Just realized yesterday was Burns Night 🤦‍♂️. Well to make up for it this thirsty Thursday I'm diving into this three pack Monsters of Smoke from Ardbeg featuring the Wee Beastie, Ardbeg 10, and An Oa. Paired with a great Tatuaje T110 Tuxtla cigar. The Wee Beastie has flavors of iodine, sweet hay, and earthy smoke. The 10 has flavors of sweet roast meat, campfire, and salted caramel. 1) Let the Pot de Ganache jars reach room temperature first,

2) Sip some peaty Scotch, so now there are some of it on your tongue at body temperature,

3) Then scoop out a small spoon of the PORT-CHARLOTTE 10YR infused ganache and let it melt on your tongue,

4) Repeat Steps 2-3. ENJOY
