So I have learned that I am incapable of picking a reasonable number of favorites throughout this whole process and I even kept an extra song bc I wanted to make the gfx for it. Also the layout. But here are some of my favorites from 2023!

Some thoughts: I still don't know the purki members even tho I was OBSESSED with cabin fever. Busted top song of 2023? Multiple hags had comebacks this year & teen top's tt stood out to me when I was looking back (I don't count exo as hags even tho they are...)! Infinite's & tvxq's cbs were also really good! I still think knock knock by reve should've been the tt of chill kill. Loved my soloists in 2023 (jo yuri, kim sejeong, woodz, b.i, tabber, onew, d.o, kai). Several of whom were new to me. WayV may not be kpop, but their album was too important to me not to list. I joked that my top 10 was just the omy album, but it really was very good. EXO returned!! And we probably won't see them again until 2026 😭 Perfume best debut of 2023 /hj. I still don't technically stan the boyz somehow even tho I tuned in to all of their cbs this year and now know all the members. Also 🕯 pls let a.c.e drop a full album (as a full group 😒) in 2024 🕯and ilu everything I didn't mention but made the top 20. ok enough outta me 🤐

Hi there! You can call me Aleska. I’m a very opinated person who, however, can’t express everything here because tumblr loves censorship :D but always can share my thoughts about anything with you by DM.

Groups You Started Stanning?: the biggest one is vanner! also technically exo - i knew them before this year obviously but this year i got really into them! and not technically kpop but i did find my jpop beloves ini and jo1 - those were big new ones ! there are probably more but those are the top.

New Ult Biases?: other than jinjin and donghun my top forever beloveds, my ult line has been chaos this year. i would say right now i consider kun, woozi and suho new additions to my ult line! i did bias kun before but he claimed ult status this year.

imho if kpop stans wanna get into a soloist to stan and genuinely enjoy their good music, look no further because b.i is right there. btbt was a hit, but there is so much more!!! illusion, nineteen, cosmos, endless summer, 4 letters, all shook up, the island of misfit toys, etc. such good music. i need more ppl to get into b.i so i'm here to promote my boy! he's a genuinely kind soul, professional, works hard, writes and produces his own music, he's very humble and private, too. i've seen him in concert, he's absolutely lovely and his stage charisma is amazing. yapping over!

i have not really listened to his music as a soloist but i know he worked on pretty much all of ikon’s songs when he was a member. i loved ‘love scenario’ and ‘killing me’ so i’ll have to check out his solo works!!! i love to read ppl yapping about their favs 👍👍 lol

hiya! i’ve been rping for a very long time, since 2014 or so but i’ve been sort of rusty this past year due to taking a break for life. that being said, i’m 25+ and of age, operating in central tz looking for new rp partners to write with on discord. 🙈

I'll narrow this to exo since it asks you to say why 😂 baekhyun & kai. kai had me from his very first teaser in 2011 and never let go. I was bewitched by his dance skills & pretty face and then my fate was sealed when I learned of his complete loser boy personality. baekhyun took literal years to get me to like him let alone make him a bias. he was immature and annoyed the hell out of me. I appreciated his voice, but that was it. once he grew up a bit and became the member who made the type of music that I like most as a soloist, he slowly but surely wore me down 😂
