I got saints row 3 remastered during the winter sale and through the character creator this time I was able to make a fat women with a "male" voice

The day and night cycle work differently in Saints Row The Third than it did in its predecessors in the series. The Sun in Saints Row The Third seems to remain in the exact same place in the sky during daytime cycles and the Moon remains in the same place as well during nighttime cycles.

During Act 1, the in-game time only changes when Missions and Activities are completed. During the rest of the game, the cycles shift from daytime to nighttime by completing Missions, Activities and Dying. The cash flow from the CASH app transfers money via Steelport Bank & Trust every 15 minutes real time while gameplay and free roam is active.

A full day in Steelport lasts 8 hours real time. That means that there is 15 minutes per hour with a slight variation during the nighttime cycle which only lasts every 5 minutes for cash transfer.

Saints Row is finally on steam, which means I can take so many more screenshots of Iona in her best form. The game itself might be barely passable and certainly not up to the standards of Saints Row past, but I can 100% forgive it for giving me the best version of Iona ever.

Also it has Neenah. I don't care if I'm the only person in the world who loves her. Biggest video game crush of 2022.

I have Saints Row 3 on Steam, however in the years since its release, between the PC part upgrades & OS updates/switches, I started consistently getting a bug where everything would go dead silent, and models would start disappearing from the world, like the car I was driving, and then after a few seconds of that the game would crash. It would happen after 5 minutes of gameplay always.

Soooo how happy I was when they released the Remaster, especially since I didn't know it existed until Epic Games was giving it away for free, because I figured newer game = working game (lol).

Weeellll I mean it DID work, and does work, mostly... Except only the 1st time I launch it after installing. If I try to launch the game a 2nd time, it immediately crashes on startup with a blank Crash Dump log.

After trial & error, doing all the fixes offered on the internet, with no change, I've found that I can get it to work again, but only if I uninstall and then reinstall the entire game every single time I want to play it.

Which... I've had worse functioning games I guess? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ lol

(Almost) All my Saint's Row Boss

Sooo this is an hogwarts student account BUT i really wanted to share all of my boss from saints row 2 to 4 (including the reboot) because they're so cool wth

So first we have Boss from saints row 2, she's my 2nd most recent and she's far from my favorite (it was SO HARD making her okay looking)

Fun fact: she's dressed as Castiel (supernatural)

Next we have my saints row 3 boss. Now that's the 2nd boss I've made, and I LOVE her hair because it's iridescent 🤗

Note: those pants are awesome and I wish I owned them

It's the 1st ever boss I've made! 🤗 she's from saints row the third remastered, and personally I think it kinda sucks that they got rid of the iridescent hair in the remaster (her hair is set the same way as the non remastered one, but the "iridescense" Is just purple)

Fun fact: her outfit is based on Spike (from Buffy the Vampire Slayer)

My saints row IV boss (along with Shaundi and SR2 shaundi because I love em) I really love keeping the same aspect for my Boss through the game as it's basically the same person 🤷‍♀️

Note: her skin is slightly glitched in this cutscene for no particular reason and I just saw it now

And now my latest one, my saints row (2022) boss 💅 out of all the Boss, she's clearly my favorite 🖐

I do have to say that my SRTT & my SRIV Boss hold a special place in my heart as they're my first ever boss and it's the OG, ya know?

Now, I did try Saints Row 1, but my Boss is litterally the most basic looking man so i didn't show it

Anyways, I have to tell you my favorite thing from each game!

SR2: THE SOUNDTRACK!! Best one BY FAR compared to all the games omg

SRTT: the whole game 🫶

SRIV: clearly, the superpowers, but also the fact you can listen to music whenever you want

SR(2022): the Boss customization 🤌

Been thinking a bit this weekend about how my three favorite original games so far this year have been Pizza Tower, Spark 3 and now Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, and how all three of those effectively surpass their inspirations.

meanwhile the three big games I played last year, Saints Row (the new one), Pokemon Scarlet & Sonic Frontiers all suffered from major gaps in quality that soured my mood with all three.

when I factor in the games I've enjoyed so far this year from AAA devs, both of those games (Metroid Prime Remastered & Quake 2) were solid remasters of fantastic games I had simply never played before.

I guess the conclusion I've got so far from all of this is that I'm really looking forward to seeing more indie stuff release in the coming years and seeing how some of those studios may grow.
