My dogs have reverted to past lives. My shargle spent over 18 months in a cage. Usually he fights it but not today. My lab used to play with toys constantly. She quit a a couple of years ago. Today, she rediscovered her love of toys.

Fiona sits outside the fence, taunting the dogs before hunting. Buster finds that the furniture isn't soft enough so he drags up a dog cushion. Bacon loves the sun.

Just a few snippets of life at home. A big buck visited and drove my lab nuts. Fiona has decided she's traveling with me from now on. Buster weighs himself when no one is looking. He also naps everywhere. And Madtree had a new beer offering in the store yesterday. Wanderlust is getting pretty high for me too. In addition to my short hikes on the AT with Matt, I'm considering a short cruise or trip to Sonoma.

Relaxing at home with the animals. Wanderlust is actually pretty low since home is so great. I have my first fresh tomatoes from my garden and these guys for snuggling.

It's 90 degrees out and my 13 year old lab still wants to play. Since it's the weekend, I wish I was with my husband who should be getting to Boiling Springs tomorrow.

My animals love their cages and curl up in them voluntarily. I can't get enough of the little snout peaking out. Sweet piggy! Wanderlust is starting to creep in again. Today, I'm dreaming of Sweden.
