A tasty sandwich with the right amount of savory cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and tangy Dijon mustard.

Ingredients: 2 slices of whole grain bread. 2 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 slices of cooked bacon. 1 ripe avocado, sliced. Handful of lettuce leaves. 1 tomato, sliced. 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread and Dijon mustard on the other slice. Layer lettuce leaves on the slice with mayonnaise. Add slices of cheddar cheese on top of the lettuce. Place bacon slices on top of the cheese. Arrange avocado slices and tomato slices on top of the bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread, mustard side down. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve.
