#SEASON 2 SPOILERS

I don’t wanna “call” anything that may or may not be happening in the following final episodes of season 2 (because I don’t want to be immortalized for being horribly wrong), but I DO want to say how I cannot wait to see Viktor choose one of two paths:

1. He willingly accepts his newfound role as a savior, relishes in the worship his cult offers him and becomes something we don’t recognize or

2. Viktor assures everyone it’s not his own power, but the arcane working through him. He does not let himself be placed on a pedestal because he knows he once sat beneath one.

I genuinely don’t see anything in between these extremes happening (but this is me guessing with no knowledge of LOL canon so we’ll see how freaking wrong I got it later)

I am rethinking the scene where Sevika kills Finn. Silco says "you were tempted" and Sevika replies "not for a worm like him, but he won't be the last".

The implication being, as Silco slips further away from his original goals, Sevika lies in wait for his replacement.

All this time I thought this was going to refer to some scary shadowy chembaron we hadn't met yet, maybe even Renata Glasc.

And yet, seeing Sevika with that fishbones-esque arm in the trailer has led me to this lukewarm take:

I rewatched some scenes while working on another edit, and then I suddenly noticed this one from the beginning of season 2 (first or second episode, not sure atm) and it FINALLY clicked for me, WHY Armand reacted to Daniel's words with this smile. So I made this little clip, to make the foreshadowing explicit!

I think with the new Skybound comics and ES2 I am just tired of Starscream just being evil.

Debatable , but even if he was you have NEW universes where different shit happens, different events and butterfly effects. Do, somthing, eles. It is repetitive, it is tiring, you CAN do somthing different. Marvel does it , DC does does it. This is a series built of the concepts of multiverse.

Tfa is arguably one of the more different world considering the Autobots "won" , the Decpeticon forces are scattered and functionalism is VERY present. It was wildly popular! Optimus and Megatron didn't even KNOW each other, hell Megatron never even bothered to remember his name !

Armada acutally tried to give Starscream some sort of conflict, even CARING about the children even if a little.

Skybound is a just a psychopath and its just honestly for shock value and a way to make the squeaky seeker more "menacing" and honestly I roll my eyes. I'm tired of gore p*rn tbh.

Anything to do with a character that be worth wild, to go beyond the constant characterization after so many years is just tossed aside. I'd even argue they tried to tackle it in IDW. But nothing in video media.

It is the most devastating thing to present a character, a FAN favorite and hint at change but then whom ever is calling the shots just doesn't follow through.

Starscream can still stumble and fall , he can still struggle to be a good person. And I honestly WANTED to see that for him in es2. He can fall back into his habits, his unhelpful coping mechanisms. It's apart of untangling the trauma one has to go through to grow as a person and that's NOT a bad thing!

That is a very REAL thing people have to go through. Learning to be better is not an over night thing and I honestly wish we did see him stumble, regret it and try to do the right thing.

Instead they just in a kinda fucked up way JUSTIFIED what Megatron did to him. "He was crazy somtimes so I had to beat him up" like that shit wasn't funny then, and it's not now.

Aziraphale controlled the ball so much. He tried to make it perfect and safe and cute and fun for everyone. But it was all on his terms, his idea of what those concepts mean. And that made it unsettling.

Nina was fully creeped out, and concerned in particular because she knew she should be upset but she wasn't. She wasn't allowed to experience any emotion not sanctioned by Aziraphale.

Everyone spoke the way he thought they should, too; not just the Austen-ian patterns they used, but Aziraphale entirely removed certain words from their reach too - including ones that were vital to people expressing who they were (hmm, analogy to queerness anyone?). Mrs Sandwich had to fight against the constraints of the system to make herself understood (which she achieved! but only after a lot of work).

Aziraphale controlled everything, to make it perfect. To make it work how he thought it should. And it was restrictive and disturbing and awful.

...and if that isn't a clear indication of how Aziraphale will continue to perpetuate harmful constraints once in charge in Heaven, however well-intentioned he may be, I don't know what is.

Star Trek: Prodigy season 2 was absolutely phenomenal !!!

And my JC Shipper heart is so happy they're official FINALLY !! LOVE that it was so subtle, but the POV of this show is the kids, not the adults.

The fact that a Starfleet vice-admiral and captain are holding hands in the middle of the Mess Hall in front of everyone SPEAKS VOLUMES !!

Not to mention the way Janeway's new crew, especially Tysess and Noum, reacted the whole season. Welcome to The Voyager Bunch, gentlemen !!

HOTD Season 2 Spoilers:

If Alicent and Criston Cole are 'praying' together while Blood & Cheese is happening, I will lose my entire mind.

It would add a world-ending dose of guilt to Alicent's devastation over what happened re. Blood & Cheese and it might explain her attempt to do an Ophelia afterwards. She finally does something for herself, something that's not done out of duty and obligation, and it ends like that. She can never catch a break.😭😭
