Skids is a largely overlooked member of the X-Terminators, the teen recruits from the ‘80s Louise Simonson X-Factor that included more famous X-Men like Rictor and Boom-Boom. But I think she’s cool, and it was an excuse to draw leopard print!

We are back on Graymalkin, Cable's old ship, but it has been changed and rechristened "Avalon." We also see they "reprogrammed" the professor... and then this cloaked figure shows up... Sam and Bobby recognize him, but they are keeping it coy for the reader... but his magical control over iron that he uses to fix Rusty and Skids is a dead giveaway.
