The other day, I prayed to Saint Expedite. I asked him to help my package deliver quickly. It wasn't as a joke; I was simply "testing the waters" (I'd never really worked with saints before), as well as hoping that my package would arrive before a certain family member got home. Five minutes later, the package was in my mailbox.

Thank you, Saint Expedite, for your speedy response. I am beyond thankful!!

It sometimes shocks me how quickly we get responses from deities and saints. I'm forever grateful for their care and love!!

Excuse the poor lighting, but I wanted to show off the St. Expeditus rosary that I got from the Kitchen Toad. I'm honestly in love with it and I can't wait to start incorporating it into my practice.

The little painting is something I did a while back as a stand in for a prayer card during my workings with him. It ain't that pretty or refined, but it does the trick.

Saint Expedite Working

So... this coming Friday, the 19th, is the feast day for our pal @saint-expeditus. In true "I need this specific saint's help, specifically" fashion, I have procrastinated and am only just now getting my shit together to do A Thing™ this Friday.

Since I am also trying to get back into the swing of things with the Tumblr community I've been a part of for a decade now, I thought I would extend an invitation to you all to be part of this with me 😁

I have set up a Google form for people to fill out to add their petitions to the pile, so if you're interested, please use the following link to access said form:

I will have to keep an eye on things and close the form to additional responses once I hit the max for the supplies I have, so if you hit an inactive form, I apologize ... but if this goes well I will probably start doing this for other things and maybe even keep the Expidite thing going as a yearly offering? Maybe?

Thank you for everything.

Thank you for the money and opportunities you've delivered, and whatever else is coming my way. Please guide me to more ways to show my thanks besides this candle and recognizing you publicly.

It is such a relief my ability to work is improving, that more people are stepping in to assist me, and I don't have to worry about how I will come up with the $ for moving fees in a year. You are such a kind, understanding saint.

I am touched by the grace you've shown in this intercession. Please inspire me the best way to pay it forward and share my good fortune and health.

I would love to volunteer a few hours a week when I finally save up for a vehicle. While I save for transportation, please help me choose the best place to help out. I want to do this in your honor.

Taking a walk in Praga (Warsaw's district) I took photos of a mermaid once drawn by Pablo Picasso. A mermaid is the coat of arms of Warsaw and she wields a sword. Because Picasso was a pacifist, he drew her with a hammer instead of sword. I also spotted a sculpture of Saint Expedite on the wall of a building. It's rare to see a statue other than Virgin Mary attached to a building for protection or as a patron saint. The graffiti on the electrical box is a tribute to late Mrs Feldman, a well-known actress. And finally a statue in Saska Kepa commemorates a poet and songwriter, Agnieszka Osiecka.
