Yeah. Sorry, not sorry. While Stiles may have joked about letting people die, or killing them, or even threatening people colorfully, he never did intentionally kill anyone. Scott, on the other hand, intentionally planned to kill Peter when he was the Alpha, to get his "humanity" back, and poisoned Gerard to make him reject the bite which would kill him. Just to name a few instances off the top of my head.

Honestly, it's a story. It's not real, so it doesn't bother me. The show wouldn't have been as interesting if they just solved everything by killing people. It would've been a completely different show. But all those purity test peeps who point out how much of an asshole Stiles was for joking about killing people, he never purposefully set out to kill anyone like Scott did.
