maybe a controversial opinion. say no this is the best song in hamilton. every single fucking part of it. that shriek of the violin (?). i love the sharp angles of "you made the wrong sucker a cuckold" and "time to pay the piper for the pants you unbuckled"

i swear jorge put some kind of magic in EPIC cause like

normally if a song icks me for whatever reason i just don’t listen to it, regardless of how good the music is/how talented the singers are. like Say No To This from Hamilton? i skip it every time because it makes me uncomfortable

Hold Them Down from EPIC? SO uncomfortable in the second half. i literally get NAUSEATED at the end bit with Antinous choking after he’s shot.
