Shargon has two young children, Jyothi and Tyura (forgive the weird names, made them when i was young and they are too ingrained now to change ..)

(Shargon is a single parent; demons do not have a gender/only one, all of them have the ability to bear children with an organ that sits right beneath the demonic heart, they also do not need a partner, they can just decide to have a child and trigger the process- while carrying they cannot shapeshift since an unborn demon cannot go along with that- genetics are usually not a problem since demons generally draw from a huge gene pool dating back eons; if they have a partner they will have to exchange some heartblood for the child to be a mix of both; growing a child is very energy draining and when carrying its not unusual for a demon to resort to consuming food, which they typically dont need to do; maintaining a certain energy level is very important since otherwise the risk of deformities in the child increases alot; a newborn demon (birth occurs through the mouth) has a few baby teeth with which to bite its parent/caretaker and feed on their demonic blood, it is not a requirement but many do since it accelerates their growth and can even out energy imbalances)

Jyothi, comparable to a 13 year old human, is a rather healthy young demon with alot of skill using elemental magic (wind in her case), which is why shes being taught by Lord Eadrya; Eadrya wants Shargon dead and regularly attacks him and although both of his children inherited his unnatural and hated/feared eye color, Jyothi stood up to Eadrya not knowing who they were at the time (and thus not their status and reputation) since Shargon lives extremely isolated- and even challenged them to a fight showing so much character and skill that Eadrya saw past her heritage and offered to teach her

The two get along well and she often sneaks away to find them bc she is so eager to learn and spend time with such a powerful and careless demon that everyone respects ... unlike her parent, who is weak, riddled with anxiety and hated by everyone, she still loves him of course, but the more time she spends away the more she adopts the way the other demons think and speak of Shargon

Shargon hates that she goes to them so much, mostly bc he is afraid they, and especially Eadrya, will hurt her or stop her from returning home, even with her special status bc of her talents, she still is his child after all; he does not and could not force her to not go though (a benefit is that she has been the only one besides Thor (Eadryas best friend) able to stop Eadrya from literally killing Shargon, as much as they are horrible to him, they do care alot for her)

(Jyothi has only started to grow her horns and her markings and colors will shift alot as she grows, as is typical for young demons)

Tyura, comparable to a 6 year old human, is much more like Shargon himself, very fearful and skitters away if theres anything they are unsure of, they are of the same elemental type as Shargon (lightning) but thus far has never used it beyond weak defensive shocks; they are also mute and have a deformed left hand likely bc Shargon was attacked and hunted for a long time while carrying them, thus not able to provide a stable energy level the other demons know of them but any attempt to get close to them has been prevented either by Shargon himself or .. Tyura fleeing and hiding (their body structure is also rather similar, the round shape is largely just fluffy feathers)

when Shargon is in the human world his children tend to stay with the only other demon he can trust (Ceryrion, an earth elemental and the chillest guy you can imagine), they dont like him much but love children and will happily go about their day while a little Tyura clings onto their back (though Tyura will absolutely dive back to Shargon whenever they notice his presence) both kids have been to the human world before but since it is very uncomfortable to be in as a demon he has only done so for them to meet Mori (Shargons human friend that lives .. illegally .. at the gates to the demon world) and avoided bringing them there otherwise

the time he is away has notably increased alot after accepting the deal with Zaphira (being her bodyguard .... 24 hours a day .. granted she did not know he had children, and also didnt know anything about demons but that she could use him to solve her problems)

here i go rambling again, i hope that gave you a bit of an idea of them ;O;

i wonder how harold and george are in their universe in general, like how they act in class or at home ...

i mean, they do have proper education there but i still think they still have adhd, but maybe this time its either more disruptive or less, i dont think theres really an inbetween when theyre compared to the original george and harold

i also like to think that they have a some sort of dynamic or "strategy" when making a comic. georges artwork seem to look super tidy and same goes to his coloring to the point it almost looks like it was made digitally ;??!? this gave me a headcanon to where evil george does digital art for his work

perhaps the purple potty people had much more advanced technology that the original universe, knowing how much ppu jerome horwitz is genuinely a good and wealthy school from what we've seen

i like to think that during class whenever they feel bored (which is always), harold takes out a piece of paper and starts writing a script for whatever comic hes writing for, whether its captain blunderpants or witchwolf (ppu dogman)

george also helps him a bit here but hes not too good at it, since hes the artist and originally with normal harold, hes not that good at making/writing stories

now, george does his work at the tree house where he basically scans harolds work into their shared computer and he just draws his art in, using his drawing tablet :-)

a lot of these r like super ooc but thats ok.... i think its kinda awesome..

now that their way of making comics is out of the way, id like to talk a bit about how they act in general

i think in school they'd mess with mr krupp the most, its sure to know that they have close relationship with him.

also, even though it seems that the teacher here are insanely nice to their students to the point it makes you think detention doesn't even exist, i still think harold and george still get sent to mr krupps office after a serious prank, i mean, this is a pretty decent school after all

by 'serious prank' i mean something like ones that doesn't really make the prankee laugh it off or something. in which it probably happens often, knowing harold and george

and at home, their parents r probably mischievous in some way but not as evil as the boys, though they probably think that theyre innocent angels despite causing a lot of trouble in school AND at home

heidi is probably so pissed off at harold, he'd totally annoy the shit out of her

also with the relationship of their parents, im not sure if i should swap them or something.. i have like 3 options

Buys you matching clothes and expects you to wear them so he can show you off.

He's pretty good at drawing himself, but just like the rest of him his drawing style is rather... unique. He had been interested in becoming a tattoo artist for a while, and would become one if he didnt get as much money from illegal activities as he does.

Would do drugs and other types of substances with you for fun. He especially loves doing it before and after you've fucked.

He has the most obnoxious alarm ever (if he even feels like getting anywhere on time) and takes too damn long to turn it off.

I just don't get why Ikemoto is drawing AND writing at the same time..... Like it would've been better if Kodachi stayed and wrote the story, Or Kishimoto continues it (which btw he wants vacation lol). Kodachi/Kishi wrote the better story and they had the vision, on the other hand, Ike's writing is literally a fanfiction lol.

Btw, do you think we still have hope for KawaSara, cuz it's looking too rough now? Don't get me wrong, I still ship it, but Idk what to expect lol....

Yeah, whats worse is its not even Ikemoto's fanfiction, he's literally taking actual fanfic/fan theories and makin em canon, and you cant even say its impossible because in the interview he literally gets off track from answering a question to address complaints he was seeing online to defend himself 😭 so this man DOES look at fandom feedback, so theres no way you can say its totally a coincidence that so many fan theories became canon EXACTLY as they predicted it, theres just no way.

Once or twice you could say that it was a fluke, but this is way more times than one, and the fact that he pretty much confirmed that regardless of fans justified complaints about certain things he will ignore them because 'he likes it that way' so ppl will just have to deal with it.

Meaning having any hope of him taking any of the valid criticism to improve is gone, whatever he likes is what hes gonna do, even if it goes against what even Kishimoto himself wants/wanted because it is HIS story now and Kishimoto has no intention on intervening since hes happy spending time with his family now and isnt ready to let that time go again yet, which is understandable and I hope he takes as long a break as he wants or needs, I just hate that his legacy is being tarnished in the meantime because greedy higher ups WOULDNT let the series die and Kishimoto get a break like he asked for.

The story really did peak under Kishimoto and Kodachi's writing direction, the second the story shifted entirely in IKEMOTOS direction you saw the quality DROP and the story become a directionless convoluted inconsistent mess.

As for if I still have hope for KawaSara...to be honest I dont know anymore, the reveal that Ikemoto is 100% writing and that Kishimoto himself doesnt even know where the story is headed anymore and is just as much a reader as the rest of us, and even if he does give input, he lets Ikemoto have the final say, has gotten me unsure of what to expect anymore.

Under Kishimoto and Kodachi's writing they were pretty strongly hinting at building more on Kawaki and Sarada's relationship, his bond with team 7, to really drive home his betrayal later so that it'd have some real weight and impact from all their build up. So the potential for KawaSara was very high from what they were setting up.

But Ikemoto? yea I dunno what to expect from him, but if where the story direction changed is anything to go by [which Ikemoto confirms was all his doing and its a completely different direction than the one Kishimoto and Kodachi had planned] its safe to say hes tryna push bsa, either that or troll like a mf just to keep those viewers engaged since this manga is tanking more and more every chapter and the biggest supporters are shippers who just wanna see Boruto and Sarada get together for eugenics.

I wont say KawaSara has lost yet or that its hopeless, the ship hasnt been definitively killed off yet, theres still a possibility this is just another NS situation, teasing what the ppl want just to keep em readin till the very end where he finally says alright now for the real endgame once he no longer has anything to lose by pissing off bsa lol

Even if Im unsure about KawaSara at this point in time, Im still fairly confident in BoruSumi even tho alot of ppl have written her off just cuz she doesnt have a hug scene [NH doesnt either anywhere in the manga but NS does] or a reckless attempt at saving the other [according to KK Sarada and Boruto both would've died if not for the other shinobi arriving when they did so she didnt even save him fr so this argument is invalid]

They also downplay her feelings just because shes more reserved and rational than Sarada, which is kinda the point of opposites attracting and balancing eachother out [Minato being the quiet calm level headed one while Kushina is hot headed and loud] whereas Sarada and Boruto are both portrayed as hotheaded rebels apparently, their kinda the same person atp but thats another topic for another day.

Point is KawaSara is up in the air, but BoruSumi shouldnt be counted out yet, lack of screentime and interaction didnt mean jack shit for NaruHina, SaiIno, or ChoKarui, so lets not pretend its the ship killer for BoruSumi.

Lets also not pretend that SS didnt also go through one hell of a rough patch cuz they did, and they still became canon in the end, so again lets not pretend these things are ship killers alright because they aint, the real meat of the story hasnt happened yet, and Kawaki is supposed to be getting more development soon so lets see how that goes and who its with first and judge further from there.

Ok! Last but not least here's Isiik (pronounced iz-ick), my Inquisitor! He has probably had the MOST change since my first playthrough. He is now an extremely jaded guy who is very much here against his will and refuses to let anyone forget that. His number one goal is getting shit fixed so he can go home and be left alone. The only person he gets along with is Cole and, at times, The Iron Bull. Nearly everyone else has said something to upset him and he holds grudges like a true champion. Basically, I'm living out my 'let me be a hater' feelings through him.

Currently, I'm designing him to be Intersex and Hard of Hearing. I am not part of either of these communities myself so I'm doing my best to research and portray these parts of him as best as possible since I really want to get this right. If anyone has any good suggestions for designing a character with these traits, please know advice, feedback, and critiques are always appreciated :]

everything i know so far regarding religion and my experiences (big post with a lot of words and some pictures too. i tried doing the image id thing so hopefully i explained it all alright) skip at your own discretion

so, for everything ive made either a comic or drawing, then i'll explain what happened a little more underneath.

first and foremost before i start, so were on the same page, visits to heaven can occur during the time someone is asleep. this could even happen to you if you see in your dream a recently passed relative (or any passed away relative in general but for the most part it happens when the passing is recent and goodbyes didnt happen for one reason or another) and if it hasnt happened to you personally yet, you probably know someone who's experienced a visit.

with that out of the way, lets get started

this is a comic regarding my first visit. at the time irl i was considering becoming an atheist, so this put a solid halt in that. the reason both people with my in the 1st panel dont really have any defining features is because i was at a psych ward at the time for wanting to unalive, and they make you sign nda's there soo, thats the best i got. in the dream/visit itself i was at home, opening the door from the living room to the porch. and God wasnt just there waiting, they kinda came through the ceiling without breaking it. dont ask me how cuz even i dont know.

so, not even i really knew what all happened until years lated when i asked God if that visit was a therapy session because all i remembered upon waking up after is the last two panels and afterwards, when my mom and step dad came and told me that the year for earth was 2077 and that the north pole was a desert, then we went and had a mini feast with relatives (and maybe ancestors? idk, there was a fair lot of people and i didnt recognize a lot of them so maybe?) , then i woke up. and if youre going to ask why gods eyes arent visible in this comic when they were visible in that last one, at the time of drawing this comic in particular i didnt feel deserving of him looking at me and smiling, cuz lets face it, were all a bunch of sinners here all trying to do good at least. but at the time if i remember right i had a caffeine addiction to the point i needed 8 coffee/monster energy to get me through the day (4 in the morning + 4 in the afternoon), i since went cold turkey against both.

so, for a bit of context, the dream/visit didnt start out like that. it actually started at my great aunts house (who at the time was still alive but died very soon after) it wasnt her house when she was alive, but rather, her house in heaven. my godmother was also there, and i was helping her to remember how to fly because she had forgotten the lesson. so, in total there were 4 people there (my great aunt, my godmother, my brother, and myself) and mid way through me teaching how to fly, another of my brothers teleported into the room and just casually took a seat. after the lesson we went outside and walked around my great aunts heaven house, and when we walked a little ways away there was some kinda conflict, and i simply prayed and the conflict was over within under 10 secs. then as the group of my relatives and i went walking back to my great aunts house, i mentioned to my brother my thoughts of asking to reincarnate soon, and he says to me "why not go right now" and i agree, so we teleported to Gods temple and thats where the comic picks up at. what this told me is that being lgbtqia+ isnt a deadly sin, so any member of the rainbow community isnt going to hell for simply being lgbtqia+, which i see as an absolute win.

thats the most i got for when it comes to visits, which occur when someone's asleep. but, now, its time to go over a couple visions ive had (and no im not gonna talk about when i died cuz that would be 3 posts in a row, so if you wanna see any of that just check it in your own time) because its just visions, i didnt make comics, but just drawings, which, comics are drawings sure, but not all drawings are comics. and, so i stop rambling, lets get started.

so. also worth mentioning that when i looked to either side of me, there were armies of God all ready for the greatest battle and ready to take part. needless to say it was overwhelming for a lot of reasons.

I need to get this off my chest. I see so many folks jumping on social media and blasting folks with a sort of false moral superiority in a world that really doesn’t work that way.

Chic-Fil-A is terrible, sure, but let’s not forget there are a lot of brands you probably aren’t boycotting that are just as horrible. From 2017-2018, AT&T, UPS, Comcast, Home Depot, General Electric, FedEx, UBS, Verizon, and Pfizer all donated about or over a million USD each to anti-LGBTQ politicians (https://www.forbes.com/sites/dawnstaceyennis/2019/06/24/dont-let-that-rainbow-logo-fool-you-these-corporations-donated-millions-to-anti-gay-politicians/?sh=4eca033e14a6)

Let’s not forget all the many subsidiaries these huge companies have, as well as the many licenses they provide or pay for. You have to decide where to draw the line, but it’s likely even your favorite companies are licensing something from someone terrible.

For example, if you want to boycott J. K. Rowling effectively, you would need to pressure Warner Brothers, the licensor for the Wizarding World, and stop them from granting licenses that give royalties to J. K. Rowling. That means no longer supporting the companies who pay WB for that license — like Lego, Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, NBCUniversal (who pays massive amounts through theme park licenses), Target, and so many more.

In Lego’s 2020 statement about their Harry Potter sets, they say they pay WB for the license and don’t deal with J. K. Rowling directly, but that is the same as Hogwarts Legacy and all other licensed goods. Everything goes through WB, not Rowling (unless you bought stuff directly through Pottermore back when that was a thing). Buying Lego, HP or otherwise, goes toward the payment of the various licenses for each franchise they buy into. But Lego also has some really good initiatives, clearly says they don’t agree with Rowling, and otherwise support a lot of people, so that’s a pickle. I won’t fault you either way. It’s no secret that I’m a VIP with a massive amount of points right now.

It’s much easier to boycott things you weren’t going to buy or use anyway. I know this well. Most of the companies listed in the first part of this post don’t even have holdings in Japan for me to need to deal with them. I know I have the privilege of saying I can boycott them. I know folks reading this might not have that privilege, just as I can’t avoid Japanese companies tied to abhorrent political views here because that would be all of them.

It’s easy for some folks to get on Twitter (a social media platform owned by someone who has also said very troubling things) or Facebook (which has maintained a problematic naming policy that has primarily affected minorities) and boycott a game you weren’t going to play anyway (that isn’t even that unique and is so buggy they can’t release it for half the platforms) while still buying from companies that still pay WB for that same license.

But my point here is not to criticize folks who make selective stands. My point is we’re all making selective stands. I will judge my friends based on their actual views and not their ability/privilege to afford to boycott billionaire-owned mega-corporations or franchises.

Back in 2018, Warner Brothers came after a Harry Potter themed fitness charity group I belonged to since 2014. They forced our group to change our name, then they still weren’t satisfied and launched a lawsuit in 2020. The group was forced to disband last year. It was devastating to deal with both Rowling’s views and the attacks from WB. We proudly supported the Trevor project and other LGBTQ organizations over our many years, with many of us identifying as members of the LGBTQ community. One of our mottos was “I solemnly swear that I’m up to #somuchgood.” We were a community that used our love of our shared fandom to inspire folks to be active both in a health sense and charity sense. We raised millions of dollars for various charities, which is I guess why WB attacked us so strongly over shirts and medals we gave out with the donations. I won’t be vilifying my community for the fandom that brought us together and that we shared and that inspired us to do good. I know the good we actually did. I know all the various clothing, bandage, and food drives we did on top of the charity walks/runs. I know the good things we are still inspired to do in less massive ways. I would hope that in our selective stands, we are mindful that while it might be easy for some to give up a brand or franchise, there are good folks and entire communities of good folks who still band together because of them. Just do what you can to do good in this world.

2 crying begging throwing up people have body hair every time a character gets drawn without their facial/body hair an angel dies btw.. I see this so much with like joel smallishbeans n cellbit n jimmy solidarity n forever n phil n just so many other characters it drives me insane give that man his hair back!!!!!! also he is not a twink!!! do not draw him as such!!!!!!!! 3 the way some of y'all see found family…… some of y'all only see nuclear families as the only style of family and it shows. a family isn't just oh this 'guy is my brother this is my wacky wine aunt haha!' a family is a bunch of people who find safety and home and love in each other, people who can kiss and people who can cuddle with and people who they can find solace in. it's not just 'so She's like my Mom and He's like my Dad and there's no other way.' it's kinda just.. an indescribable feeling of love between some people. yeah

yay trauma talk again! goes into a LOT of detail, sexual & physical abuse, + reactions to the abuse. also includes topics about suicide and self harm. do NOT read if uncomfortable at all with the above.

just . thinking about the fact that we were very obviously sexually abused before the age of 3-4. thats fucking crazy to me. we didnt have memories back then, we only "gained consciousness" around the time of being 3-4. also, who even did it? it seems to be an adult, mainly because we barely interacted with our (much older) siblings, let alone hung out w other kids, so it definitely wasnt them.

the reason we even know this shit happened was because we were acting it out (self injurious masturbation), daydreaming, & making ART of it. (writing + drawings)

we did not have internet access. we did not have any access to anything that could have caused this second-hand. what the fuck. who did this to us. the only people we interacted with were supposedly our parents, siblings (not in age range of the abusers we depicted), and some select family members (grandparents & our aunt + uncle). im so terrified of thinking it couldve been our parents. most of our grandparents are dead (except one, but she's not doing well), and our aunt and uncle are low on the suspect list (along w our parents) because they were younger at the time.

i dont know for sure who could have done this. we didnt interact with hardly ANYONE at that age. all of this knowledge we have about interactions were reported from family members and photos on facebook. it could have been others, but i really doubt it, there was always someone from our family with eyes on us. it was only our family to babysit or supervise us.

also: the depictions of the abusers were ALWAYS older men. there were never women, and never anyone younger than middle aged. we depicted ourselves in those scenarios as animals (types of cats or dogs) or stuffed toys or young teenagers. we made full on comics, we would draw at night to hide it from our parents (we felt very ashamed about it) and hide the stacks of paper in the closet. it was an inch or so thick within a few months before we threw it away because we got scared of being caught.

it was always extremely violent and bloody, even if it was the stuffed toys. nothing about it sounds enjoyable, but we made it for the sole purpose of masturbating. we would hurt ourselves in the middle of it in an effort to recreate it, too. our parents got mad at us a lot because we would do it in public, but we felt like we couldnt stop ourselves (it was humiliating, by the way. we didnt enjoy others seeing us doing that, we tried to be secretive but thats hard as a 4 year old)

we would also draw and daydream about us killing ourselves or being severely injured by others and ourselves. i dont think its needed to go into detail about this, it was just extra stuff included in the art & daydreams.

i still remember some of the comics and their "plots" . one was a man (a king, i think?) trying to convince a girl to marry him (this one was of a young teen, about 13), and she refused. eventually he dragged her to the basement. i think its overkill to explain exactly what happened. most of the stories were pretty repetitive, same topics but different settings. a few had monsters in them, the classic "hat man" was in there a few times too, but that was around the ages of 6-8

oh. yeah. and we would draw and write about it for schoolwork. it certainly wasnt as gruesome or detailed as the stuff we did at home, but it still included physical injury and "mature" topics. im not sure why no one reported this? is that normal? i dont think it is but whatever. it was a lot worse when we doodled on the paper, instead of making it for an assignment. still not sure why they didnt say anything about that either.

all of this lasted for a while, we started all of it at age 3-4, and stopped around 10 years old, right before middle school. we only stopped because we were getting bullied (for other things) and couldnt deal with them making fun of us for that on top of everything else.

i could go into more detail about how we believe our dissociation started manifesting as a kid but Brain Fuzzy so thats for later . whatever !

Dawn (MC): The pokemon and clothes here as so cute. Ingo: Yes, but I do not think they are familiar to me. What about for yourself? Dawn: Yeah... they aren't familiar to me either.  Some art for a silly self-indulgent AU of PLA I made to kind of combat a lot of the angst. (I have my own Angsty AU but this one is more for fun and silliness.) Also I’m surprised how well this came out since I can’t usually draw fire and haven’t drawn Dawn or Ingo EVER. (Dawn’s outfit is based on a Scorbunny and Ingo’s is based on his TeaTime outfit though I looked up some old clothes refs. AU info under cut.

Some more AU info:

Dawn and Ingo have very few memories. Dawn kind of has memories of Barry and her mom but it's mostly just that her mom read her stories (not her face) and that she knew someone very impatient.

Dialga and Palkia can't send them to where they're from originally since neither know where that was so they are kind of stuck hopping around time and space.

They spend a day or two in the places they land to see if anything feels familiar or if they get any memories and if not they move on. They might also spend extra time there if they get roped into helping people or if they aren't quite sure if it's familiar or not. They take their pokemon with them and occasionally Lady 

Dawn and Ingo know that they are from the future, but aren't sure quite how far in the future they are from. Originally they assume it might not be too far they are just in the wrong place, but as time goes on they begin to assume they are a lot farther in the future then they thought.

They both assume that they are probably from the same place at first since from what they can remember the place has the same attitude about pokemon and have a similar things. How many places can be like that?

After a week of hopping around they return to Hisui to recuperate and get supplies before trying again. They decided to have time pass equivalently in Hisui so they spend a week there and a week hopping in different locations.

Their friends in Hisui wait for them to get back with info on if they have found where they are from or not. They also tend to try and cheer them up after every failure. Cyllene has told Dawn that if she does find her home she still has to come back so they can give her a send off before leaving permanently.

They bring back gifts for their pals that they get with the money they get from battling people. They also occasionally get new pokemon just because I think that's cool and I like to draw those kind of things.

Dawn likes to show new pokemon to Laventon and sketches/photographs the pokemon they see since she won't catch any that dont want to permanently want to join their time adventures.

Ingo wont be wearing his usual coat and hat since it has been a year or two since Dawn came to Hisui and his old clothes are falling apart so bad that hes put them away to keep them save. Additionally they have agreed to get clothes more typical of the places they go to so that they dont stand out too much. This is mostly so I can practice new outfits.

They dont always hang out too long in place even if they got one part of it right since it still feels unfamiliar. For example, they are in the present for them, but in Kalos so they just hang around for a bit and then leave.

People have recognized them but they didnt notice.

As they pop around closer to their original time they go back to jumping around only a few months at a time compared to years at a time since things seem familiar.

They have definitely been in Nimbasa, but Ingo hadn't gone missing yet so people didnt really notice anything was wrong.

There are definitely reunions on the horizon, but for a bit they keep barely missing the people who know/care about them.

Anyway that's what I have so like if anyone wants to talk about it I'm so down.

being honest i dont get jm using a award to say he misses tannie... we don’t know 90% of their lives but they are very close to the point of still sleeping together sometimes. and going deep if they were really a couple jm woudnt miss taes dog right? and even as friends he could visit it. unless its because of their schedule right... this kind of comment sometimes confuses me and haters will use it as “they arent close” lol. i just wanted to know your pov.

Judging by Admin 2's reaction, as well as some others in our asks, I have a feeling I was the only one with a more realistic expectation, or lack of expectations, as I waited for the BTS profiles to be posted. Based on last year's, I knew expecting something grand out of Tae, and especially Jimin, would just be me setting myself up for failure, which is what I think happened here.

But, let's discuss it.

I spent a solid couple of hours making an excel table last night that contains everything every member said about every member (sourcing 3 translators for maximum insight) to see if really what Jimin chose for Tae is so "bad" that suddenly people are sending us asks like this one, and another one I'll add later down the line. And the conclusion I've come to is that...what he gave to Tae, as well as Hobi and Seokjin, as awards are the only ones that have any actual emotional/personal connection to them.

With Namjoon and JK Jimin basically states the obvious--Namjoon is tall and JK has gained muscle mass, meaning nothing new or with a proper emotional connection was stated; to Yoongi he made the same request many other members have made, so a work connection, nothing inherently personal.

Now, compared to that--Seokjin teases him/them, which isn't new info, so Jimin asked him to stop or do it less, a valid request which I'm sure he also voiced to Seokjin outside of this FESTA profile and also shows a degree of personal connection; Hobi gets requested to not walk away after asking Jimin a question, which again shows a personal connection and that it's a reoccurring thing; and lastly Tae with Tannie.

Something I've noticed is that some ARMY, who are used to our western celebrities and draw conclusions about idols based on those parameters, forget that BTS are busy, like whatever you consider busy, take that and multiply it by ten. During his vlive with Hobi and Yoongi back in April, Tae said that they are much busier and their lives far more hectic than any of us realize. Taking that into account, and the fact that one of the members (I think it might have been Seokjin) mentioned they work at least ten hours a day for 360 days a year with practice, MV and CF filming, photoshoots, interviews, recording and working on music, meetings, and many other things we have no idea about, do you really think Yeontan lives with Tae full time? A dog needs to get walked and fed but if Tae is out of the house every day for at least ten hours, what would happen to Tannie? He'd just sit around at home alone all day which just isn't fair, so I'm sure Tannie lives with Tae's parents much the same way Micky lives with Hobi's parents and/or his sister, JKs dog lives with his family, Holly lives with Yoongi’s brother, Moni with Namjoon's, and years ago Seokjin had to give his sugar gliders to his parents because he was too busy to take care of them.

Based on that of that, I'm not sure how often Tae get's to see Tannie. Probably not all that often, to be honest. So, if Tannie's owner doesn't get to see him often, I'd assume Jimin gets to see him even less (if we work on the assumption that Tannie lives with Tae's parents and thus Tae could only really see him when visiting them or when they visit him, that means Jimin wouldn't be able to see Tannie just like that either, since that would be like intruding on family time, right?). And we know Jimin loves Tannie, so him using that award to say he misses him and is asking about him shows care and an emotional connection to Tannie. Do I think Jimin also asks Tae privately about Tannie? Absolutely. And still, while Jimin didn't give Tae the, I don't know, "hot body Award" like Yoongi did with Namjoon or the "person I love most in the world award" (which we should know by now would never happen, and if you expected something of that intensity level, than I'm sorry but you've set yourself up for disappointment from the start), he still drew a personal and emotional connection between himself and Tae, as well as the pet Tae loves dearly.

Jimin could’ve asked about the other pets of the members, but he didn’t, he only ever really talked about Tannie, and here he does it again, so doesn’t that show that he has a bond with him, a closer one than the other members since they don’t/didn’t ask about him (except for Hobi that one time on weverse)?

Speaking of Hobi, am I the only one who finds it interesting and cute that he only drew little hearts for Jimin and Tae when writing down their awards?

Also, we have to remember that these profiles are for us, fan content (remember when Jimin asked Tae last year to post more pictures of Tannie on weverse because ARMY miss seeing him, so what if this is drawing a connection/parallel to that?), and not meant as the members “confessing” something to each other that they otherwise wouldn’t or don’t have the chance to do so. It’s not meant to be all that serious and instead just be fun and nice for us to read, show us a bit of their dynamic and that’s it, no world shattering revelations to be found, from any of them. Or do you really think Yoongi doesn’t like Jimin just because he told Jimin he’s trying too hard to be funny? It’s just part of their dynamic. Or that none of the members have anything else to say to JK besides commenting on his body/appearance? As for vmin, I’d like to remind us of this moment from their Friends subunit interview for FESTA 2020:

Whatever Jimin and Tae want to say to each other, they don’t need FESTA to do it, or us to be there as witnesses. Like Tae didn’t already say enough by telling us that 95z is love. Or Jimin by writing Friends.

From anon: because of you I came back da Namjin. I am a senior army and 2 years ago I left Namjin because I thought they broke up. You made me three Vmin but after what JK wrote about Jimin and after Jm himself about his chances I think that vmin are not together or Jimin withdrew. Now this is where I just sit and sigh heavily because it’s exactly what I expected and I will admit it irks me to no end. Let’s establish a little timeline:

Based on the FESTA Mission! BTS 4 Cuts Teaser that was posted earlier we can deduce that at least part of FESTA was already being prepared back in the first half of March, since on March 12th Jimin, Namjoon and Seokjin had their salad making vlive. Let’s suppose that everything FESTA related was prepared and written out by the members around that time as well. Sometime later BTS filmed YOU QUIZ followed by LET’S BTS and BTSxGame Caterers and everything else we’ve seen after that.

Or going a little further back to sometime in November 2020 while they were preparing for MMA 2020 and the Black Swan performance. We got the practice video today and if you pay attention to Jimin and Tae even there you notice that while Tae is waiting for his turn in the choreography, Jimin runs past him after his part is done (0:55) and they pat each other or do a “high five” or something along those lines as a way to cheer each other on. A very “we’re broken up” or “I will break up with him soon” thing to do, right? Or in min-January when Tae posted seven pictures out of which three were of just Jimin after an ARMY on weverse asked if anyone had any nice pictures they could use as wallpaper for their phone. Between all that I’m having a hard time honestly finding any moment where either of them seemed sad or “cold” toward the other the way you would be and feel if the person you love pulled away from you or broke up with you.

If you are still unconvinced and still think that is what Jimin tried to communicate to us, would Tae really have gone on national TV and said he likes Jimin the most? And would Jimin have agreed that he likes him a lot as well? Or looking at the making video of their Kloud Beer CF that was posted today as well, would Jimin really be looking and interacting with Tae this way if he decided to end things between them?

Also, going back a little, your mention of Jimin reflecting upon opportunities/chances now that it’s a new year. My question is based on what you made the judgment that this comment has to be about vmin and not about something entirely different in Jimin’s life, or maybe something connected to BTS as a whole? Just because of him asking Tae about Tannie? Jimin, as well as Tae and the other members, have entire lives outside of just their bonds with each other, entire careers, passion projects, families, friend groups, and that little bit of time they have to themselves, so immediately thinking Jimin’s comment must be related to his relationship/bond with Tae basically makes it seem like Jimin’s life is a romcom or a TV show in which the only thing that matters is if the main character will date or remain in a relationship with character B or not, but life isn’t like that.

Personally it reminded me of something Tae said during their Bring the Soul documentary about how BTS had the opportunities to go higher faster but they decided against them. Perhaps Jimin’s comment was about something like this as well, especially since we know Jimin is a very private person and very selective of the personal things he shares with us and the ones he doesn’t.

For the FESTA profile JK decided to give Jimin the “Cute Award” with the explanation that his “Face, height, fingers are cute” which, honestly, is just saying something that a) is true and b) has been said in millions of ways by every member across the last couple of years. I don’t see what the issue here is? During one of the episodes of BTSxGame Caterers Seokjin said that Jimin is very cute and that he has a small, beautiful face, so really he even added the word beautiful in there, which JK did not, so what really is the issue here? The fact its JK, right, that’s where the issue lies, to which I ask why? On this blog we’ve already established that there is (in our opinion and based on everything we’ve seen and heard) no romantic connection between JK and Jimin (nor Tae), not now and not in the past either, so why is him saying that Jimin is cute (which he is known for even by people outside of ARMY, or like James Cordon calling him his cute baby mochi) is an issue but Seokjin or any other member is not? Either we use the same measurements for everyone or we don’t compare or make such assumptions about any of them.

What I find curious, because this does make it seem like you, anon, are someone influenced by J*k*ok shippers and their opinions, see an issue in JK saying that about Jimin, and how that’s “proof” that Jimin and Tae can’t possibly be together, and yet you took no issue to Namjoon basically saying he wants to give Tae an award because he is so handsome he is above every list or Yoongi comparing him to Michelangelo's David, both of these being much more superlative and grand complements/awards than JK saying Jimin’s face, height and fingers are cute.

It’s funny how things that Jimin and Tae have said about and to each other that make their bond very clear (I want to live with my lovely Taehyungie forever or here is my love for you while handing Tae a bunch of red heart balloons or 95z is love, a statement I’m sure he wouldn’t post if that sentiment weren’t mutual) are all questioned or ignored, but something as basically trivial as a comment about Jimin being cute is turned into a major issue. The mental gymnastics is fascinating.

Lastly, going back to the first anon and their mention of how haters will use Jimin’s Award for Tae as “proof” that they “aren’t close anymore”--why do we care? Like Namjoon said in the Mic Drop lyrics Haters gon’ hate. They will say a lot of things about a lot of things and even make things up if they feel like it to push their agenda, so really, regardless of what Jimin would’ve said, or not said, they would’ve found a way to twist it and make it fit their narrative. Besides, what haters think has no actual effect or bearing on what Tae and Jimin have with each other, and neither does what other shippers claim. Haters and other shippers don’t control the narrative, BTS do, and everything Jimin and Tae have shown us in 2021, as well as the last eight years, shows me that their bond has only ever grown stronger and closer and more beautiful and awe inspiring, even while haters claimed they stopped being friends years ago, so why should you or I care what they think?

Like Yoongi once said in one of his vlives about how haters can write all they want, he won’t read it while they will get sued.

wdy headcanons/story stuff part 2

hi hi we’re back

second part to “this” in a sense, this is more for the Remorse! AU, my second main AU, or the future of the Reborn Database! AU

-Sam’s father wasn’t neglectful or abusive, he had depression and anxiety because he felt he couldn’t provide for his wife and daughter because of how badly his job paid him. He left home when Sam was only 4 so he doesn’t remember much of him, but she doesn’t hold a grudge against him.

-A couple of days after Sam met Eteled, she got really excited, because she felt she finally had a father figure in her life.

-Sam’s mother wasn’t very financially stable on her own either. But either way, she provided Sam with whatever she wanted.

-After the passing of her mother, Sam went into intense mourning. It was hard for her to get out of bed most mornings and she needed Eteled and Austin to help her wake up when she was still asleep. Kyle moved into her house for a short time to take care of her. 

-Sam couldn’t pay her house rent on her own so she had to move in with Kyle and his dad. She brought Eteled and Austin with her. 

-Austin was actually the one who helped Sam through his gender confusion.

-Eteled still holds a grudge against Kyle but it’s not as intense.

-Eteled’s anger issues still trigger, so Austin needs to hold him back sometimes for comfort. 

-On Sam’s final day of school, she brought Austin and Eteled with her on her laptop to scare Will. It worked like a charm and he shows her more respect now. Even 5 years later, he still doesn’t fuck around with her.

-Eteled’s voice glitches when he’s mad. Austin’s does it when he’s overwhelmed/stressed/sad.

-Nathan still talks to Kyle and goes to his house. He sometimes jokes around with Sam but he still remains scared of Eteled (and Austin).

-Austin can probably float because fuck gravity am i right

-Yes, Austin has a scythe, Eteled is a SMIDGE BIT jealous.

-Austin has long forgiven Eteled, mostly because being mad at him for eternity, since after Sam, Nathan and Kyle “leave”, they’ll only have each other.

-A!Austin looked up to Henry for some reason. It was probably because he was always so calm looking about everything.

-Sam listens to music with Eteled and Austin at night to help them sleep. And half of the time it’s like, intense and loud.

-Austin can pull a pen out of thin air when he needs something, unfortunately for them, xey is completely shit at drawing. So Eteled draws for them and Austin lists off details.

-When Austin falls asleep, Eteled wakes up so he can go watch horror movies with Sam and Kyle.

-Austin can go off track in a ramble if no one stops him. Eteled likes listening to it.

-Austin and Eteled don’t age.

-Austin’s voice isn’t that glitchy anymore.

These last ones are for shits and giggles but they’re still headcanons LMFAO

-Eteled has definitely meowed or whispered in front of Austin with his deep voice to throw them off.

-Eteled makes his normal voice high cuz he knows no one in the house is ready to hear his actual voice everyday.

-Kyle makes jokes that Nathan and Eteled are on sync because they normally pass out to nap around the same time.

-Austin bends over awkwardly to talk to Eteled just to make them mad.

-Eteled has called Kyle and Nathan his “sons” when he’s jokingly pissed off.

-Every time Eteled makes a mistake, he just goes “shut up im gay i dont know anything”. So Austin uses that excuse whenever they’re losing an argument to him.

-Eteled watches Sam play cottagecore games because he finds it relaxing. Austin probably drags him over when she plays horror/action games with Kyle to spite him. 

-Everyone has collectively agreed to not fuck with Sam and Eteled. And especially not Austin.

8 Anti LO Asks

1. It doesn’t really make sense for a long term comic such as LO to have such a drastic change in the artstyle, and even more you can’t really call it an improvement when all the interesting parts of the art style are now gone and all that it is now it’s just some basic same-face and body art style with barely any backgrounds. RS is incredibly talented for illustrative artwork and it’s really a shame she’s not doing that anymore and instead has left it to her team, with leaving them very messy sketches. The artstyle in the beginning had life and glamour and now it’s just very dull and boring. That’s not an improvement

2. I genuinely can’t think of any man in LO that’s even half way decent. Poseidon maybe? Hephaestus? Those are the only two I can manage, meanwhile the rest are either Rachel purposely ruining them because of her own biases (Zeus, Apollo, Thanatos to an extent) or are “good” men who are just creeps who disrespect all the women around them and are super creepy and obsessed over a literal teenager who acts like a child (Hades, Ares, Hermee, Eros, etc). The women aren’t much better either. 

3. About Perse making Hades childish: (this is no way defending him, just some speculation, and tbh I doubt that RS has thought this through haha) I wonder if he becomes a horny teenager around her because she’s a goddess of fertility? Would that have any affect on him? Doesn’t excuse his creepy ass behavior, but could explain it a bit, I guess?

4. Okay so I'll be honest I dont really see any reason to 'simp' over Any of the LO characters?

Also, not to start sh*t, but - I think part of the reason why some of the LO fandom does not like Zeus (and perhaps gives Hera more leeway - at least in terms of cheating) is because:

Mythologically Zeus is a known cheater / rapist (Io for example, or Semele)

They see Hera cheating a Zeus as okay (its not) because he's been known to cheat on her in the past / fans see Hera cheating on Zeus with Hades as 'justified revenge' for what he's (Zeus) put her through

I'll be honest I dont really see Zeus (or Hades for that matter) as good rulers because

Despite other deities (like Eros) doing 'acts of wrath' - they get away with it because they often have someone to back them up (like Aphrodite offering to sleep with Zeus to get her son out of trouble) - but the one time Persephone does something wrong (an act of wrath) - Zeus wants to give her the Prometheus treatment - mainly so he can feel like an in control king whos subjects respect him

The reason this sound so odd is because of RS writing choices. Zeus is a grade A d*ck who is willing to destroy a 'young girls promising career' because she made 1 mistake that one time. But at the same time the act of wrath is framed oddly because Demeter doesn't want her daughter to get in trouble so she covers it up (its like the equivalent of hiding a murder from the cops).

Zeus wanting to Prometheus Kore seems overly harsh because she is a Child. (Well a teenager) - so it adds to the "Zeus is a d*ck" card, because she doesnt have the life experience to "get away with" stuff like the other deities because she is young AND sheltered.

Like again, the whole concept of Human Laws applying to Gods is so confusing:

Would Zeus have been this harsh if Demeter had simply come forward in the first place about Persephone's murder rampage? Why did she blackmail / get other deities involved to cover it up? Is Zeus THAT much of a d*ck in Demeters eyes that she knows he would harshly punish a child for something "she didnt mean to do" (killed mortals based on a feeling?)

Why is there a motherf*cking trial in the first place? Do All the other deities get the right to a fair trial or is this a special case? (Like can any deity just offer to sleep with Zeus and he'll let them off the hook?). If the other deities had commited the same crime would the trial / punishment be the same or does Zeus just have a rage boner because he was lied to? If thats the case then why are the other deities taking Persephones side during the trial? (Ares I can maybe understand cause hes the God of War and stuff but everyone else is taking Perse's side because their either her personal friend or family member (Hecate, Hermes, Demeter, Hades etc).

Why are there certain laws like "Zeus cant get to Persephone because she has clemency in the underworld" but other deities - including Leto, Demeter and others (like Perse's nymph family) can just stroll into Hades house? Why is Hermes still on house arrest? Why are Hades + Persephone throwing a house party when shes on trial for scythe crimes??!!!

Why are the gods bound by such petty squabbles?

The way RS set up the governing "laws" in universe just doesnt make a whole lotta sense. Also, sorry this got ramblely.  

5. Tbh i don’t think that Hades acting differently when he’s with Persephone is a bad thing, as a concept. But there are many issues with this such as the fact that Persephone is barely legal and Hades act like an actual child around her. Obviously when you’re with someone they are going to act different than they do when they are at work. The problem is that Hades essentially goes from the “cold-scary king” to a 17 year old hormonal boy when he’s with Persephone. And him making out with her in a middle of a store or them golfing with diamonds or him making out with Persephone again in front of his workplace is not exactly acceptable behaviour from a king. If Hades acts all lovey-dovey with Persephone when their at their home together it’s different, but when they’re at a public place they can’t really do that. I would say that he has to keep a status about him but from what we’ve seen all the citizens of the underworld hate him and don’t respect him at all, from yelling at him to actually fighting with him, so idk how much status there is actually attached to him 

6. I swear, the majority of the “cute” HxP moments in LO just seem like a single father dealing with his hyperactive 8 year old over the supposed future intimidating rulers who Rachel is obsessed about talking and drawing their sex life. Is it really that hard to depict Persephone even acting like a smart teenager at the very least, as opposed to an airhead grade schooler? It doesn’t scream cute to me, it seems more like a father/daughter relationship. It’s just weird. 

7. i mean, i have a LO oc who's persephone's brother (fertility god) between demeter and zeus. dude got thrown into tartyrus to cover up the affair and now serves cronus. he was the god of summer, and my reasoning was demeter's seasons/harvest + summer thunderstorms. wrote a whole minific i will never post about him and persephone realizing everyone around them are assholes and healing together. so the mistress-of-zeus oc isnt that weird.

8. I’m not a Zeus stan by any means, but I do find him one of the most interesting characters, and one that RS has, in her attempts to make him be the worst ever to make Hades look better, actually way more interesting and compelling than the majority of the cast. He doesn’t lie or whine to the audience he’s some good person like Hades when he’s not, he owns that he’s a dick and doesn’t bullshit the audience into thinking he’s someone he’s not. RS tries to show us he’s a “bad” king, yet we see no proof it beyond what, he wants to uphold the law P broke and doesnt kiss Hades’ butt? That’s not a bad king, it’s a good one that he doesn’t let family ties or lust cloud his judgement, unlike Hades or Hera, for example. I don’t condone his cheating either, but it’s not fair to hate him for it, but love it that Hades cheated on Minthe so he could get into a teenager’s skirt and praise Hera for sleeping with her brother in law while punishing Zeus’ mistresses because she’s being a fake “loyal” wife. Just because he’s a deeply flawed, even a bad person doesn’t make him a bad character. Hades and Hera and even Persephone are awful people who do worse than Zeus, yet they’re loved and praised for it, all while being written with the depth of a puddle.
