okay so i realised the last ask game i reblogged would be perfectly suited to a poll :) and i think polls are fun :) Speculative routes under the cut so some of the lesser talked about OCs get a chance vs. say, the popular ones.
(Note: I did not include everyone as I figured some of these would overlap significantly, and each one would need something a bit unique about them. Sorry Byron)
Leonelle (she/her, human, lesbian, 25) — to win the pretty, petty (and a little bit pathetic) Chelish Diva's heart, you must understand she has a lot of baggage from being raised in a strict household with a Cardinal of Asmodeus for a father. She is angry, a bit immature, a bundle of nerves, but she is also vivacious, charming, and eager to explore thanks to her newfound freedom. She is also very opinionated when it comes to matters of the arts, particularly as a Chelish trained bard. Expect events at the opera but also... patricide :)
Valerius (he/him, dhampir, bisexual, 57) — a tyrant, a scion to a family fallen on hard times, a silver tongued prince. Valerius has been called many things, but the most accurate of them all is to call him a beautiful, honourable parasite. He keeps to his word, even if he may twist it to suit his agenda. He worships a goddess of gluttony and undeath, and understanding this is key to thawing his icy heart. Decadent dinners, blood rituals, cannibalism, obssession. A quintessential gothic romance awaits.
Magni (they/he, dwarf, polyamorous & queer, 27) — once, Magni was the favoured Prince of King Endrin Aeducan, and then it all went to hell. After being found guilty of fratricide (he did do it), they have become a Grey Warden on the surface. Ruthless, pragmatic and a political aspirant, Magni is open to a relationship of any kind - open or closed.
Arthur (he/him, human, biromantic asexual (sex favourable), 50) — dilf enjoyers, this is potentially one for you. Calm and compassionate, but grieving, Arthur's heart is mending after the loss of his previous partner and he might be ready for love again. He keeps his noble upbringing well but doesn't put on airs, instead using his position to try levy a better life for those suffering. Rank does not matter if one is in his care. Also comes with a beagle called Chutney.
Leto (he/him, human, pan & demiace, 23) — a young Navy Officer from the Navis Imperialis, Leto has never had much interest in people, preferring his star charts and travel journals instead. But with the right person, he might feel the stirring of something, and more inclined to go by the old courting manuals than think of something outside of the box.
Veszeth (they/them, drow bhaalspawn, aro lesbian, 62) — to court the Dark Urge is to court death. After all, Veszeth means bloody obssession. Flesh taker. They will keep you at arm's length, fighting against their nature just to love you. But that love is a twisted thing, warped by their perception of what love is by their quasi-divine father. Unless you manage to give them the courage to fight back against their destiny before it is too late, then this will be a tragedy. Thee Toxic Yuri Route™️
Luminița (she/her, changeling, demisexual lesbian, 26) — as a cleric of Pharasma who has spent her life being raised, tutored and working in Lepidstadt's graveyards, Lumi is a light and a balm to those who grieve for their departed loved ones. Patient, kind, and with a strong moral character. She will heal those who surrender to her, but allow no quarter against the enemies of her goddess and can have as much of a biting tongue as those who might test her patience. Expect tension if you were in any form sympathetic to the undead, but that makes the relationship all the juicier. Just don't worry too much about her hag mother coming to Call.

This is a small continuation to this, and this is how i personally imagine the relationship DU Drow and Orin had before, and a lot of this details come from @meanbossart and i cannot thank you enough for sharing Drow with us, and alas you have inspired me to write my little stories again, and so i made this for you. I hope you enjoy this little snipped of how i see them. @meanbossart
"Specter"
And Orin knows,
She knows she has him in the palm of her hand, eating out of her every word, every thought. But his own arrogance shall be his downfall, his own dagger will stab his wound. The favorite of father, the scion of Bhaal, his precious prince, so oblivious to his own personal demon coming to hunt him, he never saw her coming, never saw her climbing through the ranks. Always believing she worshipped him as all of them did, ready to fall on his feet and kneel in front of his seat.
But he didn’t see her coming, didn’t think her a fool enough to try and take what he had as a right, he was made from the flesh of Bhaal, she was for a mere imitation, he was everything she wanted to be. She could feel it, as his cold hands gripped the rope pulling at her neck, his lower body pushing against her backside showed her just how excited he was at the prospect of her death at his hands, teaching her the lesson she had thought herself the master of.
“Orin..” he growls, a warning, and she should know better than to keep pushing past this point, but the promise of pain comes harder than survival instincts, there’s nothing that brings her more joy than punishing him. Its a game they both play, a game he invented but she became the master of. A sibling fight, a tough pull of the rope to see who breaks first; she knows it will be him, who will end up storming off to kill something or fuck something or perhaps both.
And what angers her the most is how easily he turns a blind eye to Sarevok, to his abuses, to his pushing and prowling for her to accept his affections, how its the will of Bhaal, how there wouldn't be a purer spawn breed ever before.
"Blood-kin" She calls for him, a knife hidden behind her back, under her clothes. "Come to me, it is time we continue our work in you. and perhaps if you behave, I shall reward you." She teases him, taunts him, and he is too fool or too brave too see behind her mask. behind her hate, as he approaches her, a smirk on his face because perhaps this time she wont pull away when his hand lingers slightly too long on her back, or when his fingers dare move lower than her neck. perhaps she has finally understood how he would be perfect for her.
He sights as he lays down and Orin, radiant, sinister, enticing as she walks to him, as she stalks to him, dagger clutch in a hand she will never admit is shaking, and tears of joy gather in her eyes as she asks like good girls do.
"Don't you think we should finally start in your back?" She grins and rejoices when he agrees, not without first waiting for her to sit on his waist and his hands feel the fire to lay on her legs but he resist and turns around, if he pushes he fears she may simply withdrawn this pleasures from him again, as she has been doing so often lately.
His scream fills the air, like the war drums of blood in the temple when her blade finally collides with his head. and the crack of his skull as she has to use her strength to push and break, to open him, to prowl in and she feels his hands pushing back to hit at her, her time is limited as she keeps stabbing, pushing, and his blood covers her hair, her skin, her mouth and no satisfaction ever compares to the look in his eyes as he realizes just how wrong he had been, how life slowly fades from them. At last, she has won the price she had always deserved.

PSSSST 2 for the writer question meme
2. How does their race play into the design? Was it a conscious choice because of the racial features or did you simply enjoy the playstyle or lore?
Sooo Strike is a drow and when I made him one i admittedly had no idea about most of DnD and drow in general, I was just making my favorite OC to see what he'd look like in bg3 lol, it's why he doesn't really look like a drow or other drow ingame
BUT after getting way too into the Bhaalspawn stuff and bg3 lore and everything, I can confidently say that I found excuses reasons for why Bhaal would've made him that way.
the drow are considered a 'scary' race, Bhaal would've wanted that for his child, and they're kind of like... a degradation of a 'noble' race of elves? At least they're considered as such, they give off the high and mighty vibe and can do everything elves can but they're also considered lesser than surface dwellers.
They have a fucked up culture that's centered around an evil god(ess), but one that is not Bhaal. Strike could therefore relate to them but only from afar as they would've never accepted him as one of their own, which leads me to my next point
Isolation. That comes in two ways; one because people who aren't that familiar with elves and drow see a drow and assume the worst, so noone in their right mind would want to associate with him if they knew (Strike has to roll a persuasion check whenever he meets someone new and tells them that he's actually an elf), but because he doesn't fully look like a drow, everyone who does know them better will get this awful uncanny valley feeling about him. Like something is wrong but you can't really point it out, you know?
and another important thing is that Strike is a cis man, which puts him at the very bottom of social hierarchy of the lowest rank of an elf. Drow men are basically slaves and are treated as such, which means that his entire life he was constantly aware that without Bhaal and the title of being his scion, he would still, always, be a slave.
So yeah essentially me not knowing how drow work or look turned out really well because Bhaal is just enough of a bitch that I could totally see him make a mismatch of a person who will never be able to fit anywhere and whom noone will respect unless if he uses his Father's name and power to assert himself, but in any case, he created someone who will be unable to relate to anyone and find any other home outside of the temple.
#lmao sorry for the ramble im very excited about this#i mentioned it in unsaved but to Astarion he was giving off hell of uncanny vibes when they first met#he CAN pretend to be an elf but his eyes being blacked out on the sides he can only explain with potential tiefling ancestry#which also immediately makes him lesser than in most people's eyes#basically just a guy who could never live a normal life even if he tried to#love the bhaalspawn stuff so much you cant even imagine#answered asks#bg3 durge#oc strike#strike lore#the dark urge#bg3

lorewise, dirges parents fled menzoberranzan to the surface to escape being assassinated (potentially for their relationship, undecided). both their scars are from the escape attempt.
they eventually end up settling in baldurs gate (two bedroom cottage. relative squalor. poor part of the city). given baldurs gate having a track record of not being the greatest towards both refugees and drow, life post-underdark wasnt kind to them. id imagine that they always wanted kids but never had the time, as both of them had to rapidly adjust to a new culture and quickly build up the labor skills needed to survive without the support of a noble House and without any money or anything to sell, so those first couple of years mustve been ROUGH. i think that like, after they settle into a kind of rhythm with work and getting stable, they have a kind of aimless lull period where theyre wondering why theyre doing this, what theyre working towards, etc, thats resolved by finding dirge
in a lot of ways, dirges appearance is kind of like a dark miracle. hes a tiefling child, spattered with blood, wandering the alleyways in the middle of the night. no one besides specifically a poor drow couple is likely to both be in that area AND be willing to adopt a child. the circumstances lead them to draw their own conclusions (hes specifically a tiefling and theyre both experienced enough with racialized prejudice to Come To Some Conclusions regarding why a walking-aged tiefling toddler might be alone in the Bad Part of Town). dirge answers the question of what theyre going to do, or why, because now theres someone here who needs them. if it wasnt them, it definitely wouldve been one of the more unsavory elements in baldurs gate, but because theyre drow, with darkvision, who prefers the nighttime becuse of the light sensitivity, who happen to live in this area because they fled their home, theyre in the right place at the right time and find someone else who probably ALSO just lost everything they had known, and now is lost in a world theyve just recently figured out how to navigate
it goes in reverse too, because despite being a bhaalspawn, dirge LOOKS like a tiefling, and tieflings arent well understood, and frequently demonized besides. the 5e PHB makes mention that tieflings will occasionaly be beset by dark aggressive urges, but even if we understand that as just superstitious prejudice, it still goes a good ways for justifying the oddities dirge experiences as a bhaalspawn. and the only people really capable of meeting that middle ground of being understanding enough to handle dirges quirks with compassion while being just out of the loop enough to be put off by all the myriad ways hes Not A Tiefling, would be this specific couple of lolth sworn drow.
if hes drawn to violence, well thats probably a tiefling thing. and violence itself isnt bad, it just needs to be channeled. a lot of the techniques for child rearing in menzoberranzan are unironically helpful for dealing with a growing bhaalspawn with awakening violent impulses, and a lifetime of dodging poisons and assassins and being permanently on guard just happens to be well suited to fending off the advances of a clumsily run deathcult looking to elevate their newborn scion into a position of dark worship to usher in the end of days
if bhaal ever wanted dirge to do anything for the cult, the only real option was to have his first Dark Urge be to kill both of them before they had time to raise their guards and plan around the situation, because otherwise it wouldve been an uphill battle to get dirge away from them (and one bhaal wasnt likely to win)

Finally making an OC info post- by no means is this all of them, just ones that are most active and/or live in my head rent free.
First up- Rhys (DnD 5e - Rime of the Frostmaiden)
20 years Old, Half Orc, Half Elf (sweet baby angel) , He/Him
Fighter- Echo Knight
Absolute Ray of Sunshine; Rhys is from Icewind Dale; more specifically the Nomadic Reghed Tribe of the Elk.
He's unfamiliar with the outside world and even includes settlements in his own country
He's a Himbo basically a big dog.
This campaign lead him to leaving his tribe for the first time after an unfortunate accident which turned him into a small 'painted child' and searching for his missing sister. (both these are sorted now!)
*Rhys found an old oil painting of this child, blacked out and next thing he knew he was that small elf child. Her skin and clothing having the texture of painted canvas, and bleeds paint.
For a good chunk of the campaign he was just a totally normal elf- whose shadow didn't match with the body
---
Dhalas (DnD 5e Annalor)
36 Years Old, They/Him, Triton
Drunken Master Monk
Chill surfer dude vibes
Part of a travelling circus, They're a balancing act
Extremely laid back, Dhalas talks like they fight- dancing around, seemingly without rhyme or reason and occasionally clumsy.
---
Foxglove (BG3)
138 Years old (tweaked her age a lil), She/They, Drow
Arcane Trickster Rogue
Guild Artisan Background- Locksmith & Apprentice Finesmith
Chill and sassy, that Tav who talks their way out of shit.
Skews Towards Chaotic Good
Presents Androgynous most of the time
Must lockpick everything- she's not actually super interested what's inside, she just wants to see the workmanship of the locks and trashtalk how bad they are.
Yeah she's smooching the vampire. (and Halsin)
Naturally cares for others, even at the cost of her own wellbeing.
Has a Phobia of anything touching/going near her eyes- so the start of the game is A Time for Fox.
---
Arslan Dhoro (FFXIV)
21 Years Old (as of ARR), He/Them
Xaela AuRa
Dragoon - White Mage Main (All healer classes tbh)
Stoic, Resting Angry Face Himbo
He struggles to show emotion but he's just pretty shy and cautious about opening up to others.
From the Azim Steppe, he left in his early teens with his father after the death of his mother, to explore the world beyond the Steppe.
His Father Died in his late teens, attacked in Coerthas thinking he and Arslan were Dravanians.
He's extremely soft and protective for the Scions/his friends
---
Shiv (DnD 5e Saltmarsh- campaign completed)
Awful, terrible lesbian
68 years old, She/Her, Halfling
Celestial Warlock - Unicorn Patron w/ a Baby Phoenix familiar, Toby
A piece of shit. Is an absolute asshole and wont let you know she cares.
Lowkey magical girl
Ex-smuggler, who's patron is literally 'I can fix her', 'she can be a better person'. Part of the 'Beyond Skeletons' Pirate crew, she's the medic of the crew.
---
Pymmyr Tathnel (DnD 5e)
Pym
85 Years Old, He/They, Drow
Gloomstalker Ranger
Emotional Support Blink Dog, Princess Liquorice
This boy is scared all the time
Doesn't talk much, but speaks in a soft voice
Has disordered 'Sleeping' and Eating :)
His plague mask has tinted lenses to help ease the strain with how bright the surface is
I wont tell too much about them as a lot of their info is spoilers to other players. But this sad Drow just rocks up in my head on the regular.
---
Erebus (Anima Beyond Fantasy)
AKA- My first TTRPG character! circa 2011-2 I think???
Real name Sho Yoshimitsu
22 Years Old, He/Him
Duk'Zarist Nephilim
Assassin
Textbook 'strong silent and intimidating hot man'
But basically a big soft boy if you break past the mile thick ice
Tragic backstory™ , used to using his body for the job
He really enjoys cooking!
Also hopelessly in love with a small soft summoner, Caelum (the one hugging him), They're RedxBlue gays
---
I think I'll leave it there for now!
I may add more later, I hope it was interesting?? and I'm still pretty shy with yelling this much about my characters haha.
Thanks for reading if you made it this far! 💜

one day I will make a much longer lore post about her but the cliffs notes on Tav!Gisèle:
- Chosen of Eilistraee.
- Simultaneously Chosen of Loviatar, aka an anguissette.
- born to House Surana, Second House of Menzoberranzan, during Lolth’s Silence. (I will do a whole post just on their history, but they are basically Drow Shahrizai.) She briefly had an arranged betrothal with Minthara when they were very small children that was nullified when Triel Baenre was assassinated and Quenthel took control of House Baenre.
- first love was Shalnazar, the courtesan who deflowered her, he was a secret worshiper of Eilistraee who was then taken in by House Surana for his magical abilities. He introduced her to the Dark Maiden and she worshiped w him in secret.
- while attending Arach-Tinilith, she was caught rule breaking and punished publicly by Minthara, and her getting off on it outed her as what everyone including her erroneously thought was a Lolthite blessing but was in fact her anguissette thing. this gave her a lot of clout but it also made her a target.
- had extremely toxic yuri with Quenthel Baenre for years. Gisèle seduced her for protection from the enemies that last point earned, Quenthel took advantage of her age and position. All the while knowing her daughter Minthara was in love with Gisèle btw.
- defected from Menzo a few years after graduating Arach-Tinilith bc Quenthel demanded she sacrifice Shalnazar. She fled to Lith My’athar, where she formally dedicated herself to Eilistraee’s service and trained as a Sword Dancer under my old Hero of Undrentide in NWN, Kariza de’Camyras. Eventually Eilistraee asked her to become her Chosen, and Gisèle agreed.
- was abducted by the Nautiloid while on her way to Waterdeep, to assist the rebuilding of the Promenade of the Dark Maiden.
- has Draconic ancestry from a silver dragon pre-Descent, and a still living deep dragon, which reflects in her Sorcerer levels.
- mortal reincarnation of my old CHARNAME Ravenna, who ascended to godhood in Throne of Bhaal and became the Goddess of Merciful Death, then was murdered. She does not find out about this until Act 3.
- has a large complicated polycule as usual: this one is Gisèle/Astarion/Halsin/Shadowheart/Wyll/Karlach, but the “core” of it insofar as much as it has one is Gisèle/Halsin/Astarion.
- Wyll becomes her oathsworn protector (eg an Oath of Devotion paladin) once he loses his powers from Mizora.
- She saved Minthara and their relationship status is…deeply complicated but Min eventually begins to accept Eilistraee’s teachings, if in small ways.
- Abdirak is a full companion, joining the group after fleeing the battle at the goblin camp, and becomes her lover and mentor in the ways of Loviatar (who I have always written as a neutrally aligned fem Kushiel type of goddess rather than neckbeard fap bait.).
- Gortash could be a whole post but. she ends up flipping him entirely due to the deep spiritual bond they share as Chosen of Bane and Loviatar. (Think of this as a Scion of Kushiel reacting to his chosen and yeah.)

I've been sooooooo artblocked lately, it's awful. So I drew my ttrpg OCs from all over the place in fancy (or not) outfits referenced from Pinterest
And then I proceeded to forget to post it. Yay.
Short overview of folk here, from left to right:
- Claude from Wraith: the Oblivion. He led quite a miserable life and ended up in the Legion of Paupers, but not before spending some time as a thrall. He had only recently caught some semblance of a break. Yeah.
- Ruben, son of Aphrodite from Scion: becoming as gods ttrpg. He is pretty grim, despite his looks and heritage, but not without a reason.
- Sharla, my Promethean: the Created girlie. Made by her creator to serve as a protector, she still fulfills her role – just in another group of people.
- Adlar, King of Summer in my Changeling: the Lost freehold. He hasn't actually been to Arcadia, but because he is a son of mortal woman and banished Gentry (so-called Charlatan) (a fact Adlar abhors and hides to the best of his ability) he is still technically a Changeling stuck in this whole changeling business
- Arcuvol, my good drow™ from DnD, because whenever I see some sort of evil faction I have to make a non-evil OC for it. (I'm never showing my Warhammer OCs to the world... Okay, they are still kinda evil when they should be). I was trying to make my own setting with DnD mechanics, but it's kinda dead now, so I don't know what to say.

i heard liriel's better written than drizzt but that came from drizzt haters so i wanted to ask your opinion as someone reading his prequels and eyeing her trilogy?
I think Liriel is very solid, and certainly the most well-written of Elaine Cunningham's works, though it has some odd tropes that Drizzt avoids...the most egregrious one off the top of my head is the tendency to, at least in the first book, have pretty much every drow dude except her dad want to sexually assault her or be attracted to her in some way; for example, her old male tutor is implied to be a lecher who's kind of got the hots for her, and one of the main antagonists, a Vhaeraunite, keeps a harem of surface elf women and wants Liriel for himself so he can uh. Put babies in her.
“Then you will lead the search to find her,” the wizard told him smoothly. “However, you are not to kill her. She is too important for that, both for the magic she wields and the children she may bear to follow Vhaeraun. You know the importance of bringing drow females into the Night Above. I will not have her destroyed.” Gorlist scowled.
“There are more ways than one to humble the little princess,” Nisstyre said softly. “I want this female for Vhaeraun, and for my own pleasure, but I am not averse to sharing. In time, you shall have your revenge.”
A lot of the weirder shit I object to is kind of like, stuff you find out either if you're reading books that are not Liriel OR you're reading the absolutely bonkers shit Elaine says as an author about her books or about DnD worldbuilding.
There's an odd tendency sometimes for characters to simply forget about other characters once they're out of the story too imo but that doesn't affect Liriel...that much. BUT the Liriel books themselves are pretty solid!
I think to an extent Liriel works best as a companion piece to Drizzt, as they're in direct conversation with each other. Much of Gromph's characterisation that forms the base for his stuff in later Drizzt books started here, and Liriel's perspective as a scion of the First House with an actual social life offers some valuable insights on what it's like for priestesses with more social standing and the usual conditions at Arach-Tinilith.
As for it being better (or worse, i guess) than drizzt, it's a silly comparison for people to make. Liriel was made to be as different from Drizzt as possible so it's apples to oranges. The two authors have different writing styles and different goals in that writing. I certainly prefer Drizzt more, but Liriel's books were pretty good regardless.

— The prodigal scion of a noble house in Menzoberranzan, before her betrayal during the events of the Silence of Lolth. Owing to her family’s with the surface, and particularly with the Matron Mother’s appreciation of topside flora, many of the family’s portraits contained flowers that are alien to the Underdark. Here, the drow noblewoman is adorned with magnolias and marigolds, while carefully grasping a scarlet pimpernel between her fingers.
It is unknown whether the drow know (or care to know) the language of flowers, but the symbology appears too deliberate to go without notice. Magnolias, predictably, for nobility, marigolds for cruelty, and the dainty weed in her hand, most curiously, represents change. —
Just having fun with flowers and my bg3 drow

Introducing Vierae, my newest tav and the star of my next playthrough.
She's a drow from Menzoberranzan, former entertainer and assassin, now a budding cleric of Eilistraee and seeker of Corellon's favor. Her kidnapping aboard the nautiloid kicks off what will eventually come to be known to Eilistraee devotees across Faerûn as The Longest Run.
At a glance:
Name: Vierae Gysselylth (drow for "Dark Dancer", elven for "Clan of the Blade")
Race: Seldarine Drow (Ancestry: Udadrow)
Background: Guild Artisan
Class: Bard (College of Swords) / Cleric (Life Domain) / Rogue (Thief)
Alignment: Chaotic/Neutral Good
Motivation: Grant aide and succor to those who suffer; seek retribution on those who would conquer, enslave and slaughter; if accepted, entice other drow to walk with her, and offer shelter to all from the cruelty of Lolth and other wicked gods.
Also she's wearing Shadowheart's armor in that pic above cause for this playthrough I'm using the SH Concept Art and Arm Tattoo mods cause I think they look neat :)
The gear has some minor bonuses fitting a trickery cleric too, which is nice considering this is a tactician run and trickery domain will need all the help it can get until Act 2 stuff happens.
I'm meeting Larian halfway with their changes to drow lore regarding eye color. She is technically Seldarine but, growing up in the underdark for 100+ years means you kinda have to be lolth-sworn to survive. Not that the spider queen's favor ever got anywhere near her.
The left eye being pink is just me continuing my trend of giving all my trans characters heterochromia to represent the magical influence of fantasy hrt. Yeah, turns out growing up a super closeted trans girl as a male-born scion isn't easy, even if your house is minor in comparison to the big players.
A bit of backstory:
She was blessed from an early age with a rarity among the drow—the ability to dream. Though infrequent, her dreams were filled with images of the surface night sky, and the elegant figure of the Dark Dancer. She longed to visit, but no means were at her disposal other than unspeakable work in surface raiding parties, and the occasional assassin work. It was only by virtue of getting captured by an enclave of Eilistraeen worshippers who offered her succor and acceptance if she abandon her evil ways and accept the Silver Lady's invitation to dance among the stars and the trees.
Taking to her studies easily, she sought a place among the priesthood. Though at the time the clergy was opening up more freely to male worshippers, she learned quickly of the so-called "Changedance" that was practiced in earlier times, where as a rite of passage novice clerics would conduct a holy dance that transformed their body from male to female, and vice-versa. She practiced tirelessly, mastering the dance in short order, and upon seeing her reflection in the still waters of the river lit by the full moon, she beheld the Dark Dancer in her dreams; it was her all along. Her true self.
She wept for the first time in her life.
Naturally, she enjoyed staying in the Changedance's form for longer than any of her male cleric peers. While the temporary reprieve was satisfying, she sought more permanent options. Her artisan upbringing proved valuable, as she learned from several of her fellow priestesses how to concoct the alchemical medicines that can change the body's shape and feel to reflect who they are in their heart. While not a complete transformation, her ability to fill out a bra and entice the gaze of young men (and not a few women) have been encouraging.
Dedicated to the Eilistraeen cause of harmony amongst the peoples of Toril, Vierae has been on many runs, to rescue underdark drow who sought escape from the grasp of Lolth's cult, to defending surface settlements from the very lolth-sworn raiding parties she was once a reluctant part of. Yet everywhere, what good faith they can harbor in non-drow communities soon sours as old suspicions and base prejudices re-assert themselves.
Seeking another way, Vierae has conducted extensive research on the worship of Corellon, sire to her Dark Lady, and ruler of all elves. If she could only entreat the teachings of Eilistraee to a few open-minded communities of elves, they may yet find wider acceptance. Thus she was in the process of a pilgrimage to petition Corellon's blessing, when the nautiloid snatched her up.
And as Astarion said, "First thing's first." She can save no one until she's saved herself, but that won't stop her from trying at every opportunity along the way. Her pilgrimage has led her to the Risen Road, and Baldur's Gate is the ultimate destination, where she either shows herself to be worthy of the gods' favor, or prove those who fear her to be right.
Inspiration for this Tav: @mass-effect-galaxy's Eilistraee Sword Dancer (general protagonist motivations, plus the hair was so good)
HoboZone's Dancer of Eilistraee Remastered Build (for the dual worship of Eilistraee and Corellon reflected in a dual wielder build)
Modlist:
No More Looping VFX And SFX
SK's More CC Colours
Shadowheart's Tattoos
Asymmetrical Shadowheart Concept Outfit
Shibariwaluigi's NPC Hair Edits
Two-Handed Longsword Finesse - mostly just to have a longsword as main arms until picking up dual wielder and Phalar Aluve
Bard Fixes And Tweaks - just to bring ranged flourishes down to melee's level, since this character's RP demands using melee whenever possible
More Reactive Companions - since this is a second playthrough I wanted to hear from the companions more, and swap to them so they can have the spotlight now and again.
Phalar Aluve - Legendary - adds combine items in Acts 2 and 3 to upgrade Phalar Aluve to a Very Rare and Legendary version.
