DAY 1!!!!!! Day on the Town

ITSSS THE FIRST OF FEBRUARYYYYYYYY MY LEAST FAVORITE MONTH i thought i'd take this month to showcase my favorite gay sims 4 couple which originally came from sims 3 after a quick abduction date, a bar date and then a woohoo in the plumbot machine.

Anyway, the lookbook i've decided to do is Shooby's 30 Day Lookbook Challenge, and I'm trying to do edits for all of the looks I create but I am very new to editing and very easily unmotivated, which is why i've given myself a 2 day headstart on this, which might not be enough in the first place

anyway, you're here for the couple

Dumbass has returned!! with his gay alien boyfriend (gaylien, if you will), Arkvoodle

Arkvoodle is, you guessed it, the guy in the sequin jacket which really just proves how gay I am too aha sweating in 4 sequin jackets in my closet

i wanna kill this sim so badly because apparently i really suck at sims 4 dates and he dumped dumbass at the bar and since then i've hated his guts but dumbass didn't seem that bothered

anyway him being a paranoid bitch

and yes i DID forget the mechanical arm incase you noticed, i uh

i really dont have an excuse, i genuinely just forgot

The Edwardian era has had a change in the concepts understood up to the time of childhood, the parents came to understand themselves as those in charge of protecting and caring for their children and that they were not only their property as an object. Adding to what great CC content is focused on this time, why not?

30-day Couple Challenge: Day 0

Right here we go!

The couple I am choosing is my OCs, Jamie Gray and Hal Wiley. I'm trying to write a book on them (emphasis on trying) and it mostly takes place in 1860s America.

Quick character introductions below the cut :D

Hal (1841-1915)

Henry Peter Alexander Wiley IV (aka Hal) is the third child and first son of a prominent New York City newspaper owner. He develops chronic fatigue syndrome at age 18, which basically means he gets very tired very easily. Hal's closest childhood friend was Jamie Gray, and eventually their relationship grew to something more romantic. Just when they decide to run away together, the America Civil War breaks out and Jamie enlists (Hal's illness prevents him from joining him). They are reunited in 1862 when Jamie is shot in the leg (later amputated) during the Battle of Antietam, causing Hal to a fucking house and move Jamie there to recover. Past this I kind of have not figured out their plot past my boys grow old and happy together <3

Jamie (1841-1918)

Edward James Gray (nicknamed Jamie) is the second son and child of Andrew Gray, who struck it rich when Jamie was young, during the gold rush. Jamie grew up very much in love with his best friend Hal, and was devastated when Hal went off to boarding school in London. Later, when the American Civil War starts, Jamie enlists (mostly to get away from his abusive father). At the Battle of Antietam, Jamie (by then Lieutenant Gray) is shot in the leg, which later has to be amputated*. You already know the rest, he moves in with Hal and they live happily ever after yay :D

(in these screenshots Jamie always looks vaguely confused and it is Very Accurate lol)

*Jamie usually uses crutches after this, but sadly in the Sims 4 there aren't very many antique-looking crutches so most of the time J is using this prosthetic leg from TSR

Yes, I have decided to participate in this adorable couple’s lookbook challenge by @shoobysims (thank you for creating this amazing challenge). Disclaimer: I might not do all 30 days or post these consistently, but I figured it would be fun to see Tiana and Salim in different styles! Day 11: Just Like Bonnie and Clyde

Tabitha and Liam consider themselves to be the modern day Bonnie and Clyde, lovers, bank robbers and infamous. Their hideout has a vault filled with more cash and jewels than the original duo could ever have dreamt of. Just like Bonnie and Clyde, they don’t fear the police and welcome the fame. 

An unlucky break on their last heist. Some cops were stopping by the cafe next door for some coffee and muffins while the infamous duo were hopping back into their Rolls Royce with bundles of cash.

Futuristic 1970s - 30 Day Lookbook Challengue @shoobysims

Without breaking with the aesthetics of historical decades I decided to use the psychedelic and colorful 70s with Violet and Rosemary. 

The utopian aesthetics of the 60-70s appear as an escape from the post-war climate and is a reflection of the fantasy of science fiction, a recurring theme in fashion and design in which its brilliance dazzles
