tho i will say!!! honobono being the antithesis of bonds by treating people as playthings and the tobari bros consistently causing trouble in various territories tells me it really is intentional that we have characters set in homies and hoods and it’d be neat to see if any of that comes to light in the tracks lol
#this is vee speaking#this is another concept stuck in drafts hell that i worked on when they first dropped the groupings lol#i followed homies side well enough but some on the hoods side i got a little tripped up on#the hypster article helped a lot tho lol since it revealed what the hoods be going thru rn#some i do need extra consideration on tho like saburo (i think it might be place he wants to find instead of protect)#and jyushi and hitoya (jyushi i can reason is aiming for bigger sights is hitoya’s deeper than his implied job displacement tho lol)#bat as a whole tho i’m kinda ???? like kuukou in bonds i understand PLENTY lol but is the angle really his bond with ichiro????#it’d be a decent reason why he’s paired with jiro lol or is it more????? like family related (found or blood)?????#but that’s also just me overthinking lol I HEARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
