could you write HL characters reacting to MC passing out due to exhaustion?

Notes: MC has established relationships with the characters (individually). And I only did three bc I had good ideas for these ones specifically

Ominis Gaunt

In the days following Sebastian casting Crucio on you in the scriptorium, it left lingering effects on your physical body.

You felt sharp aches and pains in your hands at random, which made your wand movements rather jerky.

You really should've been resting, but you've been receiving lots of owls lately, finding yourself being pulled in several different directions and (mistakenly) deciding that sleep wasn't important right now.

But the exhaustion catches up fast, as Ominis finds you passed out in the Undercroft, immediately panicking and thinking you got attacked.

After you're floo'd to the hospital wing, Madam Blainey looks after you while he tries to explain how he found you without exposing the secret hideaway.

She noted seeing "unusual" red sparks coming from your body, and for a moment his heart drops...and he forces himself to choke back tears upon realizing what's actually going on with you:

You're still feeling the aftereffects of Crucio..and never told him.

Merlin, he wishes you never took the full brunt of the curse. Why did it have to be you?

Somehow he managed to fall asleep, but when you wake up the next day, see your boyfriend, and gently squeeze his hand, he's wide awake too, relieved to no longer detect those sparks.

You claimed to be extremely tired from all the errands you've been running....but when he asks you if "it" still hurts, you realize there's no playing dumb this time.

So you relent and explain the aches and pains, quickly reassuring him they're gone.

Yet nothing you could say in that moment mattered, as it didn't stop him from silently breaking down, laying his head in your lap as tears spilled from his glazed eyes.

This is extremely unlike him, but he can't help it...knowing that the same curse which traumatized him all those years ago was now hurting the one he loved most.

Not to mention you're giving more and more of yourself away to people you hardly knew without considering putting your own well-being first.

He never sees you anymore, and it hurts him.

"Don't you get it? You're killing yourself, MC, and...i-it's killing me, too." He sounds completely shattered. "Is this what it takes for you to finally understand?"

"No, no..you're right. This never should've happened. I'm sorry, love." Frowning in guilt, you pet his hair comfortingly, realizing how much you've neglected him. "You have every right to be angry."

"..I'm not angry. I just...I-I wish we never went down there. I should've stopped Sebastian from-"

"He's not to blame. Don't go yelling at him now." You chuckle softly, before promising him a date to Three Broomsticks as an apology..

Along with you swearing to stop doing favors for strangers.

He calms down after that, still vowing to yell at Sebastian later on.

But he's looking forward to that date.

Poppy Sweeting

You were both venturing through the Forbidden Forest, on a mission to rescue an injured golden unicorn that was supposedly spotted.

Apparently someone noticed it limping around, sporting a deep gash in its leg and leaving a bloody trail.

Poppy figured it narrowly escaped a trap, which was confirmed after you stumbled upon a mechanism tainted in blood.

Time was now of the essence, as some poacher could capture it first, or worse...it could die from its injury.

Despite the sun having set long ago, you insisted on searching even if it took you both all night long.

While Poppy could keep up with you (even tho she worried about the curfew), your energy was nearly spent as you've been out raiding poacher camps and freeing caged beasts all day long, not having returned to the castle once to rest nor eat.

You had plenty of wiggenweld potions, but unfortunately they didn't cure exhaustion.

Obviously you weren't gonna tell your girlfriend that, so you continued tracking down the golden unicorn.

And eventually you discovered it peacefully grazing in a foggy meadow, with Poppy gazing in awe.

"How majestic!" She whispers excitedly. "Now to catch it...we can try Leviosa, but it might panic. Glacius could work, too...though it seems cruel to freeze a unicorn. Hmm, what do you think......MC??"

She turns to you and sees you on the ground, not moving.

At first she freaks out, until she realized you still have a pulse, but she knew you had to get back to the castle ASAP. The forest was no place for a nap!

Fortunately, Highwing was in your nab-sack, so you both got back there in one piece, where you recuperated in the hospital wing.

Madam Blainey noted sleep deprivation, and while Poppy's upset that you didn't listen to her, she can't be entirely angry with you.

She knows you've been stretching yourself thin, saving all these beasts on top of your other escapades.

That being said, she literally had to push you back into bed so you didn't bolt out of it after remembering what happened before you passed out.

"But the golden unicorn..!" You panic. "He was right there! Now we'll never find out where-!"

"It's okay, MC! I saved him. He's safe and sound in the vivarium." She hastily reassures you, showing you a few strands of golden unicorn hair as proof. "We'll go once you feel better."

You calm down after seeing the strands, before you smile and embrace her tightly. "I'm so lucky to have you, Poppy."

"I am, too,love...I'm glad you value the health and well-being of beasts, but that shouldn't take priority over your own. We can't help them if we don't help ourselves first."

"..you're right, I'm sorry. I'll try to remember that."

Amit Thakkar

All of your escapades inside and outside the castle had you drained and exhausted. You wish you had more time for yourself nowadays.

But people needed you: friends, students from your house, professors, townsfolks, goblinkind....you couldn't just ignore their requests for help.

Who else but you had such bravery and ancient magic skills? Nobody. It had to be you.

You've kept your missions secret from your boyfriend, claiming you're only out all the time to look for astronomy tables...which is partially true.

After what happened in the goblin mine, Amit was left shaken for a few days, and you felt guilty for practically dragging him into that mess just because you needed him to translate some things.

So when he sent you an owl asking you to come by an astronomy table located in a field of grass without explanation, you abandoned your current mission and headed there straight away, anxious about what he wanted to discuss.

As it turns out, he knew you were doing more than just observing constellations...but he wasn't mad at you for keeping secrets.

Rather, he knew you needed a break and invited you out here to get away from everything.

He had a blanket that you two laid on together, watching the stars; not for any assignment in particular, but just because the sky was especially clearer and pretty tonight and he didn't want you to miss that.

"I like coming here when I feel like there's too much weighing down on me all at once. My studies, my responsibilities...they can get overwhelming." He sighs, turning to you. "I'm certain you feel the same way, my dear."

"Amit, this is lovely..and...I appreciate it more than you know. But Lodgok needs me to-"

"He can wait." His voice is firm, unusual for the typically calm and passionate Ravenclaw. But his gestures are the opposite as he wraps his arm around you. "Let's stay here a while, MC..and just...forget about the world. At least for tonight. I guarantee you will feel much better...and you'll shine twice as bright tomorrow."

You agree to stay, but only because you're weak to his sappy and poetic remarks.

And you close your eyes, listening to his soft ramblings of the moon's current phase and what it all meant.

While his fascination with the cosmos keeps him wide awake for some time, he sees you passed out on the blanket minutes later and smiles lightly, relieved that he helped you find some peace.

You promised to protect him down in the mines...now it's his turn to protect you as you slept, ensuring no person nor beast bothers you.

A snake’s plaything | Fifth year || Sebastian Sallow

Chapter 7 | Obsession

'As you may have heard about the happenings earlier this day. For those who haven't, I will explain, two second-year students and one seventh-year student were brutally attacked by dark entities in the school. We do not know how they got into the school but we will fix this problem as soon as possible. For now, tho the classes will be held as usual but students are only allowed to walk in pairs or with more people. We suspect multiple entities. If you see them, notify a teacher immediately. ' Headmaster Black explained while standing behind a podium. Violetta couldn't believe her ear. How in heaven's name could these creatures enter Hogwarts? Hogwarts was the safest place she knew.

Everyone in the great hall exchanged concerned looks. Violetta didn't even hear that some students got attacked. She looked to her left. Amit was staring at his empty plate. The whole evening she hadn't seen him eat. Something was going on with Amit. Violetta ignored the speech Black gave and turned to her friend.

'Amit, what is going on?' She asked worriedly.

'I saw them...' He mumbled. 'I saw them attacking the seventh year boy. They ripped his face apart.' Violetta looked shocked. It wasn't even December and now students were getting injured? This wasn't the welcoming start she expected. She was sure that those entities were from Ranrok and his people. Violetta grabbed Amit's hand.

'Listen, the teachers will figure it out. Maybe you can tell them what you saw.' Violetta spoke while having her head close to his. Someone saw that from across the hall. Sebastian's hands clenched around his knife.

'You may go now to your dorms and your house teachers will explain everything tomorrow morning.' Black said and with those words, the students stood up to leave the hall.

Suddenly Amit jumped up and knocked the table. The glass from the person sitting next to Violetta tipped over and spilled red juice all over Violetta's white blouse. Violetta tried to back away but it caused it to spill all over her chest area.

'Oh my god I am so sorry!' Amit stumbled over his own words and tried to wipe the drink off her chest with a cloth. Violetta stopped him. She didn't want him to touch there especially not in the great hall. The students around her started to make their way out of the hall. Violetta stood up and saw charlotte walking past her. Violetta grabbed her arm.

'Charlotte we need to go to the toilets. I need to get the juice out!' Violetta said and tried to cover her chest. Charlotte looked at the spill.

'How did that happen?'

'Amit happened.' Violetta said and tried to not show her anger.

'Okay, I will go with you!' Her friend said and quickly they exited the hall and walked towards the toilette near the stairs to the dungeons. This area here was completely empty off students.

Violetta entered the toilets and held the door open for charlotte, but she stood in front of the door.

'I will wait here and watch in case an entity should be outside.' Charlotte said and pulled out her wand. Actually, this wasn't such a dumb idea for her.

'Good then, I will leave the door open, and in case one is inside the bathroom I will yell for you.' Violetta said she started to feel the stain cooling against her skin. Her friend nodded and Violetta left the door ajar. She quickly hurried to the sink and unbuttoned her blouse. She tried to hurry because she got such a weird feeling of danger around her.

Violetta turned the water on and felt the temperature with one hand. Then she proceeded to wash out the stain.

Violetta saw the red juice drain down the sink and she rubbed the material together. She was still pissed by Amit. She never saw him so panicked. Maybe he was just traumatized.

While she proceeded to somehow wash her blouse she heard running. Violetta looked up and towards the door. It was still ajar but the corridor was bitch black.

A shiver ran down her spine. Suddenly she realized how cold it was since she only wore a bra on top. Violetta dropped her piece of clothing in the sink. She pulled her wand from the waistband of her skirt.

Something watched her.

'Charlotte?' Violetta asked with a shaking voice. Something was wrong.

The candles in the bathroom began to flicker. There were hissing noises behind her. Violetta turned around just to see the lights going out on the window sill that was between two rows of toilets. Something red shimmered in the reflection of the window. Violetta saw herself and something shimmering red on the wall and mirrors by the sinks. Oh god, it was behind her.

When Violetta turned around she was pushed back by an unseen force. With a yelp and a loud crash, she landed on the cold floor tiles. Her wand was knocked out of her hand.

Violetta looked up and saw what looked like a red swirling worm made from ancient magic. Violetta realized too late that this thing came crashing down on her. Quickly she closed her eyes and covered her face.

'Confringo!' Violetta felt this heat all over her bare chest, arms, and stomach. That voice.

Violetta opened her eyes and pushed herself from the tiles. She looked at Sebastian standing in front of her protectively. She saw sparks of glowing ashes float around until they landed on the cold tiles.

Sebastian turned around and looked down at her. His eyes widened when he saw her. Violetta noticed him staring and covered her breasts. She turned red in the face. Something in his eyes made her feel like prey. There was this darkness again, this hunger.

'Why did you follow me?' Violetta asked while standing up. Sebastian's eyes were glued onto hers.

'Why aren't you wearing your blouse?' He answered snarkily and put his wand away. Violetta looked over to her wet and stained blouse. She opened her mouth to say something but he interrupted her.

'Actually, I know. Your friend Amit spilled it over you.' He spoke with a despite. Violetta felt a hate brewing in her.

'What is your damn problem?' She asked angrily and let her arms sink. 'For months you are acting like a cunt to everyone around you! Even to your friends!' Sebastian didn't answer this and just took off his pullover and held it toward Violetta. Underneath his pullover, he wore a white shirt that fitted perfectly for him. The first two buttons were open and she could see a bit of his bare chest. Violetta stared at the piece of skin and became even redder. Her heart beat like crazy. What is happening to her?

Unfortunately, Sebastian noticed her staring, and a dark smile formed on his lips.

'If you don't want it, I will put it back on.' He said and started to lower the pullover.

'No!' Violetta yelled and grabbed it from his hand. She quickly put it on and began to blush even harder if that was possible.

Sebastian laughed.

'Yes, I thought so.' He said in a dark voice and looked her up and down. 'I knew you couldn't resist me.' Violetta suddenly realized what he was trying to do. With all her might she pulled herself out of the trance he put her in and finally snapped out of it.

'The hell are you talking about? I just took your ugly thing because mine is wet.' Violetta said with growing anger in her voice. If he thinks that she is that easy he is wrong. Even Sebastian didn't expect this reaction and looked at her a bit surprised. Violetta went to the sink and grabbed her wet blouse and then she walked to the door to pick up her wand.

When she picked her wand up she pointed it at him and looked him straight in the eye.

'I have no idea for who you are taking yourself but you are for sure a ridiculous little boy hunting after something he will never get.' Violetta spoke with fury and turned to the door. Sebastian's eyes darkened and his smirk turned to anger.

While Violetta exited the toilet she heard him yell.

'I want my pullover back tomorrow or else I will personally get it back.'

Now Sebastian stood there alone in the cold room. This anger in him quickly turned to something else. A smile appeared on his lips.

Oh, how he loved it when she resisted like that while torturing herself. A plan formed in his head. He will break her. No matter the cost.

I def see him having tufts of white hair at this point, he’s had to deal with duke and boone and alpha 2 for years

It's weird to hear someone call Ollie Wraith Guy... I guess it just reminded me that this whole game with him is only on a deep personal level to Ghost and by some extent to Alpha Two, but other operatives have probably only dealt with him as a threat to look out for before he blew up Olympus.

Lol i have to remind myself that too. It’s deeply personal to aftermath but it’s on another level for alpha 2 and a whole other level for Ghost.

To other agents and operatives, he may have killed their friends and colleagues, might have blown up the only homes they've really known, and might have forced them all off the grid, but in a way that comes with the job of being in Aftermath.

This is def something that I keep forgetting, there are agents that are all over the world and that woke up one day to find out that their friends were dead and they were on their own. But it also makes me question what they’d think about ghost and ollie’s relationship [and turner’s] and if they’d blame them for not stopping wraith earlier [because ghost thought it was danny and pulled some of her punches]

But to Ghost, she knew him, she saved his life loads of times and the betrayal is deep.

The betrayal is deep but i wonder if she still sees him as the kid that was her friend, even if he was using them the entire time

Not to General Garner though, this Wraith Guy is a thorn in his side and a threat to his and his people's lives, but he's still just some guy.

Garner def is over the theatrics and wants them to treat him like a regular aftermath threat and finish the job

what if perseus had it's own theme? with a motif that could be from ghost's own theme? what if it's mechanical like the winter soldier theme but with a different, cleaner sound? like more calculating and rhythmic

I think if he were to have a theme it would be a mix of like athena’s motif and ghost’s theme

What if Jekyll and Hyde had their own themes? Like Hyde's theme could be like Ghost's theme but in a different key, or if it did a Sondheim and it just flipped all the notes upside down and made it sound disjointed but definitely familiar.

WHAT IF Ghost has different variations of her themes through different parts of her life? Like Alpha One Ghost has one theme and it gets changed into a minor key with a rapid tempo in the Bunker?

Ughhhhh i have so many ideas for ghost’s theme/aftermath’s theme and how they’d fit into each other. I think we’ve talked about it before but each member of a1 would have an instrument assigned to them and brought together they’d have the theme of aftermath.

I think during a bunker escape, the theme would be changed to a minor key and everyone’s instrument would slowly disappear until it was just ghost’s motif as she finally found freedom.

And then when she escapes and returns to New Eden the theme is slower and more somber but also disjointed, like jumps between measures of music or if the string section was playing the trumpet sections and vice versa and everything's a mess and nothing is the same but everything is

I can see hers as slower and almost like a broken record with more ethereal kinda sounds that show off her dissociation and flashbacks

Jack's theme music would have little parts of Ghost's theme woven into his, maybe a slight change in the key at first, or a shift in tempo, but the longer he has the serum and the more intense its effects become, the more Ghost's theme becomes prominent in his music

Ohhhhhhhh i’d love to have this in TS&TS too. Kinda give him elements of ghost and dannys theme to foreshadow that he was going to take their place as leader of a2…but then it would also foreshadow his fate to turn into a super soldier like her

spoilers for what if...?

some quick thoughts on the first Marvel What If...? episode that are almost all Bucky related big surprise:

i froth at the mouth at any small moment of pre-ws!Bucky like a stranded survivor of a shipwreck. yes pls all of it, i need more. my desire to know who traumatized characters were pre-trauma is like an un-quenchable thirst.

that being said, i'm loving the idea the Bucky was just...a big fucking himbo. a nerdy silly himbo. there's nothing more satisfying than a super pretty competent person wowing you with some big time dork energy.

his lines were so groan worthy which is why i loved them. looking back it's a pretty obvious choice to make Bucky Barnes pre-Winter Soldier just Bucky Barnes from the comic books. he tells bad jokes, he's a damsel in distress, he's there for a reaction shot or two, and best of all he's got the worst one-liners.

my kingdom for Bucky of today going back to his bad one liners, honestly i would pay marvel to have Bucky throw a knife in someone's face, blood is everywhere, and he just goes, "knife to meet you." (Sam is floored. he goes through the 5 stages of grief in ten seconds and ends up laughing so hard his lungs hurt. redwing has it recorded and sam revisits it when he needs to)

the part where Steve gets back into the Hydra Smasher and falls on his face is peak stevebucky tho. Bucky is unconcerned, makes light of it, and there's even some light teasing. i have to highlight this for the purpose of Bucky's characterization in fanfic in terms of how he treats Steve, especially pre-serum Steve: he doesn't baby him. he doesn't mother-hen or overprotect Steve. he knows Steve is tough, he's spent years picking him up off of alleyway pavements, he's not going to act like a helicopter mom.

which i really appreciate because i'm tired of the treatment of Bucky as not also being a reckless kid in this war. Steve and Bucky don't have the dynamic of the Reasonable Adult and their Troublesome Kid i've seen sometimes in fic. they're both hooligans. Bucky comes off as the more cautious one sure, but it's just slightly. and that very slight difference gets overblown sometimes which feels disingenuous to a character that's in his 20s (like do you know bros in their 20s,,,do you?? they're still trying to run up walls and do backflips. they still think they're invincible. 20 year old men are the stupidest people on the planet. and i can say that as a man almost 30) and, by all accounts, ran mayhem in Brooklyn right next to his best friend.

just. don't forget Bucky Barnes is a young stupid pretty himbo okay?

speaking of disingenuous characterizations: what was that hetero bullshit with Peggy being more distraught over Steve's 'death' than Bucky????

i feel this righteous anger burning over this, which i'm sure will come to a bigger rant at some point but really? fucking really?

this is it. this is what straight people do. this is the straight agenda.

this isn't even just about Steve and Bucky they do this kind of bullshit all the time in media: character 1 has a long-lasting deep friendship with character 2. character 1 has a romantic subplot with character 3. character 1 and 3 barely know each other. character 1 dies and character 3 is somehow more distraught about this than character 2.

i fully expected Bucky to start trying to climb down the mountain to find Steve but nope!

he's just 'oh nooo~ he ded. whelp lets go hoes'

while the woman who knew Steve for maybe a few months is doing the Darth Vader 'noooo' moment

this does not make any character, story, or emotional logical sense. there's no fucking reason for this bullshit than blatant homophobia.

like fucking fine, lets not see Steve and Bucky interact in any way because I WONDER WHY

but even better

lets have Bucky not really emote over Steve's death, because a. that's gay, we don't want people to think we write gay characters (don't worry marvel we don't) so two men can't care or mourn for each other onscreen. and b. we've got our hetero romance to sell

Peggy Carter is a professional military woman. with experience.

Bucky Barnes is some kid from Brooklyn whose been fighting in a war he's been drafted in for maybe some handful of months.

but sure. yeah. his childhood best friend dying. he's the one whose going to have the professional cool head in this moment.

and it's the PROFESSIONAL MILITARY WOMAN whose going to forget her job and training and need to be pulled from grieving BY THE MAN WHO'S BEST FRIEND JUST 'DIED'

SURE JAN SURE

it's the homophobia that betrays the logic of the characters that really fucks me up y'know?

if you're betraying the honest emotional reactions of story and character because you're afraid of those things being perceived as gay: you're homophobic.

it's really that simple.

'i'm in. for Steve' lol. like god. i'm as tired as seb sounds i swear

and i know Sebastian '~the truth of the character~' Stan probably felt like his teeth were being pulled out with hot pliers reading these. how many times did the voice director have to say, 'ok. can we try it like you're not slowly decaying from the inside, hunny?'

barely any howling commandos and none of them had any lines other than Dum Dum. ok. yeah. ok.

i would die twenty times just to be able to see more of Dominic Cooper's Howard Stark. he's just the fucking best. earnest and cute and a bit of a mad scientist and i fucking adore him

i need the Howard Stark + Bucky Barnes sitcom now. pls and thank you.

i'll even take 5 minute vinaigrettes of the antics they'd be up to. two playboy nerds together is just a magical event, don't waste it! i can't believe i've been sleeping on this dynamic it's too good.

What if things turned out differently?

Now I would never imagine my first request to be this…deep, should I say. I would say there will be required a lot of psychology for this one due to Ciel’s traumatic past and especially the ask being how it would be if he admitted it. Even tho I’m not a psychology major, I am quite interested in psychology so I’m bringing out everything I know and try my best for this ask! To remind you, I didn’t read the manga of Black Butler, but for this quest, I did dig up some summaries of every arc until now

Warning! THIS IS A LONG TEXT! Some sort of spoilers from the manga, talking about Ciel’s trauma, mentions of death and blood, do not read this if you’re sensitive to those topics.

I don't know why I choose that GIF ngl-

Now, there’s a reason Ciel did not admit about what truly happened with him and his twin to anyone.

The first and the easiest reason being he’s in contact with a demon after all.

I would also imagine Sebastian stopping him from opening up to others for both protecting his own identity

and he IS a demon after all (cruel demon-)

But another reason is that this boy is like 13 as far as we know in manga, this boy is buried in the depth of PTSD and considering how severe it is.

The chances of him confessing any of the pain he went through is truly quite low.

But this is a headcanon, so let’s tweak it to imagine what would’ve happened IF Ciel really had told Elizabeth and her family about what happened that night after the fire.

But I can’t imagine him just blindly telling Elizabeth about this, so let’s go through HOW he ended up confessing about this in the first place.

I would imagine after the circus arc, burning the orphanage down.

Ciel would most likely be quite shaking up from both the fire and the fact that so many children dying inside.

The consequences are that Ciel would probably suffer from PTSD flashbacks for quite some time.

Like the day the manor was burning down and he was a child when he watched his own brother die by his side.

The kids being kidnapped and resulted in dying helplessly reminded him of him and his brother.

This can lead to days and days of nightmares, maybe even night terrors, sunken appetite, tense body, trembling here and there.

It can also be followed with more snappy personality, everything is just worse than how it used to be.

The servants can clearly see that their master who they thought had a bit improvement since the Christmas (Indian Butler Arc) went back, perhaps even worse than before.

You know what they say. “One step forward, three steps back”

Now I would imagine Sebastian quite successfully can get Ciel to get over this. Perhaps with some struggle here and there when Ciel refuses to open up or refuses to eat.

Ciel would be too shaken up to consider telling anyone about his problems, but the lingering bitter taste of getting so shaken up is still fresh in his mouth.

It is only so much a human can bare, especially a 13 year old boy with the heavy responsibility of earldom and Funtom Corporation.

Now that things are a bit better again,

There comes the second hit.

It’s how mental issues work, just as you thought you were getting better, they laugh at your face and say “you thought”.

Now, in the Phantomhive Manor Murders arc, is when it strikes Ciel the second time.

Murder is nothing new to Ciel by any chance of course.

But what strikes chills down his spine and tensing up his body like he was just poured with a bucket of ice water is, the thought of a killer is lurking around his manor and watching him and the people trying to catch the murderer.

Sends him back to the time where his own house was burning down and his parents’ death.

Also just the thought of someone watching him in his own manor, a place he thought was safer than the world outside, protected by the servants and Sebastian is no longer safe until they catch the murderer

Even though he doesn’t act upon it and keep his cold and collected expression on the inside, there’s only so much a 13 child can do.

After everything has ended, best believe that he would be having a hard time again.

But since it is not as bad as last time, he would not react upon it much, letting it bottle up inside.

The THIRD time it happens, Ciel finally snaps.

I mean literally go batshit crazy

It was the Luxury Liner arc/Book of Atlantic.

The whole idea of bringing people back to life is messed up, and then having a whole zombie apocalypse while your butler also get heavily injured, blood everywhere etc.

It’s going to be in his mind for quite a while.

Flashbacks and even hallucinations will be his new everyday thing.

Seeing his brother's face on those corpses on the Campania, whether it is him coming back to life again or dying all over again.

Then there's also flashback of the real Ciel being sacrificed and dying on that stone table with blood all over.

Ciel would be severely affected this time.

Perhaps worse than usual. Even so disturbing that he simply fears even going to sleep, days of sitting in his study with his nose buried in paperwork of Funtom Corporation to avoid thinking about it.

FINALLY for the scene you have been waiting for.

Not long after the Campania, the Midford family came to visit to make sure Ciel is doing good.

(cause the scenes were pretty traumatic you know-)

They were greeted with Sebastian as usual, but when they asked for Ciel, the Midford family was greeted with short but uncomfortable silence

Before Sebastian started to fish out one of his well fabricated lies, the loud, grumpier than usual call from Ciel sounded from his study.

This lead the Midford family to definitely believe that there was something wrong with Ciel after the Campania.

When they rushed up to Ciel's study, ignoring Sebastian's attempts of convincing Midfords to let him handle it.

They were certainly not ready to see the sight of a severely sleep deprived, trembling, thinner than usual, barely functioning Ciel sitting there on his desk compared to how "well collected" they usually see him.

Seeing the Midfords faces in front of his study sends Ciel into an unexpected panic attack, and thankfully Elizabeth and her family helps him to sort it out.

Both sides being quite shaken up about what just happened, leads Ciel to slip out about "It's all happening all over again", referring to the bloody scenes he had seen on the Campania and when his brother was sacrificed.

So one sentence leads to another as the Midfords keep questioning while Ciel is in this emotionally unstable time, leads to Ciel snapping at them while he just blurts everything out.

Like, everything.

Even as going into a rant about his trauma related things such as;

About witnessing the horrifying death of his own sibling dying,

How the Real Ciel must die in order for Sebastian to be summoned,

About feeling insecure that he was the sole survivor even tho he was the "lacking twin" compared to the Real Ciel,

Feeling guilty since the Real Ciel was Elizabeth's fiance and still the other Ciel survived,

And how he was the more timid and shy one instead of the Real Ciel, who resembled Vincent Phantomhive more than the other Ciel did.

How the Real Ciel would've most likely done better than the other Ciel if he was alive. Etc.

And the Midfords just listen quietly in absolute shock. (Maybe Elizabeth cried a few times- but BESIDES THAT-)

I think Alexis and Francis would be the most understanding in this situation being the pillar of support sort of.

Even tho Elizabeth would be really understanding as well, AFTER she processed the everything she just heard, I think she is someone that is supportive as well.

Even tho she would be grieving for the loss of her true fiance inside, in this situation she would be showing that hidden rather mature side of hers and be strong in front of Ciel.

But it might take Edward some time to eventually be supportive for Ciel.

It might take some time

But it will eventually happen. And he might even warm up a bit more than he usually did for Ciel.

Another thing is that the Midford family might not be taking action and report everything they just heard from Ciel.

Even if they want to, they understand that the situation is deeper than they think.

So they settle for talking this out with Ciel and Sebastian to form a plan for what's in for them in the future and how can the Midfords possibly help them in the future.

But other than that, I think the Midfords would be helping Ciel emotionally.

Which is also a very good way to show their support is genuine rather than just materialistic way of showing it.

huh it's funny how i never mentioned that Sebastian is the one who went through that lab stuff aswell, even tho originally it was only him who went through it and not Siren (did i ever mentioned that his stepdad didn't like or care about him and constantly wanted to brush him aside? i told willow that long long ago when i was starting to develop my ocs but i dont know if i publicly said that A-)

so yeah, Sebastian went through this too but

he was there longer

Kaleb was there for him too dw

Sasha never got the chance to meet him during that bc Sebastian was easier to handle (he didn't fight back like Siren did) so dr. everett didnt have to see him in person much and was able to give the directions to other doctors

and whenever he did see Sebastian in person, Sasha wasn't there

but thats how he met Siren tho-

Siren didn't get traumatized by this at all but Sebastian did

I’m that BB anon on the parental relationship, I’d love for some manga panels, thanks! That might actually be useful for more than just me. Encouraging the view of that kind of relationship would be a good thing for this fandom.

putting this under a read more so i don’t bother the dash with this but yeah i agree, especially when realistically they are closer to family than anything else!

starting off with the servants, if you don’t know all the servants at the phantomhive manor were selected by sebastian, for not only their abilities but bc he found them trust worthy and they had no where else to go / no ties to anywhere else which is kinda required for being ciels personnel as any life outside serving a phantomhive is impossible

sebastian takes on the duty of teaching meyrin and finnian how to read and write, both being younger and poor with no real experience with written word nor “proper” etiquette of wealthy families, we get a bunch of chapters with montages showing their slow growth and how they each get closer to sebastian and ciel bc of how this mansion is now their safe haven, i wont spoil backstories but each of them were saved and directly call the mansion their home as well as everyone there their family

a really strong example (bc of how expressive he is) is finnian! finny has a hard time reading others and can’t keep his thoughts or impulses to himself but bc of backstory related reasons he wasn’t able to express himself without punishment, but now at the phantomhive mansion he can, he loves it here and has warmed up to sebastian so much that he calls sebastian his gaurdian sometimes, he feels comfortable jumping on / hugging and just running to him whenever he’s upset and he views ciel as a little brother (as he’s always wanted a family) and as for meyrin she feels the same way! (she’s just shy compared to the others so she wouldn’t approach sebastian the same way finny does) but she considers everyone in the mansion her family

onto a less expressive example, bard was the last addition to the staff at the mansion and butted heads with sebastian a lot, he was way older than finny and meyrin when he got selected so it was harder for sebastian to “teach” him anything and they argued a lot but (spoiler spoiler etc) they eventually get along and bard sees him as a brother of sorts

later on in the book of atlantic arc we get a series of flashbacks showing sebastian and ciel when they first made the contract, sebastian was cold, didn’t care much about ciel and not familiar with human customs, but they have a break through one night when he finally treats ciel like what he is: a scared traumatized child, and gives him a warm cup of milk that’s considered a treat for kids around that time

following this we get a montage of them understanding each other more and clips of sebastian teaching him school work, how to dress, etc etc and just generally doing things a parent would do with their kid, later on ciel has a ceremony for him by the queen of england and madam red, his last remaining family says this

sebastian decided to watch the ceremony outside of the room bc he is still a demon and human customs don’t mean much to him, he’s grown a lot but after she says this he merely says he’s just a butler, but him even being there when it wasn’t required of him shows he cares about ciel and is an important person to him, ESPECIALLY bc sebastians appearance (one that highly resmembles ciels father) was ciels own subconscious request

as we go on forward in the series we get a tons and i mean tons of panels of sebastian making snarky remarks to ciel, even bullying him sometimes and telling not to throw tantrums / to go to bed / to watch his mouth in public etc etc

and it just shows that even tho he is still a demon and their arrangement is only bc of the contract they’ve definitely made a family like model in the mansion, ciel being everyones little brother / kid whose emo and they all look after and protect

also this is just a very dad joke thing to say

And all they have is each other' Some think it might be Sambucky because of the blip. Both Sam and Bucky were snapped snd came back. Seb, Anthony & the writers already talked about how they live in a new world now post blip, how they must forge new identies and how they need each other because of their common experience, they know each other better than anyone,

The blip thing doesn't make sense. Sam and Bucky did not appear traumatized by the blip(Bucky didn't even talk about it on the show) while Steve whole story centered around him feeling out of place in a new time and how Bucky was that connection to his past life. It was so hard for him to adjust that Steve didn't truly participate in life( him refusing to date being one example) and he eventually decided to go back and live in his own time. Bucky is still getting use to how things are run today, tho this series didn't go too deep on his adjusting. At least they referred to it, while they didn't talk about how Bucky felt jumping 5 years. Sebastian was definitely talking about Steve and Bucky.

Hetalia Wicked (Book and Musical mix) AU, okay?

Gilbert is Elphaba.

He's born with an almost burning reaction to water, white hair, red eyes, and — most obvious — green skin and sharp teeth.

His mother, scared of having another green child, eats some supplements so her next child will be normal, but dies as a result, with her second child, Ludwig, born paralyzed waist down.

Their father subconsciously blames Gilbert, which causes him to blame himself, and yay happy fun times.

Not to say their dad doesn't love Gil, it's just very very complicated.

So like Gil goes to a college called Shiz.

He ends up having to room with François Bonnefoi of Upland, the AU's Glinda.

They... don't really get along because they're so different but they both respect the other academically.

(and tbh everyone in school thinks Fran is hot and Gil is not exempt)

(and Fran does think Gil's green skin and red eyes are at least pretty shades)

(tho neither would ever admit these facts)

Arthur takes Dr. Dillamond's place narratively.

He's a Donkey lol what can I say.

And he keeps calling Fran Francis.

Gil and Fran (who's know like "okay I'll go by Francis in the Ass's honor) are convinced it isn't exactly an accident and that the headmistress set it up but can't speak up about it because she's working for the Wizard and because she's teaching them sorcery.

They actually are closer than ever because of the mutual suspicion.

They talk about their pasts together it's gay.

Ludwig ends up coming to the school a couple years after Gil.

With the silver slippers their dad gave him and everything.

I'm not saying Gil is pining for like all his friends or anything but...

gasp you know what yes (I've been wanting to make some lists for a while -maybe least to most bottom of each of the RFA characters LMAO-)

MysMe characters least to most reliable with a pet and what pet would they have:

11. Rika

LMFAO bet ya didn't expect that did ya!? Nah you probably did, anyway the reason why she's the least reliable for a pet it's kinda obvious, first of all, she would refuse to get her pet treatment when it almost turns blind and ma'am? Please help your dog???

Also if at any time the pet dies she would start another cult so let's not risk it with her. Instead of an animal maybe give her a rock instead pfttt (actually wait-no she'd probably throw it at our poor mint coloured hair boy just give her a dog plushy it smth she can't be trusted with alive things)

10. Saeyoung

You may be asking me, Amanda, why, Saeyoung absolutely loves cats he'd be a cool cat dad, and yes, you're right. But you also don't understand that this man's love for cats goes SO far that he will actually cause chaos all around him. He'd give the cat SO many treats, not only that, but he'd also cuddle them, and that's nice tight? Wrong. This man will try to stretch the cat, grab it and twirl it around, reenact the lion king and do the 'Simba' bit and everything. Not only that he'd completely use it to prank Zen and everyone else, overall, he'd be a great pet owner but it'd be too much chaos so let's just stick with loving cats from afar.

Also I feel like he'd get a snake for some reason, and he'd dress them up in like a fancy bowtie a hat, or an iguana or chameleon y'know? He'd go for the amphibian type :o

9. Ray

I love our boy, I really do, but honestly how do you expect him to take care of a dog if he can't take care of himself. 😢

Actually scratch that, if he had a dog he would definitely love it and spoil it, and we live for that but also:

honey focus on yourself too we don't want you to D I E

Maybe give him a hamster or smth, while he's hacking away and watching MC in their room the hamster will be spinning on it's wheel super happy

Or he can have some cute fishes 🐟🐠

And like his brother, because great minds think alike, maybe a chameleon. He'd be pretty scared of them at first but he found one under some flowers and decided to rescue it, and now he sort of ended up adopting it :D

Although I find it pretty unlikely that he'll get a pet, he's more into flowers anyway

(OH WAIT WHAT ABOUT BEES? YA LIKE JAZZ -im sorry pft but now I need to see Ray in like those bee farmer dress things lmao)

8. Zen

I could see him as the pet owner that takes their dogs on walks and such, but honestly, if he's allergic to cats he's probably allergic to other animals too, at least some with a lot of hair! Although I feel like he'd get one of those big dogs and he'd go on runs with it all the time. The dog would be like the ones that are mostly thought of as super dangerous or aggressive but it turns out they're a sweetheart. Either that or a poodle 🐩💀 (but like I said, he's probably allergic to animals with lots of hair.)

HOW ABOUT A PARROT? ZEN COULD TOTALLY PRACTICE HIS LINES AND SONGS WITH THE PARROT AJDNFBFB

7. Jihyun

Jihyun would be pretty good as a pet owner but honestly he'd be super nervous at everything at first. Welcome to the Jihyun apologizing to his pet show akdjdn. But would we trust him with a pet? He wasn't really able to take care of two teenage boys -although it was mostly because he was in a toxic relationship 💀

When he has his sight problems he could totally get those helper dogs? (Forgot what they're called I'm sorry T_T)

He'd probably get a more chill pet tho, maybe a cat (he probably likes them a lot too! Also they're pretty calming.) So he could have like the guide dog and a small kitty too!

6. Jaehee

She'd be an awesome pet mom lol. I don't think she'd get a cat after being traumatized from pet-sitting Elizabeth. Maybe she could get like a turtle 🐢

Or maybe a rat to reenact Ratatouille lmaoo

She wouldn't get big pets unless the MC wanted to adopt something (and if they're a couple, we all know what people who want kids but can't or just aren't able to adopt at the moment, do, they get DOGS AND CATS!!!)

So honestly she'd start understanding why Jumin pampers Elly so much, since your dogs basically your child now PFTTT

Maybe a bunny too? I could see her working with the bunny on her head lmao and that's adorable

5. Suit Saeran

You may be wondering once again, WHAT AND WHY

Let me explain.

Suit would dffinetly get those scary and big dogs that have spiky collars and everything, and he'd probably call him something like Killer or Skull Destroyer, or maybe Blade lmao

And we all know he'd die for his dog. It's the only one he can trust ajdhdbdbd

He'd be like the bad boys that walk around with their dog everywhere growling at people (not just the dog, the two of them)

And "Spike" would be so well taken care of. Believers have to start doing draws to see who feeds the monster dog that always bites them PFTTT

The dog would also dffinetly know how to fight. It'd be cute if the only person he likes appart from Saeran tho is MC hehe

AND you cannot change my mind in this, ever since Saeran got "Dark Knight" (I'm experimenting with the dog names pfft) he's shown him a picture of Saeyoung and taught him to absolutely hate his guts, so Seven, buddy, maybe don't get to close to them lol

AND the backstory for this dog is that Saeran found him under some bushes, hurt, and the dog reminded him of when he was younger, so he took him in and that's how the doggie came to be :3

3. GE Saeran

Idk, he'd also get the normal-ish animals, like a bunny or a cat (he'd like how calming they are.)

He'd be awesome with animals too!

Also uhm, someone please draw him as a farmer AJDHDHD lmaoo that's the first thing that came to mind 😂

He'd be the person that likes animals but like....other people's animals? He'd love to see Elizabeth and such, but he wouldn't really want to have one (unless MC wanted to of course.) It's not that he doesn't like them, it's mostly because he feels more comfortable with other people's pets ajdjdbd

Also he doesn't want them to ruin the garden oop

3. In a tie with Saeran, Yoosung

I forgot about him and didn't want to change the numbers lmao

Yoosung is a vet, c'mon he knows how to deal with animals!

At first he'd be so freaking nervous and would be just like a helicopter parent, making sure the doggie is alright and such, but then he gets the hang of it and he's perfect.

We all know we got a bunny with him too in his GE :D so maybe a dog and a bunny! He'd have more than one pet I'll tell ya that.

2. Jumin

Listen he's the king alright? He pampers his cat SO much, and you can just TELL how much he loves Elly. We all stan a man that loves animals.

He'd probably get some exotic pets too, maybe a few horses and birds that are really exotic or something

But can you imagine him with like....a tiger PFT

He'd be like: omg this is a cat but bigger let me have one

It'd be like Sebastian from Black Butler lol

He'd also be up to a dog, it'd take a bit of convincing but if MC wants one then he'd snap his fingers and get them one immediately (I love this man he's so ADORABLE) and then they'd have two children and Zen wouldn't have to worry about just Elizabeth

1. Vanderwood

Yes! The one! The only!

He's the only one appart from Jaehee that has more than one braincell PFTTTTT

He'd have a pretty big and scary dog that would've an absolute sweetheart when you get to know them. Everyone at first is scared but the dog just wants to sleep and eat, that's all.

Vanderwood is super responsible, I mean after Saeyoung I'm sure a dog would be nothing. He'd also compare Seven to his dog lol "Not even Capitan America is that dirty!"

"you named your dog Capitan America...?"

"shut the hell up or I'm tasing you."

His dog would spend all day sleeping. Sometimes Vanderwood will take him on walks, and they really enjoy that time together.

Vanderwood romance route? Uh, no he's far too in love with his dog to be doing anything else PFT

And you cannot once again change my mind on this:

He talks to his dog when he's alone.

He will tell him about his day as he cooks or does the laundry. He'd be in an apron making some dinner and be all like:

"Ugh, today I had to take care of that no-good for nothing guy again. It's incredible how messy his house can get in just a matter of hours! Not only that, he wasn't eating properly again, that idiot. I had to practically drag him out of his chair and make him eat some food. Not that I'm worried. It'd just be a hassle to have to find another hacker as good as him. Seriously that guy...."

"Heart" final thoughts: this episode as a whole is incredibly cruel to Sam, but from an objective standpoint, it's a good episode. The twist is good and makes sense, even if they never explain why Madison didn't turn that night the boys stayed with her.
