniper. Fascinating. And it's even blue, like a certain someone who appeared in my top favorites ranking. So this guy obvious gets the nickname of "Ghost". As a chameleon, I'd imagine this guy can blend into the background, like a Terran Ghost with Cloak research, and Ghosts carry sniper rifles. Even had the ability Snipe in Starcraft II, which was later changed to Steady Targeting, which everyone calls Snipe anyways.

That's... a fat squirrel. Has the Spd stat to match. I would never make one. If I did, I'd probably call it "FatRat", who... I think is a Halo speedrunner? Pro? Something like that? I don't know that scene very well.

A Flying/Steel, and not a Steel/Flying, so this thing would end up in my Flying Box instead of the Steel one. ... If I made this thing for whatever reason. This is like a more well-rounded Skarmory, which isn't a good thing, so... I would not make one.

... That looks like a Megaman boss. I used to watch my cousin play X4 and X5. I think it's from one of those. Hmm... high defensive stats, low HP, Bug typing... not ideal, so... nope.

Dex filler fodder minion. Pass.

Another defensive thing with low HP. Since I'm not studying each Pokemon extensively and instead, just glancing at the stats and typing, I wouldn't know the full extent of Pokemon capabilities. This one... meh. Could be strangely useful like Whimsicott, but Whimsicott has Prankster. This one doesn't. So... pass. That said, the spore on its back kind of looks like a cross between a golf ball and a baseball, so I might've called this things as "Bolf".

A fodder sheep-ram? I would've called it "Sham" but... I would never bother.

Hey, this is that Kilo that Shield has! I remember this thing's insanely focused stats! A barracuda eh? Hmm... I might call this as "Machete". In Yakuza 8, there's a gang called the Barracudas, whose boss is Dwight Mendez, and his boss battle theme is Twin Machetes.

Hey, another thing that Shield has. I'll call it "Declawed". Because I thought for certain that this thing had claws when I wrote the short story, and it turned out it didn't.

Ugh. Massive centipede... Crap stats, so... pass.

Not a Water type? Huh. ... "Careful. There's no escaping this guy's headlock. He kind of sucks you in." This thing looks interesting, but... 42 Spd. Nope. Unfortunately, this is the kind of thing that pops up in a Battle Tower-esque thing that promptly gets one-shotted by my vanguard Salamence and only serves as fodder for Moxie.

Another Cuphead name? Um... I think there's a teapot somewhere in that game, so... that name?

29 Spd. Why is everything so f*cking slow, or insanely fast? The hell is thing is supposed to be, anyways? 136 Sp. Atk so I'd probably make one, but exclusive for Trick Room? I don't know.

60 Spd. Another slow-ass dude. It has Prankster, but... blech.

An armored Linoone? Finally, something with a respectable Spd stat. Not too high, not too low. Too bad the rest of thing sucks.

That thing looks like a Meowth who's seen some sh*t. ... 50 Spd. Nope.

Looks like this Corsola fought its way out of a Toxapex's stomach and reclaimed what was left of its body. 145 Sp. Atk is ridiculous, and 130 Sp. Def is amazing, but 50 Def and 60 HP with 30 Spd means it dies immediately to any Ghost or Dark type that has a physical attack. Boo. So this would be one of those things that I make but never use. "Leftovers".

Hey, Sword's Pokemon! That useless ass bird finally got a purpose. 65 Spd... ... It will finally get made, and then get stuffed in a box for eternity. "Short Legs". Because one, it has short legs, and two, this is kind of like a Zealot in Starcraft if you forget the Leg Enhancement upgrade from the Citadel of Adun. For real, one of my biggest gripes with the first Sonic Adventure is that Knuckles' story begins with "I've been on this island my whole life and don't know why" and ends with "Guess I'll never know."

PLEASE EXPLORE HIS PAST SEGA. PLEASE GIVE HIM A THRILLING CHARACTER ARC. PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU.
