They're unfortunately not real spooky they're like teehee Halloween spooky and it is sooo hard to assign them songs cuz I can only find actual horror instead of the silly kind </3 ALSO I FORGOT THEIR UNIT IS NAMED "GRAVENIGHT" (in all caps)

I added the theme tags later but to expand on that; The leader Miyako Kurosawa is themed on Vampires, Juurou Hayashi is themed on Zombies, Yuto Amano is themed on Ghosts (specifically a yurei), and Tsuneo Yamamoto is themed on Mummies. Just like canon they all have a theme in their last names! Biomes!!

I kinda have an outfit idea in mind for them and it's just like a neat little suit with small top hats hats specific to their themes (Vampire has fang design, Zombie looks stitched up, [idk ghost], Mummy has bandages on the base)

Designs. Uhhh. I only know Yuto has long black hair like the yurei ghost. Because I don't actually have mental faces for them RN, Miyako looks like An, Juurou looks like if you blended Akito and Tsukasa and general silliness, and Tsuneo looks like Toya. Why are they VBS to me? No idea, I've been trying to mold their faces to be unique in my head and it's just not happening.

ALSO because this unit has 2 guys (matching canon gender patterns) their assigned Vocaloid is Kaito and their vocaloids are all classic monsters from famous novels. Miku is Frankenstein's Monster and the Kagamines are Jeckyl and Hyde (IDK which is which tho). I don't know about the others yet.

The few songs I've assigned them are: Happy Halloween (Not) a Devil Vampire [I should probably assign zombies but i didn't know the song yet when the list was made]

Yuto and Ruri like to spend rainy days cuddling and watching movies together. Yuto looks around the house and nervously asks if Shun is home, he prays his best friend isn't home because he wanted to spend alone time with Ruri. Ruri smiles and giggles, she reassures Yuto that Shun is out for the day.

Yuto sighs in relief, Ruri takes his hand and leads him to the couch and they cozy up under a soft blanket. Yuto likes spooky movies with ghosts, and with the rain it's the perfect ambiance. But Ruri gets scared by the jump scares and she clings to Yuto when startled. Yuto tenses up when Ruri hides her face in his neck and hugs him tight. Yuto is red in the face and he can no longer concentrate on the movie.

Ruri lifted her head and she reached out to tenderly stroke Yuto's red and warm cheek. She asks Yuto if something is wrong. Yuto turns his head away so Ruri couldn't see how the blush on his cheeks. He tells her nothing is wrong, but Ruri is stubborn and leaned on closer. They were so close now, when Yuto turned his head again their noses bumped. Ruri was so close and she's so pretty, if Yuto leaned in more they could kiss.

"Ruri...can I..." Yuto's voice was soft

Ruri blushed at the implication and smiled. She was going to kiss Yuto herself, but then the sound of a door opening and closing made Yuto practically jump out of the couch, he scooted far away from Ruri at the opposite end of the couch and hid his face.

Standing in the room now was Shun and was cluelessly eyeing both Ruri and Yuto who avoiding his gaze. Yuto's heart was pounding and he was cursing Shun for coming home. Yuto wanted to kiss Ruri, another time. Another time Yuto will find the right chance.

Four Little Princes, Chapter 16: Art Studio

Yuto was toddling around the castle after his bath, exploring his new home accompanied by Dark Rebellion and a few of the Phantom Knights. He appeared to be quite intrigued by the castle, pausing every now and then to stare at the artwork, seemingly admiring it.

“Do you like artwork?” Crack Helm asked the little prince. Yuto nodded eagerly. “Yes!”

“Well, maybe we should take you to the art tower then,” Dark Rebellion said, picking Yuto up. “Maybe you’d like to draw for a bit?”

Yuto gasped excitedly at the idea of getting to draw, and Dark Rebellion chuckled at his enthusiasm. The dragon carried the little one through the castle to a door, up a spiral staircase, and finally coming to a stop in a beautiful sun-lit tower. The round walls were covered in floor-to-ceiling windows, the conical roof was solid glass, and there were art supplies everywhere.

Yuto squealed when he saw all the art supplies, pointing excitedly all around. Dark Rebellion carried him to a drawing table with a sketchpad and gently set the little eggplant down on the floor with the sketchpad and some crayons and markers. Yuto eagerly began drawing at once, silently observed by the shadow creatures attending him.

Yuto was so focused on his drawing that he seemed to lose track of the world around him. He appeared to be a natural artist, much better than the average three-year-old. It was very easy to see that he had a lot of talent.

Even the shadow creatures got lost in Yuto’s artwork, none of them noticing when a maid came in to clean. Her eyes widened when she saw all the dark shadow creatures surrounding the little prince, and she quickly looked away to focus on her work. The Phantom Knights and Dark Rebellion were pretty intimidating creatures, very spooky!

Finally, Yuto finished his first drawing, holding it up for his attendants to see. “Wook! Ghosts!” he squealed. Sure enough, he had drawn the Phantom Knights in what appeared to be a graveyard, apparently having a tea party, complete with little tea fascinators. Dark Rebellion stifled his laughter, though it was quite hard.

“It’s a very nice drawing!” Crack Helm told Yuto, patting the little eggplant’s head. “Would you like to draw another?”

“Yes!” Yuto said eagerly. And so he began a second drawing.

Jinho x reader social media AU!

Salem(1), Elijah(2), Yuto(3), Raymond(4) and Wayke(5).

These are five of the characters from my short ghost story called Spooked! in which this boy Elijah wakes up in a spooky old house with no memory. He meets a strange kid who seems just a little older than himself named Salem who tells him the house is inhabited by ghosts, making Salem and Elijah the only two still alive in the building.

Elijah meets two twin ghosts named Bella and Owen(not yet drawn) shortly after and starts to learn about the protected and owner of the house, Raymond. He’s a very mysterious man who is hardly around as he is usually gone for long periods of time attending unknown business, Salem being the only one who knows what it is Raymond is doing.

That’s all I’ll say for now because I’m still working on the plot, but here’s some character designs.

What kind of movies do the boys like?

Yuya: comedies! He loves anything that can make him laugh. He'll also watch romcoms with Yuzu. He likes those as well (Yuzu is also trying to subtlety hint she likes him with romance movies)

Yuto: horror movies. He likes the supernatural and spooky films, he'll watch them with Ruri and he gets flustered when she gets scared and cuddles against him to hide her face

Yugo: he'll watch just about any kind of movie, comedies keep his attention the most though. He has a hard time sitting still if he's not interested or gets confused with plot. Rin calls him a baby when he's spooked by horror movies

Yuri: slasher films. He finds it hilarious when characters die in really stupid ways. Yugo thinks he's a little insane when he laughs. Serena also has the same habit, she and Yuri laugh together and make fun of the obvious plot of who the killer is.

Send a 👫, and I’ll write four headcanons I have about our muse’s relationship / accepting / @anomieheld​

Sophie’s journey in understanding Yumenosaki Academy (and Shuestu Academy) was one that she’d be going alone since the producer seems not too phased by it. However, Elyon is the unexpected partner in this journey, and they’re both in this mess, whether or not they like it. A lot of what Elyon sees to the day-to-day are things that Sophie has gotten (somewhat) used to, especially if it has to do with vampires and snakes. I take it that they don’t discuss it a lot, but there’s a shared and silent understanding. Like, they spot another from across the way (maybe after school), and it’s like, “Ah......you’re stuck with this shit too?” It is a mutual pain in dealing with eccentrics and egos. 

Elyon, like Sophie, is a well-guarded woman that keeps people at a distance. However, both have their own defenses and tactics to keep people away. And, since they’re so different, the way they manage with another and view each other can be a bit strained. This is more towards the beginning of their relationship when they’re “polite” as they can be with another. They interpret how the other person behaves ( i.e., Sophie’s nature to get involved versus Elyon’s nature to not get involved) negatively. It’s not to say they harshly criticize another, but they do have their opinions and assumptions about how the other person is. However, it is apparent that the way they both behave reflects their need to distance themselves from others, and because of their situations, how they do, it came out to be very different (but they use the same tools). These tools? An example would be (social) manipulation. They know how people work and how to keep people away from them -- some do it more literally (Elyon outwardly rejects and avoids others' expectations). In contrast, some do it more quietly (Sophie creates a facade, though while helpful, always keep people as far away she likes it).  Once they get to learn each other more, it'll be interesting to see what kinds of masks they wear and the lengths they’d go. I imagine them sharing morally gray opinions and noticing that their bad habits (i.e., isolation) overlap.  TLDR: They’re both young women navigating difficult circumstances because of how they are/were treated/raised. There are things that they have done/do that are morally questionable and have their reasons for doing so. They keep quiet about it and act in ways that prevent people from learning about them/the things they can/will/have do/done. Both of them get to know each other and shortly realize that they may not be all that different. 

Dancing is a field both of them are very familiar with, but they’re both at different levels of expertise. Since they both have a ballet background (and classical dancing, too?), Sophie recognizes a lot of stretches and the posture Elyon uses in her routines during rehearsal and during shows. It is harder to spot during a performance, but the body tends to give away quite a lot if you know what you’re looking for! As the relationship develops, Sophie would offer advice and her time to help Elyon get through gaining her footing and stabilizing her movement. It would be an enjoyable time (mun-wise) to see them compare physical capability and see them talking about how they practice/work on their skills. It would also be hilarious if either of them complains during stretching, and it’s all groans and moans in the two hours they spend together.  If only because I’m unsure if Elyon knows ballroom dancing, this is a separate paragraph. But, hey, listen. Even if she does or doesn’t, I would like for them to dance together. Sophie could take the lead (she’ll argue for it) and can give Elyon pointers since I can imagine having formal training in classical dance would benefit Elyon’s resume as a performer. 

BIRD FRIENDS, BIRD FRIENDS. They actually have this also in common. I would like to see them talking about different birds they might’ve been nurtured back to health and what species they know. I’m not sure if Elyon goes bird watching, but Sophie does, and the two out of them can go out together! Depending on the verse and timeline, Sophie does end up raising pied and mourning doves, so Elyon may see them eventually! 

BONUS:

(RIOT-HEART VERSE) This is a verse with Spooky’s Anzu ( @subserviiient​ ) and my Sophie, where the girls end up in a band-unit called RIOT after an April Fool’s joke ends up getting them massively successful/in demand. Seeing Elyon on the dash for over a year always made me go, “Damn, what if Elyon worked with more girls in her field?” and then “Wait, I got an AU that could help with that.” So, anyway, back on track. I like to imagine that DeadEnd and RIOT collaborate since unit leader Sophie is interested in performing and helping out the other units in Yumenosaki. It’ll be fantastic for Elyon to provide lead vocals on a cover song that RIOT is working on. Let’s say it’s around Halloween, so Hitachi (and Anzu and Sophie) have fun with stage ideas involving horror while Yuto and Elyon absolutely loathe it.  Listen, I am a simple woman. I imagine Elyon practicing vocals while Sophie’s playing acoustic and Anzu’s on drums, and my brain goes “:D.”

Part two of the haunted house request:

I split this into two parts cause it got a little longer than expected!

Changgu:

while entering the house you assure him that you’re not scared and that no, he doesn’t need to hold you hand or comfort you in any other way

however as soon as you set foot into the eery atmosphere inside the haunted house, you change your mind

but there’s no turning back now as it seems

and you can’t exactly admit that you are in fact very scared, seconds after making sure Changgu understands you’re not

you put up a tough front and try to keep up with him

but walking fast isn’t easy when you feel the need to check every corner and every creak in every single room for a monster that could attack you at any given time

“You sure you’re okay?” he asks when you’re a few steps behind and you yell back at him

“I’m FINE!”

“Sure...” you hear him mutter under his breath, but he keeps walking and you follow him, almost tripping over your own feet

you really don’t feel at home here, and the weird statues along the walls of the room you’re currently in staring you down don’t exactly help your case

you walk around on tiptoes until one of them abruptly moves closer to you and growls into your face

you scream and look around, wanting to run to Changgu to hide behind his back, but he’s nowhere to be seen

so you just stand there, frozen up, until you see his head peaking into the room, as he had already walked on to the next one

“I thought you weren’t scared?” he dared to tease you

“Shut up!” you just yell back, but hold out your hand for him to come pick you up

he chuckles at your behaviour and approaches you, grabbing both your hands

“I’ll get us out here safely together,” he promises, “Even though you’re totally not scared and don’t need my help at all.”

he winks at you in a way that makes you want to punch him, but keeps his promise and leads you outside carefully

Yanan:

maybe because most of the others were scared as hell, they somehow ended up voting for you and Yanan to go inside the new haunted house first

you’re a little nervous about it, but nothing more than that, and he seems to be rather calm as well (as opposed to when Hyunggu and Yuto forced him to ride the rollercoaster with them earlier)

so you line up and when you can finally go in, your eyes need some time to adjust to the sudden darkness

one after the other you take in the decorations trying to create a spooky atmosphere, but honestly the both of you are pretty much unfazed

as you walk through a dark hallway with only two candles along the walls creating some source of light, there suddenly comes a plastic skeleton dangling from the ceiling

you get startled by the sudden appearance, while Yanan walks up to it and shakes its hand, pointing out to you that it’s even missing two fingers

you go to the next room, where high pitched screams, probably mimicking those of bats, pierce your ears

and really - you find huge plastic bats mechanically flapping their wings high up on the walls of the room

both of you have to laugh at the cheap design and Yanan offers you candy

Where did he get that candy from....?

anyway, you accept, and with a sugar drop in your mouth, you walk into the next room

there’s old furniture and people are crawling around, getting close to the both of you and forcing you to stick together, while they show you their ugly painted faces

“Oh, scary...” Yanan remarks calmly and you move on

before exiting the less than exciting haunted house, you two make a plan to trick the others into thinking it’s super scary and cool, as a revenge for forcing Yanan onto the earlier rollercoaster ride

Yuto:

Petrified.

He would be absolutely petrified.

“Ah, we don’t really have to go in there, do we?”

“We don’t have to do this if Y/N is scared too, right?”

“...rIgHt?”

yeah no, he’s definitely going in there with you, even if the others have to forcefully shove him against his will

once you two are in the first room together, you can hear him take a few deep breaths next to you in an attempt to calm himself down

you can’t really see much of him though since it’s so dark

you tell him you should hurry up and just go to the next room - the faster you walk, the faster you will be out of here

you step on a loose plank and it gives off a loud creak, next to you you can hear Yuto silently cursing something that’s probably Japanese

the next second, a loud noise is heard overhead, before some creature flies over your heads, probably grazing Yuto due to his height

with a high pitched whimper he ducks and you can hear him say something again

“Okaa-san...”

“Do you want to hold my hand?” you offer and within the blink of an eye he’s holding not only your hand, but clasping your whole arm for mental support

you go on like this, pitying him a little

then again, it’s not like you’re not scared at all

after the next handful of jumpscares you two are basically just a nervous bundle, clinging to each other for help, knowing full well that neither of you is able to help the other anymore

when you finally get out of there, the others are shooting you weird looks, seeing you basically merged into one very very scared person

you let go of each other in embarrassment, blushing madly

only now you become aware of how close you had been to him the whole time and you can’t stop your heart from racing for some reason...

Hyunggu:

you can’t tell me he wouldn’t get at least a little startled here and there

but you also can’t tell me this qt pie wouldn’t try everything in his might to make sure you’re not scared

he would surely laugh if one of the other members got scared in front of him, but not with you

he does smile adoringly, but next thing you know, he’ll have his arm around your shoulders, talking to you to calm you down

“It’s fine, I will be here to protect you,” he’ll ensure as you proceed through the haunted house

you must admit you are a little more scared than you thought you would be

so you’re thankful for Hyunggu’s understanding

there’s this one room with lots of dolls along the walls, that all seem to be staring at you

...are they out to get you...?

you shake your head

“What is it?” he immediately asks, “Are you scared of dolls?”

you nod

“Then come here. They won’t do anything to you. I won’t allow it.”

he unzips his jacket and lets you hide inside, while he carefully walks you out of the room

the house is eerily silent, but that doesn’t exactly calm you down

just when you think you made it at the end of the last room, someone with blood smeared all over their body jumps out in front of you and gives off an ear-shattering scream

you instinctively hide your face in Hyunggu’s chest and he tumbles a few steps backwards with you

when the person is gone, he starts laughing in surprise

“What was that now?”

even though you now refuse to move, he convinces you to trust him and leads you outside, where you still can’t stop shaking

needless to say, you keep clinging to Hyunggu in one way or the other throughout the rest of the day

Wooseok:

I wonder, would he really care about all this?

he would probably try to scare the “ghosts” away by muttering some angry words in his deep-ass voice in an attempt to make you laugh and loosen up the atmosphere a bit

after all, you were forced into this against your will

nobody knew just how scared you’d be, even though you tried to explain that you cannot under any circumstances ever enter that haunted house

and now you’re standing in the middle of it, too scared to even damn your own existance or that of the others, hoping someone - really anyone - would save you from this

when you don’t react to Wooseok calling your name, he waves his hand before your eyes, startling you to death

you scream, but apologize when you realize what’s going on

“Do you wanna ride on my back?”

you think you didn’t hear him right, so you ask him to repeat himself

“You know, like a piggy-back. But I’m tall so if you’re afraid of heights...”

you shake your head

honestly you currently prefer anything over this situation you are in right now

so you climb his back and wrap your arms around him tightly, your whole body still shaking, but he firmly holds you up by your legs so you won’t fall

“How about we just dash out and see how fast we can make it?”

you nod and he takes off running

you shut your eyes tightly, so you at least don’t have to see all the scary things surrounding you, and you try your best to stay calm and not yell right into Wooseok’s ear whenever you hear any unsettling noises

when you’re finally out of there, he lets you down and you collapse into his arms, completely exhausted

“Hey! I’m the one who ran out here with all his might, I should be tired, not you!” he jokingly says as he hugs you tight and gently pats your head with his hand
