Wenn ihr "Mord mit Aussicht" mögt, schaut euch unbedingt mal "Deadloch" auf Amazon Prime an. Super lustig, super schräg und vor allem super queer. Und der Fall ist wirklich spannend, ich bin bei Folge 4 und habe keine Ahnung, wer der*die Mörder*in ist.

Çekingen bir sesle tonuyla sordu:

-Ben size yardımcı olayım hanım teyzeciğim.Hastanın adı ve oda numarası nedir?

Büyükanne yorgun ve titrek sesiyle söyledi:

-Siz birkaç dakika hatta kalın,ben hemşirelerden durumunu öğreneyim.

Birkaç dakika sonra santral operatörü telefona geldi:

-Haberler iyi teyzeciğim.Hemşiresi bana Halime hanımın durumumun gayet iyi oldugunu söyledi.

Tansiyonu, kalbi şekeri çok iyi durumda olduğunu ve doktoru Sami bey onu cuma günü taburcu etmeyi düşünüyormuş.

-Sağolun ne güzel haberler verdiniz bana, öyle endişeleniyordum ki!

Elle Goes to Shows: Chicago Heat Night 1

Notes on my memories from the show under the cut!

Night 1:

So Jade Chung was doing crowd giveaways before they started taping BTI and if I heard her correctly, she said "Oh I remember you" while I was scream cheering. LAKDJALDKJA

After BTI finished filming, Gia was waiting for Jade to finish up so they could walk to the back, and they were right in front of us, so I yelled "GIA I LOVE YOU!" and she turned around, gasped, and went "I LOVE YOU TOO!" and then HUGGED ME. I cannot EVEN.

There was this moment, right after Heath won his match, that this huge, really genuine smile came across his face and it was so heartwarming to see.

There was a local indie wrestler there to do the losing, and while I want to get more into my local indie scene, it hasn't happened yet, so I had no idea who he was. BUT, because wrestling, I soon learned, for a "OOHHHHHH FUCK DAVEY VEGAAAA, OH FUCK DAVEY VEGA!" chant soon rang out, and I joined in, because wrestling chants are a delight. He conducted the chants but then also covered his ears. Perhaps I will learn more of him one day XD.

It was REALLY REALLY HOT outside , so it was RIDICULOUSLY HOT in the arena, and I can't even imagine how hot in the actual ring. I had a little handheld electric fan, and the crew and some other fans were like ahhh I wish I'd thought of that. I held the fan up to a couple of them for a little relief XD.

During Sami Callihan & Rich Swann vs. ABC, there was a bit where it was Swann and Ace in the ring, and Sami said, "Wait till I get in there, Ace" and Bey goes "He's not gonna wait! Why would he wait?" 😂😂😂😂😂😂 His midmatch shittalking is truly the best.

During the entrance for that match, Ace covered his ears during Sami's music. It was very cute.

So the thing my brother was most excited about was heckling Bully Ray, and oh boy did he ever. He had me make him a "TABLES > BULLY" sign and he YELLED at that man it was fabulous. Bully definitely saw the sign but sadly did not rip it up.

My brother HATES Eddie Edwards, so when Eddie had his entrance, my brother was yelling about how much he sucks and Eddie made at least fifteen seconds of cold hard rage eye contact with him; it was amazing.

So there was this little kid who was starting chants, and during Shelley v Eddie, he was going hardcore starting chants for Shelley. Shelley ended up near the kid at ringside and paused before getting back into the ring to give him a fistbump. 😭

After the match, when Shelley was celebrating, he saw my "Motor Kitty Machine Guns" sign and laughed. It filled my heart with joy.

He did a post match speech to close the show, and I thought I was recording the whole time, but sadly only got the end. It had the vibes of his Instagram captions and focused on his love for and connections to the area <3.

After the show, my brother and I got to take pictures holding the giant X that gets hung when Ultimate X matches aren't for titles. It was awesome! The owner guy of Impact was giving out event signs to people after they took their picture. While he was giving me mine, he asked who my favorite person in Impact was, and I was like well I love them all!! And he was like okay but if you had to pick one, so I said Ace. And he goes, "But didn't you get a picture with him last time?" (Cue me internally going WHAT LAKDJALDK) and so he asked me to pick my second favorite that I specifically hadn't met yet was and I was like ALKDAJDLK CAN'T THINK so he told me to tell him the next night. Why.

My brother and I then proceeded to the meet 'n greet, and the guy who takes your order and payment for that ALSO remembered me so we're officially up to three Impact staff members who for some reason remembered me from three months ago. My brother did an autograph with Kenny King and Shelley. He had gotten a selfie with Kenny last time, so he asked him to sign it. Not only did Kenny King sign that; he gave my brother one of the standard 8x10 pics I did a signature from Joe Hendry. He was super nice! I walked up and we shook hands, and he thanked me for getting an autograph. I explained it was actually a gift for my friend Effie: "Because she believes. I mean, don't get me wrong, I believe, but she believes." And he said that part with me XD. Then he said "Oh, that was good; I'm impressed. You could cut a promo!" and I was like LAKDJALKDJ and he was like "no really!" And then he asked how to spell Effie's name so he made sure to get it right. SUPER NICE!

So then, it was time for me to do my picture with Shelley. He had just signed for my brother. I walked up and nervously said, "Hi this is for you" and handed him the art. He, being entirely COVERED in sweat from having just wrestled in the main event in that very hot arena, balanced it on his fingertips and said, "Thank you, I'm going to try to keep it dry," and set it down. Sadly that means he didn't get a good look at it yet, but he treated it with SUCH CARE like it was something to be treasured :'). He asked if I had also bought an autograph and I was like no I got one last time and HE WAS LIKE do you want one?? and I'm like NO THAT'S OKAY ALKDJALDKJ. He put his hand on my back for the picture, I may never recover. He thanked my brother and I for coming out. He's so nice.

Impact Wrestling Review: January 12th, 2022

Overall, this was an excellent show and a great final stop on the road to Hard To Kill tomorrow night. Here's my thoughts:

Pretty good recap of all of Bully's antics, sadly they do focus on last week's ending but it looks like D'Amore is gone for a while.

I like Josh's and Bully's back and forth promos, this is doing a lot to get me hyped for the title match tomorrow.

Brian Myers vs. Heath was a really good opening match, good pace and some really hype stuff. Highlights included a sick dive by Heath off the ring apron, and Heath again with a powerslam off the top rope.

Ace and Bey had a really good promo for their match, they might be my pick for winning it.

Taya getting jumped was legitimately sad, but Rosemary's quip about her having too many mimosas was pretty funny.

Rosemary vs Savannah Evans was an excellent match, very intense and impressive offense by Rosemary. Rosemary continues to rule/be one of my favorites on the show, Gisele Shaw was wearing a really cute dress which I loved and Rosemary hit a HUGE T-bone suplex.

Spooky little promo by Taylor Wilde, I'm intrigued by this change in personality.

Awesome video package for Jordynne vs Mickie, I'm hyped for the match.

I really like The Design's entrance, but I'm confused still as to why Sami is joining them. I love how dramatic this is, I just want to see where this is all going.

A surprise GM for Impact? This could be interesting.

Speedball Mike Bailey vs. Anthony Greene was a great match, always cool to see Bailey in action. Greene hit an amazing tope suicida, as well as a mega hype flipping powerbomb. Ultimate Weapon is still an amazing finisher.

An awesome video package for Alexander vs Bully Ray, I'm hyped for Full Metal Mayhem.

Moose, Eddie Edwards & Steve Maclin vs. Rich Swann, Jonathan Gresham & Joe Hendry was a great, hard hitting main event. Joe Hendry hit a majorly impressive stalling suplex, Gresham hit a smooth springboard moonsault and Moose hit a brutal spear for the win.

Highly recommend checking this show out if you haven't, it's the perfect preview for the PPV tomorrow.

Also bei Sami und Luna fände ich es interessant, wenn Luna merken würde dass die beiden eigentlich nur dieser Sport den sie da machen verbindet. Und sie ohne diesen nur nebeneinander existieren. Sie wünscht sich dann jemanden der sich für sie als Person interessiert und nicht nur als Sportstar und dann kommt Ava um die Ecke 🥹 und fragt ganz banale dinge wie „was ist dein lieblingsessen? die nichts mit sport zu tun haben akskleidke (okay warum habe ich schon solche gedanken, die wahrscheinlich eh niemals passieren werden.. der content entzug macht sich bemerkbar 😅)

4.11., Weintour Stellenbosch, Franschhoek

Der heutige Tag beginnt regnerisch, trotzdem starten wir unsere geplante Tour nach Stellenbosch zum Winetasting.

Erster Stop ist bei "Rust en Vrede". Das Weingut liegt sehr schön zwischen den Bergen und Weinrieden, leider ist es etwas zu kühl um im Freien zu sitzen, daher machen wir es uns im Tastingroom gemütlich und verkosten landestypische Weine. Ein Fläschchen Weisswein wird gekauft um es am Abend im Hotel gemeinsam zu genießen.

Unsere Fahrt geht weiter nach Stellenbosch, uns gelüstet nach einem Café, zuvor besuchen wir aber einen richtigen alten Krämerladen. "Oom samie se Winkel". Ich kenne das Geschäft vom letzten mal und habe unseren Mitreisenden schon davon erzählt. Der Laden ist voll gestellt mit Kuriosen Dingen, altem und neuem,  man weiss nicht genau, was ist Deko und was steht zum Verkauf. Die vielen kleinen Räume sind so eng, dass das Umdrehen oft schwer fällt. Irgendwie fühlen wir uns in die Vergangenheit versetzt. Der Geruch im Laden erinnert uns an Omas Dachboden...trotzdem kaufen wir Roibos Tee und Häferl und verlassen die Vergangenheit durch die Eingangstüre.

Ein paar Häuser weiter gibt es den ersehnten Cafe. Zwischendurch wechselt das Wetter immer wieder von Regen zu Sonnenschein. Unsere weitere Fahrt führt uns zum nächsten Weingut, welches uns vom Guesthouse Besitzer empfohlen wurde- "Allee Bleue". Ganz dem Namen gerecht fahren wir eine Allee entlang zum Eingang, diese ist seitlich von Blauen Säulen gesäumt. Wir entscheiden uns das "Signature Tasting" mit den TOP Weinen zu probieren und bestellen eine Platte mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten bestehend aus Käse, Salami, Oliven usw. dazu. Der Wein ist hervorragend und wieder kommt ein Flascherl zum geniessen mit.

Auf der weiteren Fahrt über eine Passstrasse vorbei an Obstplantagen und Weinbergen geht es nach Franchhoek, den Spaziergang lassen wir wetterbedingt aus, und über Sommerset West geht es am späten Nachmittag zurück zum Hotel.

Unser heutiges Dinner gibt es im "Harbour House" in Kalk Bay. Mit einem Seafood Platter mit verschiedenen Merresgetier beschließen wir den Tag. Brav haben wir alles aufgegessen, auf das morgen wieder die Sonne scheint. Bis bald...
