Yeah, the English dub is somewhat lost media, although fans do make and sell unofficial collections of it!

The Arabic dub, I found in good quality, but only this second series, Palm Town, was dubbed in full directly from Japanese by the Syrian company, Venus Centre. The first series, Maple Town, received only a partial dub by a Jordanian company, a redub of the English dub's 26 episodes.

It's a beautiful, sadly underappreciated show, but the fans it does have are very, very loyal. I've met French and Japanese fans, plenty of Arabs remember and love its opening song... I also spent several years with only a vague memory or two of it, most strongly, the beautiful Maple Town episode where Patty helps a girl learn to love the water again and overcome her fear of swimming, which she developed after nearly drowning when she was young.

I remembered being amazed by seeing, for the first time in any animation I watched, a depiction of what a swimming pool looked like underwater (how blue the water looked and only seeing other swimmers' legs around...) and how she showed her a pretty blue "jewel" which she was happy to look through, until Patty likened it to the water...

For a long time, I believed it was a Hello Kitty anime. ^^;;;

The cat brothers are very funny and memorable, I can see how they'd stick out in your memory! I think my only memory of Palm Town was of seeing the cat brothers breathe fire after eating Dr. Janes' soup she accidentally buried in salt and pepper!

Psst, the first 8 episodes of Palm Town were subbed and can be viewed on bitchute in very nice quality!

17 episodes of Maple Town were subbed, but the subs aren't very accurate (they seem to be dubtitles, a lot of the time, more accurate to either the English script or a redub of it), they're still serviceable and the video quality is good. You can find it on streaming sites online!

Anybody watched the Maple Town anime?

Was there an episode where the characters had a fight cause they were designing a Merry-go-round ride and couldn't agree on what the seats should look like? I think I loved this show as a kid but I'm not sure if I'm not remembering wrong, all I can remember is a bunny girl character named Patty in a cute pink dress.

I look up the images for this show and the nostalgia doesn't quite hit, so I'm iffy it I'm not mixing it up with some other show. Maybe it was the Shin Maple Town Monogatari: Palm Town-hen spin off, as I remember a more city vibe than rural town.

If I could see that Merry-go-round episode I think my brain would stop looping back to it again and again. Does anybody know if it's even this show it's from, or even the name of the episode?

      I need a respite from posting stuff on Tumblr, and I know I have a hand full of regulars (no need to mention your avatars, you know who you are, thank you all for your much needed signal-boosting) that check my profile every week which is the reason I’m letting you all know. In retrospect, I should have done what other people did at the beginning of the year and just taken a few weeks off during the slow period after New Year’s. I’m gonna let the contents of this page sit in a crock pot, let it stew, and make a triumphant comeback.

      I’m taking a break primarily because there are some writing/audio/video projects I’m involved with that require my full attention if they ever stand a chance of coming to fruition. That, and I really need to generate lots of quality material for this page (new art), as well as meditate, read a book, and somehow find some inner peace during unemployment. I need some ‘me’ time. Don't get me wrong, I’m happy as hell with the amount of success I’ve had in the last six months and LOVE how, for a few months, I could so much as sneeze out original art and end up racking up 100-200 hits overnight. But likes and reblogs aren't everything, and I am a humble man. I just need some time to recoup, and I’ll still be checking out your blogs while I regenerate.

      In the meantime, I have consistently posted a plethora of stuff 2-3 times per week, every week, since last September (over 550 entries, most of them not my own work), so enjoy the archives and I will see you all soon. Oh, and in case you haven’t seen my vids I’ve got over an hour of content waiting for ya down below.

personally I believe the dems never expected Trump to be as popular as he was. They got too cocky and didn't have "the most extensive and inclusive system of voter fraud in history" yet. Don't get me wrong, I think Hillary still cheated, but they either weren't ready or batshit enough to steal it as blatantly as they did 2020 I thought along those lines also but what still stumps me is they say the votes were fixed to give Biden a certain % more votes. If it’s set up to flip votes I don’t see how Trump would have won against Hilary.  If say 125% of votes were supposed to go one way then trump having a higher turnout in 2016 should have further ensured Hilarys votes would have been even higher then that.  I appreciate your thoughts.  Full disclosure I am registered independent.  I am typically left leaning however born and raised in nyc, trumps personality wasn’t offensive to me like many left leaning individuals.  I actually began leaning in his direction.  I just like everyone is just looking for answers that no one has.  My family is split right down the middle so I have trouble choosing a side bc at diff times both sides r right.  I dont want to be mean about politics but in a sense i feel like i have to be, and the reason is what i believe is going on right now, listen you may not agree with me, but ill tell you what i truly believe and ask yourself how you would behave if you really 100 percent believed what i am about to say.

 Right now there is a hostile group of wealthy jews waging ethnic warfare on white people, and all non jewish people. many jews are very good people, and many of the persons helping this agenda along are not jewish, but the motivation and funding for this is jewish. what they did in a nutshell was remove every single thing that made life worth living in modern societies, family, community, religion and replaced that with deadly opiates. talk to any paramedic or hospital worker and ask them what percentage of patients are in there for some kind of opiate related thing (trying to score more opiates is a big one) and depending on who you ask the answer will be MOST of them. 130 people die every single day from opiate overdose, more die from suicide. they fostered a culture of hopelessness and poverty so that white people would breed less, kill themselves with drugs (or whatever else) and created a very bizarre and specific culture centered completely around racial tension.

  This is hell on earth, there exist pockets of not so bad hell, the middle class and upper middle class, but these pockets are shrinking every year. they took the very real phenomena of people having an ingroup preference, meaning by and large people want to be around and are more positive about people of their own race, this is a normal, sometimes harmful, sometimes useful instinct, and made it our central focus, with the help of the holocaust narrative, the holocaust makes it so not liking mexicans for instance is the same as some cartoon villain factory style cold blooded execution, genocide. they did this so they could slowly replace Europeans in the west with brown immigrants who are less capable of figuring out what is going on, on average. at the same time they completely ruined our economy, our mating rituals, our family and community dynamic, it was a full scale ethnic war that they carried out covertly over decades. we are living already in a dystopia.

 Its hard enough to convince white people of this, even though at this point most white people have the sense that they are being painted as villains and targeted by the establishment somehow, but its even harder to convince non-white people this is going on. the emotional propaganda was extremely effective, and non white people i believe have the sense that if white people are disenfranchised and derided as murderers they will benefit in the long term. you absolutely will not, and probably 90 percent of the shit that makes life not worth living is likely directly the result of this small but powerful jewish establishment. remember they hate non-jews, they are just targeting white people first because we are the ones who represent a threat to jewish hegemony. seriously, before you hate me or deride me as a nazi or something watch the summary of Culture of Critique, the history of them doing this kind of thing is well documented  and it spans thousands of years.
