Every time I see that "systems aren't opressed" take I just. Holy fuck. How do you even get that disconnected from the actual material reality of the society we all have to live under? And proclaim it so confidently?

I am a system, I am plural. It is not a disorder. If I was fully open about this, here in the UK, I would likely get sectioned. I would be detained and sent to a hospital and kept there for who fucking knows how long. I would likely be forced off most, if not all, of my medications. I would not be allowed to medically transition anymore.

This is ableism - Systemhood is not considered neurotypical. It is not considered sane.
