On the 1st of January, twelve years ago, Girls' Generation released their fourth Korean full-length album, I GOT A BOY.

The title track is a dynamic pop track known for its experimental structure, blending various genres like pop, hip-hop, electronic, and retro styles. With its bold, ever-changing beats and catchy hooks, it showcases the group’s versatility and charisma. The lyrics talk about a lively conversation among friends about an exciting romance. Music has always been a big part of my life. My favourite genres include K-pop, Indie, Bedroom Pop, OPM, and etc., with groups like SNSD and SHINee holding a special place in my heart. Their music has been a source of comfort and inspiration for me since I was very young. Recently, I’ve been listening to ENHYPEN, ILLIT, Avery Lynch, and esseca. Songs like Not For Sale by ENHYPEN, The Boys by SNSD, and Girls Never Die by tripleS instantly lift my mood. I can easily listen to all of ENHYPEN’s albums and artists like Gracie Abrams on repeat. Interestingly, my first concert experiences weren’t in K-pop or Western pop. Growing up, I attended many classical vocal music concerts because my older sibling studied as a tenor and baritone vocalist in an arts academy. Inspired by those performances, I joined the same academy as a mezzo-soprano vocalist and participated in numerous classical and choral music festivals and events. One of my biggest dreams is to see ENHYPEN live someday. It would be amazing to experience one of their concerts, and I hope to make it happen. As for my musical abilities, I can play the piano, sing, and read music, though I’m not always confident in my skills. As a writer and poet, I also enjoy writing lyrics. Many of the songs in my writing playlist, featured on my Tumblr masterlist, hold deep personal meaning and connect to memories or life lessons, which I reflect on in my stories. Although I’m not a big fan of EDM, I have a few exceptions depending on my mood. If my life had a theme song, it would be Mortal by ENHYPEN—it resonates with me in a way that feels uniquely personal.

hi! it is true that taehyung dated yoona? i heard about their rumor and wondering yoona is too good for taehyung lol so no way but still who knows right?

I won't answer whether they dated, but I can let you know how they feel/what they think about each other right now.

Taehyung feels rather indifferent about her currently. He's not someone that's in his mind at all right now. There was a point where he had tried to get closer to her to try to see if she'd help him with acting and getting a role, but he feels that went nowhere. He is envious of her being able to switch from being an idol to an actress. That is something that he wants to do as well. He thinks she is pretty but is getting old.

Yoona also doesn't think much about him. It doesn't seem like the two are quite close to each other right now. They seem more like colleagues who happen to have some of the same friends. Yoona thinks Taehyung can be kind of arrogant and kind of immature. She does think he has a charming side but isn't sure whether he'd do well in acting.
