OKAY and while I'm upset about Izzy dying especially after all he's been through and grown this season, the scene where Ed is listening to him while he holds Izzy is so beautiful

The fact that we got a scene talking about how Ed can't be quiet, but he stays quiet for the most part when Izzy is talking to him, Izzy taking acountability for "egging blackbead on", which I think when he said "I needed him--Blackbeard, it was us" he means HE needed blackbeard to feel value in himself, because soft equaled weak to him. ALSO "Ed, you're surrounded by family. They love you, Ed.... just be Ed" AND WHEN ED STARTED SOBBING "There he is.." IT FUCKING KILLED ME, I WAS CRYING BEFORE BUT I STARTED SOBBING. I want to kiss Con o Neill for that delivery. I just wish Izzy got to tell the crew that they were also HIS family, and that he really, truly loved them--we only got a scene where he admited to it when not talking to them and I think that's sick, actually.

also I really think there should have been a scene with Lucius and the wooden shark Izzy whittled for him, but okay :( and on the topic of Lucius, him and Pete deserved a longer scene.. This whole episode should have been longer

I do think after all Izzy went through, all his years of chasing someone who would never love him back, he deserved to thrive amongst comfort, family and love with his crew. I know not everyone gets a happy ending but.. Idk, he needed more than that.

And, well... Izzy staying with them for forever THAT way was not what I wanted when I said I wanted Steddyhands in the finale but.. I'll take it, I guess.

Hi! Wow, I sure disappeared on everyone didn’t I? Sorry about that folks! A few things happened to happen all at once which lead to my multi-month gap in posting (and replying to friends, jeez I’m really sorry about that one in particular!)

I decided to take a short (thought it would be a few days to a week) break from social media/tumblr, but somehow it turned into 2+ months, zoinks Scoob…

My frequent migraines became borderline chronic for a while, clocking in at around 3-4 a week while I changed preventatives (any other migraine sufferers here? raise your hand! 🙋🏻)

Then to top it all off, about a week and a half ago I caught what I thought was a cold but turned out to be Big Rona aka Covid 😮‍💨

It’s rough out there, guys. Be gentle with yourselves. T-T

But to answer your question, lovely anon: yes I’m doing okay now. Mostly recovered from my fist fight with Covid and am thinking about things to write of which immobility is always on the table lol

At this point I’ve got a lot of ideas and not a lot of time to write them, but with encouragement from friends and maybe an rp or two, I think I can make it happen.

Since you were so sweet as to ask me how I’m doing, if you have any immobility ideas hit me up! I’ll see if it’s something I can either make happen or incorporate into an established storyline.

But yeah this was a huge reason why my P.S.A re-blogs started and why I pulled out from making DigiAdvs news updates posts (I was trying to actually spread some Positivity / contribute back then, which is really difficult for me under normal circumstances because outside of Yelling In My Tags, I'm usually actually pretty socially awkward / reclusive...) and the like (some of you may remember I did that around pre-Kizuna dropping, and also when 2020 was starting) because I'd get these kind of Stans lurking on my not-Taichi or Koushiro (at all) posts for whoever their {~Fav~/equally not canon ~O.T.P~} was and I HATED IT.

Some of them are STILL AT IT on DigiTwit weekly after new eps drop (sometimes they jump around socials too, and I'm on other places too... hell some of those names I remembered from L.J days when I was Younger so this pattern seems constant for them) ;; and if they happen to see this post, I just hope they know I was never amused & I'm never going to support their rhetorics. The same person who I mentioned Blocking earlier was also a part of that seeming "group". (But apparently there's also multiple pockets of anti-Taichi Stans???!)

My queue's cleared out a lot since and my blog may finally return to its pre-Bokura no Mirai end state by the time of "The Beginning" release, (though also a lot of my ship tags died out since again...) but I became a lot more hyper-aware of Issues as a result of all that and yeah sometimes I'll still re-blog a post if I feel it genuinely explains an actual concept I'd like to explain well (especially informative posts about Disability and Autism because, like, I'm Autistic, I don't know how many more times I have to ""~confirm~"" that with people before they actually believe me after these 5~8~ straight years of me talking about Being Autistic TM because it's... my blog and my LIFE????)

of fucking course simon riley has your location on. he needs to make sure you're safe. likes to keeps tabs on you. he says he’s completely normal about it, but that is a lie--he obsessively checks it.

and he knows all your common locations: your apartment, your friend’s place, the grocery store, the target you like to go to. so when he sees you at a random address one evening, your little marker on the map not moving,--meaning you’re not just driving past--he raises a brow. he immediately texts you. and when you don’t respond, he’s calling you.

and when you don’t answer… he’s in his truck faster than he thought he could move, beelining it straight for your mysterious location.

and when he pulls up in front of someone’s house, watching as you walk out the front door, laughing at something the man trailing you says, he’s furious. he was worried you might have been hurt. in a sticky situation. but cheating on him didn’t even cross his mind.

he storms out of the truck and you look at him with a gasp. “simon? what’re you doing—?”

“who the fuck is that?” he demands, gesturing to the guy behind you.

“simon…” you say exasperated. “i told you yesterday I was meeting up with friends to plan her bachelorette party.”

his eyes soften slightly, but he’s still reaching for you, hands wrapping around your arms. “doesn’t answer my question.”

“this is her childhood friend.” he glares over your shoulder at him, like he doesn’t believe you. like he wants to kill him. “her gay childhood friend.” you add, hands on your hips, a little annoyed he’d embarrass you like this.

when he hauls you into his truck, he takes a few beats before he apologizes. “m’sorry, love. you weren’t answering your phone and when i saw you at some random—“ he stops mid-sentence as he glances over at you in the passenger seat, expecting you to be glaring at him, ready to tear him a new one. but much to his surprise, you’re taking your shirt off.

“what’re you doing?” he asks, his hands tightening on the wheel to stop from reaching over and touching you.

“that was the hottest thing you’ve ever done,” you whisper, a little embarrassed to admit it. but protective simon? the simon who was ready to beat a guy up just for making you laugh? yeah, that turned you on even if it shouldn’t.

he’s thankful it’s nighttime so no one driving past can see you topless in his truck. he’s also thankful the roads are rather empty this late on a weekday.

“wait till we get home, yeah?” he asks, his voice strained.

you shake your head. “simon, please,” you whine. “i can’t wait.”

he groans in his throat, knowing your place is only 5 more minutes away. he’s already hardening in his pants, and he’s tempted to pull over and drag you into the back seat. but he doesn’t. instead, he reaches his large hand and slides it over your thigh, his eyes on the road as he pushes your skirt up. and you bite your lip, holding back a moan as he rubs you over your underwear. “so fuckin’ wet,” he says astonished.

you buck your hips up and he almost laughs. you weren’t kidding, you really couldn’t wait. he slips his fingers past your panties and dips them into your heat and you grab the door of the car for support, shutting your eyes. he starts a steady pace, his fingers making obscene sounds as they fuck you. you groan and mewl and simon worries he might not make it home either.

it takes you just about a minute to climax, your heat pulsing rapidly around his two fingers, earning a growl from simon. “fuckin’ hell, love,” he breathes, amazed at how fast and hard you came. loving that it was all because of him.

he pulls into the parking lot of your apartment complex and he’s storming around to your side, trying to get you to put your shirt back on, desperate to get you inside. he hauls you over his shoulder, his hand resting on your skirt so no one accidentally gets a free show. “naughtily little thing,” he hums to himself. “can't wait to properly punish you.”
