I think Slay the Princess is so popular partially because the *gets stabbed* "I'm in love" reaction is both intentional on the part of the developers and then they completely follow through on it.

It's all controlled by her tho it's not a part of his body - just magic-infused matter #Made to look like him so there's still that creep factor but it's more her body than his - she can control its shape :D #And I got to keep the jewels! Yesss - made it a motif! Now it's also on her hips and knees to break up her visual space yes very good #It's drips :) Y'know - like ink :) Finally figured that one out lol good job setting up my own symbolism me #And then some elegant drapey bits to match her ''shawl'' and continue to break up her space!! Yes! Good!!#I still haven't decided on a colour palette I think black and white is too obvious and too Kaiein but hmmm - she has a lot of colours #Lots of options to pick from but which is the Correct one - her hair would stay pink so maybe some of her pinks or purples #I'll play with some digital swatches later :)#I'm also so glad I could implement the hood design from one of the scrapped outfits ah <3 I love her in a hood she's so cute #I'm rather pleased with the way the spider web design breaks up her form as well - it's more subdued than the full bottom/shoes stripes but #It's also not very clear here lol the long ones that all the way down to her feet are the third from the center ignore that second one #The second lines out from the center host her wings! oughgugugh elysium,,,, she fucks me up so bad. she may not have created this world but she did help and shes been the one in charge of it for a long time now. the creator of the game made her to rewrite and fix up the code so the game would continue to grow and get more complex and evolve, and she Loves her job. so much. she adores this world, she adores the way it changes, how its gotten so advanced the characters do things she didnt intend, how she has so much to keep adding, she loves it. she Loves it.

she was never meant to interact with anyone in the game, but she couldnt help herself. she introduced herself to the players and became friends with them. and its so much fun. they give her feedback, toss silly ideas back and forth, they love her game almost as much as she does and it just. it makes her so happy. she wants to keep improving the game for them. but she mustve done something wrong, because suddenly her players are gone.

viorel forgot it was a game. she doesnt even know how he managed that, he just refused to look at it anymore and practically became an npc. and that Broke reverie, who stopped seeing the world with all the light and love they'd had before and just treated it as,,,, a game. just buttons to push until they could find the exit and get out of the game. absolutely broke her heart. she put so much effort into this world for them and they just didnt care. so she started focusing on the npcs instead. none of them could see her, but she didnt mind. she was happy just watching them live their lives. she was so happy when they started changing on their own. she loves them so much. there is so much love put into this world, and she really hopes they all love being in it too.

with the rising fascism in the world, im not gonna trust any new medias with stories that make the villain an agent of chaos & terror while the hero/es fight to preserve the status quo.

#after 9/11 there was a rise in childrens media where this was exactly the case #a foreign threat to peace that must be eliminated #and sure there were a lot of good stories made with that format. doesnt erase the true intent being the message.#and now theres come a rise of stories with empires and dictators as villains who are destroyed by rebellions #a good example of the stories about preserving the status quo are literally all of the marvel movies #thats why ragnarok was breath of fresh air. they didnt preserve the legacy of someone who destroyed thousands in the name of 'keeping peace #odin's legacy was burned to ash and thor put his people first.#another example is HP. even the newest stories set hundreds of years in the past still aim to preserve the status quo #and make the oppressed trying to fight back into villains by giving them really good points and then making them into murderers #a good example of a story that does the OPPOSITE is the owl house. god that show was so perfect.#just the subtle touch of luz's magic not having a white core like belos's in the end was so perfect.#making her final most powerful form look like a stereotypical villain with the black eyes and clothes and her dark magic??#her palisman being able to shapeshift into stereotypically feared animals like spiders scorpions snakes and bats??#the fact that she looked like a demon while belos was pretending to be carrying out the will of his god? that he was on some holy crusade?#belos believing himself to be the hero of the story even to the bitter end because he couldnt imagine that people he considers subhuman #had any right to life. that they werent just pests to be crushed in the name of his god. and in the end he was the one crushed like a bug.#so good. so good. so good. dana terrace i am kissing you #i like the owl house more than i like gravity falls and BOY is that saying something #krav talks

I’m struggling deciding on Audra’s backstory because all I can think about is Audra being eaten out by Leona while they’re both sprawled over and covered in blood of the ripped apart corpse of Leona’s husband that she had convinced Audra to kill so they could be together

#I’m at war in my head between 2 ideas on how Audra got turned into an vampire #but regardless of what I finally decide on Audra will be doomed from the very beginning #every action she has ever chosen in her life has been to please/help someone else #she has never been allowed to be selfish #even with Leona she is forced to make the decision to murder her husband because she knows it will please Leona #Audra would have found a different way for them to be together where no one had to get hurt but for Leona this is the ONLY way #Leona craves power and control #even in the moment where her mind is hazed by lust after watching Audra tear apart her husband #she is controlling Audra she is controlling her pleasure and showing her what she did deserves to be rewarded #what she did deserved to be praised and worshipped #why would Audra ever let that go she has always been made to feel less than #and right now Leona is showing her even in her most monstrous form she is loved #I have other things written about how Leona would be whispering into Audra’s ear while fucking her from behind #she’d be praising how beautifully she killed him #how well she listens to her #every time I open up their google doc I’m like these bitches need to fuck!!!!!#and write the most disgusting sex scenes #disgusting in like a romantic way
