In short Scaramouche is holding a Mona bust, representing her future, stunted and petrified (if you really wanna get freaky in details). Scaramouche is telling her (or us) that she's ''losing her head'' as in going insane, this is because she belives in the stars, also shes literally telling her that she'll be losing her head over her ideas and it will be the end of her life basically.
