Hey guys! I'm gonna tell you all something before the Grand Fest starts.

I am mostly gonna go silent for the next 3 to 4 days because I genuinely just want to enjoy the Grand Festival as much as I can. This is really important to me as Splatoon is a big special interest of mine and i want to experience this huge moment in the series' history.

I dont wanna stress myself out by trying to post things. I may take pics from my phone to show y'all stuff easily. But that's the extent of what I'll do. I won't be responding to asks or anything like that.

I just... I wanna enjoy this. I wanna experience the finale of Splatoon 3 and just geek the FUCK out!!! I will talk about the Grand Fest after its over and of course.... show y'all the Callie pictures! :) I am the Callie guy after all, I will show some Grand Fest Callie ehehehehehe. But you'll have to be patient.

You guys are never gonna believe the game I picked up on groundhog day.

It's the time loop game. In Stars and Time that is. I heard it was good and wanted to give it a try, didn't realize how funny it was that I picked it up on what's basically Time Loop Day.

I really really like it so far! Act 3 is breaking my heart bro, poor Sifirrin. I'm hoping I can figure out an escape. And I'm hoping this narrative isn't doomed, I'm going it 94% blind so I have no idea. So, wish me luck, I also hope this game doesn't break me in half but at this rate who knows :>

On January 2nd Noah shared some BTS photos to recap 2024 so let's get into them! First up, we've got a photo of the scene in the woods where you can see Will in the viewfinder and in the background you can see him standing on the ground with a bunch of smoke behind him. We've gotten some other footage of this scene in previous BTS drops so it'll be cool to see the final product!

Next up, we've got a photo of a sunset with some military vehicles and guard towers underneath it. I'm guessing this is from later in the season because based on the BTS Teaser Trailer we got it appears that the younger teens are still going to high school and living their quasi-normal lives at the beginning of the season. It looks to me like the first half or at least the first few episodes of the season will take place in the Hawkins we know and we'll get that balance of normal life and the supernatural before the military rolls in part way through the season.

Next, we've got a photo of Noah in costume peering out of a porthole that's set into a brick wall that’s been painted white. Judging by the drop ceiling at the top of the photo this appears to be part of a set they've built. Then we've got a photo of his Will Byers actors chair in the upside down woods at night. They've been doing a lot of night shoots this season and filming a lot of upside down scenes so I'm guessing a large part of the season will take place in the upside down which could be interesting.

It's cool how they're using the wooded areas in Atlanta plus practical effects like making the vines out of pool noodles to make the upside down look moe real. I feel like it makes the world look more authentic and spookier than if they'd just done the whole thing with special effects in post production. A lot of shows would have just pivoted to CGI once they hit the big time and I respect that they've kept the practical elements on the show and continue to use practical effects and the natural environment around them as much as possible.

Lastly, we've got a photo of Noah outside his trailer where someone has tapped the words ‘RIGATONI’ to the door. He’s wearing a sweater that says ‘See you on the other side’ in right side up and upside down lettering. Clearly the Rigatoni thing is either a nickname or an inside joke of some kind. And I love the stancy easter egg here! I wonder if the sweater is something that was given to the cast and crew as a wrap gift or if this is something he had made or if it was given to him as a gift personally? Either way I'm a fan!

indefinite hiatus

hi, it's me. I haven't been very active with posts or reblogging up until recently because well I will be going on an indefinite hiatus.

this account genuinely stresses me out, and I find no purpose for it. I only posted my story to show everyone that manifesting is possible despite your circumstances. I first created this account just for all the endless reblogs, but now I find reblogging is pointless because I've reblogged everything, and all new posts are just the same information.

I don't answer any asks, nor do I make any posts, so imo it's pointless being here, lol.

I created this blog and have been apart of this community on tumblr since I was 17. I'm turning 20 this year and I think I've outgrown it.

so many of my favs have manifested their dream life and disappeared and I think its my turn to do the same.

I've dug deep to fund some of the most helpful posts but honestly it's up to you guys to do the work and persist. and also read source material.

i feel like i'm making a bigger deal out of this than it is, and it honestly might not be as bad as my brain is making it out to be, but-

finally opened my louis playlist again.

it's all of his songs and leaks and all of him. so i'm gonna hit play.

it's been a full week since i've listened to his music. i've never gone this long without listening to it ever since i found him. he's my comfort my favorite person my joy my strength my everything.

at the memorial, among all the songs played, they started playing 'the greatest' and i tried to distract myself, a friend had just arrived, etc, and then they switched it to another song not even halfway through. i exhaled. but then after a few more songs, they started playing 'angels fly' and i physically couldn't stay there, i had to walk away, my heart felt like it was gonna leave my chest. i have no idea why the visceral reaction, it didn't even make me start crying again, but i just couldn't. so i walked as far away as i could so i couldn't hear it.

i've had a few very good days spent with a friend who also understands this loss and despite feeling better and somewhat healed... my brain has been a bit foggy, or more like, it goes on slow processing mode or something, i don't know... and i'd been trying to understand why, and i genuinely think it's because i haven't listened to louis. i listen to him e v e r y d a y. on my way to and from work and errands. at work. at home. just... everyday, his music and his voice and his whole self is within me. and i think my brain is already trying to process a different reality and then i also deprive it of louis? can't keep doing that.

so. i'm gonna hit play. and i'm sure it will be better after, and it might be okay, and it might not make me sob uncontrollably. it might just be fine, and it might make my brain work as it should again.

so i'm gonna hit play.
