ngl the reason the older mclaren unboxed videos from like 2019 fascinate and compel so much is the stylistic choice the director made for the camera to be like a voyeuristic eye that lingers, watching through the cracks of doors or peeping over barriers like this without really any extra commentary or music. it catches the drivers when they're not really performing for the media, revealing something vulnerable and real about them. in this particular case, carlos when he's alone before a race looks a bit like a huge dork doing his athletic warm ups, and lando seems all relaxed and pliable in the hands of his trainer as he gets his head in the game. they have totally opposite energies but it makes sense for both. i just love getting to see what's happening behind closed doors <33

Cross-country season has started! Fifa!talia is out, FIS!talia is in!

Most of the athletes on the GBR team are Scottish and they all live in Norway most of the year. Norwegians have such a love for them and some of them even speak Norwegian fluently. Two years ago, they lost funding from the UK government and it looked like they would have to quit skiing all-together. Then, rich Norwegians began sponsoring them and now they are training with a private Norwegian team and funded by Norwegians 💖

Been thinking a lot about this lately: had the penguins only won one cup with our core at its peak contending years from 07 to 22, how would you feel about where the team is at today?

i think as long as we got the 09' cup & flower, (talbo) tanger, sid, geno (erik, cookie, poj) all stayed for the same amount of time as they did then i dont think it'd change much. you want sid to get his cup but other than that you just want to watch a group of coworkers interact. bruins only ever got the one cup.

Prince Harry, Meghan, and polo player Nacho Figueras were spotted at the National Polo Center in Wellington, Florida, with a film crew capturing footage for one of his and Meghan’s recently announced projects for Netflix. Harry was seen with a Netflix crew, behind the scenes shooting footage of the Valiente team behind the scenes as they prepared to take on Coca-Cola at the National Polo Center. The film crew who were on hand to shoot his interactions with the awe-struck players. The new project for Netflix is about providing viewers unprecedented access to the world of professional polo.
