accidentally stayed up past the 'sleepy med make sleepy' threshold and now ive watched 50 minutes of the movie Spirit (Stallion of the Cimarron) (one of my fav childhood movies) and then decided "i should try to sleep" then couldnt fall asleep in 5 minutes and then decided "well if i finish the movie thats too late at night. ill watch youtube instead" and proceeded to watch the equivalent of the rest of the movie in shorter videos.

OKSY SO in thier travels The birds sometimes land on boring ass planets/planes right? so sometimes they they take it in turns to set a silly task for the others and award points. and yes theres a scroe board on the fridge that is constantly sabotarged.

another grad school rejection. at this rate it seems like I won't make it in, which is super depressing. Wish I knew what was going on. There's definitely some things I could have handled better (I submitted relatively late, i didn't waive my access to my letters of reccomendation, my GRE quant scroe was pretty average), but also some things I can't control (I don't have a lot of work experience, i never did a research project, my comp sci GPA isn't fantastic). idk what to do, I was looking at grad school as a way to put off the real world for a year or two more, let the job market recover, and to take some fun classes. part of me wants to get a real job, grind for a year, and then try again, part of me just wants to give up. super depressed, i don't feel ready for the real world yet.
