Designs for the Lost in code AU! Part 1

So again, I'm going to use any cut content or concept art for characters! (May make grandpa semi real yall)

First said honorable mention: Flowey doesn't really have anything to change, his design seems to have remained consistent throughout the design process. So I'll be using and scrapped faces for him!

#1, Goat mom!

Honestly this is similar to how I draw Toriel anyways! I prefer this to her Cannon design anyway, so cute!

#2, Monster King!

I think for his design I will incorporate the crown from the first image set along with his outfit and hair from image set two. Personality may become a bit more hardened & sterner.

#3, Asriel!

Asriel in LnC is already a bit older than Proto Chara "Frara" due to his horns. I've already made some posts with him!

He's taller than Frara, wears a robe similar to his Hyper death form (& Toriel's robes), instead of heart lockets he & Frara have friendship bracelets. His personality is probably less of a crybaby & more mature tho still a kid. The whole flower plan would be altered due to this.

#4, Skeleton Bros!

Papyrus is NOT becoming a 2012 reddit user, we can't go back. Maybe I'll give him some kind of sunglasses. Going to use his second battle body in image 2.

Sans is gonna get that poker hat (what's it called?) though I'm unsure about that strange skull shape...

#5, The sapphic monsters 🫶

I've got separate ideas for undyne's armor but her face will change. I really enjoy the curly hair with the heart eye patch & lipstick! Unsure if she has any pre release sprites with different coloring from her post release sprites, if so then she'll get a recolor as well.

Alphys will use the 1st design shown, I wonder if I'll keep her gray or if she has any other color palettes.

More to come later on! I'll be using all sorts of unused concepts and characters, good luck Hero 😭....

Thinking about some other samples and things I want to deal with getting rid of sometime (later on 'cause they'll need pictures taken & new listings made, etc). And I can't fully make up my mind about either just selling this as a Rare Sample or fully giving it another shot at (un)life:

Years ago I had it up for preorder and had zero takers, so I just scrapped it besides the one SM-MD and one LG-XL (which my partner stole a while back, haha) samples I had made. But maybe the people just weren't ready for Undead Heartbreaker in 2021. Could they be now..? 🤔

Okay the last of my posting spree I promise just emptying out the inventory of sketches and scraps, some scrapped babytwo

The first one with the moon pattern is little Luna who will likely be revamped eventually for canon as that is Darkness' daughter! Not much to say she's just a little gaia glow spot

The planty mew was from some lore stuff I had planned where when a new tree of life grows it creates a mew to be it's first colony member unfortunately humans found the sprouting tree tampering with it mixing in human dna so the young tree ended up contaminated having to quickly try to keep it's mew alive making it have more plant like dna and some human dna so it's vaguely twoish, they were gonna be adopted by my Zoroark mewtwo fusion

And a little Pachurisu fusion two who was gonna be born by meowth fusion mewtwo when Meowthtwo and May were briefly separate entities in my head but lmao since become the same with meowthtwo just being her fusion self

Guys I’m trying to get a proper Needles design out but I cannot get them to look how he does in my head😭 I did this one in like an hour bcs i wasn’t sure if my design could strike a balance of “trying to hard” and “could genuinely be unsettling” but like the other two sketches I’ve done look like this so:
