ドジョウ

泥鰌（どじょう）は、日本で一般的に見られる淡水魚の一種で、特に川や池、湖などの流れの緩やかな水域に生息しています。以下に泥鰌についての説明を示します。

外見と特徴: 泥鰌は、細長い体型をしており、ひれや尾は赤みがかった色をしています。 背中側は灰色や茶色をしており、腹側は白っぽい色をしています。 一般的には10〜15センチメートル程度の大きさですが、成長すると20センチメートル以上になることもあります。

利用: 泥鰌は日本の伝統的な食材の一つであり、地域によっては郷土料理として親しまれています。 泥鰌は一般的に唐揚げや天ぷら、鍋料理などにして食べられます。また、刺身や寿司ネタとしても利用されることがあります。
