 "How long are we going to wander in these woods?" Kiyan finally asked some time after they’d left the path to shove through the bushes.

 "Patience, kitty, I told you, I know a spot," Adrien replied, making his way through the scrubs with unflagging enthusiasm. "I saw it on a hunt last week, I’m sure you'll like it."

 "I doubt it," Kiyan muttered under his breath. "And I don't understand what's wrong with a decent bed and clean sheets. Trust me, I've slept in the woods many times before, and it's not as exciting as you think."

 "You've slept in the woods many times without me." Adrien looked back at him with that cocky smirk of his. "Don't worry, I'll make sure you will be excited."

 "I would be just as excited, if not more so, at the prospect of a comfortable mattress and silk sheets."

 "Oh?" Adrien feigned surprise in his very theatrical style. "Did you just admit that there are certain aspects of noble life that you enjoy? Could it be that I’ve spoiled you?"

 "I'm not spoiled, just pragmatic." Kiyan sighed, already knowing that he had made a mistake by revealing this weakness. His little secret was that he actually loved Adrien's ridiculously expensive, fancy sheets and his big comfy bed. "If you spend most of your life sleeping outdoors, you appreciate those moments when you have a mattress under your ass instead of pine cones and wet leaves."

 "Okay, I'll let you taste my magnanimity," Adrien said, continuing with his theatrical tone and heaping on extra mockery. "So you don't have to worry about a pine cone biting your delicate ass. You can be on top, I'll be on the bottom."

 "Which is exactly where you belong," Kiyan teased back, and Adrien deliberately let go of the branch he was holding, sending it swinging at Kiyan’s face. His hand snapped up, witcher-fast, and caught the branch before it reached him. However, he didn’t comment on this treacherous attack, because the bushes finally ended and they saw a meadow dotted with small wildflowers and herbs, lit by the rays of the afternoon sun. A rainbow stretched over the meadow, a memory of the morning rain. The whole thing looked almost unreal as if it had fallen straight out of a fairy tale.

Lady C Tea YouTube 9/23/23 (a few nuggets paraphrased by me) This Redditor’s Note: I didn’t post nuggets last Thursday because they were mostly about Princess Diana and how she betrayed Fergie to save herself from the scandal regarding her affairs and divorce from Charles. Today’s video was mostly about Russell Brand and Lady C’s view that media companies should not be demonetizing content creators based on allegations. Most of today’s video was a continuation of last Thursday’s video and her comments about Princess Diana. Princess Diana was conflicted about divorcing Charles. She did want to leave him but she was worried about not having proper custody of the kids and losing her royal privileges. She really liked being Princess of Wales and was hesitant to give that up. Today there are only a few nuggets regarding our Saint and here they are:Lady C, I sawb Prince William jogging in a New York talking to bicyclists. I saw the clip of him talking to them casually. He looked so natural and easy going – not at all bothered to stop and have a friendly chat. This clip was made by one of the bicyclists. Well I hear there is hysteria in California that William’s visit went as well as it did. LOL….without saying a word…William by jogging in Central Park the way he did …and being as approachable as he did – shows how ludicrous Meghan and Harry’s claims are that they are in danger, perpetually hounded, etc…etc…and that they need IPP status…and 24/7 security……This shows how graceless they are and how gracious William is. The King is also gracious but earnest. Diana would say that Charles was so earnest, it is off putting. She never was. Diana was extremely gracious. William has inherited this quality from Diana – which is wonderful. Harry has this quality of “hail fellow well-met common touch,” when he is not being controlled by Meghan. At other times he comes across as surly, uncooperative, and Hugh Grant-ish. The less said about this from now on, the better.Lady C, did you see that Popcorn YouTuber says that he spoke to Jessica Mulroney and she said Princess Charlotte was never bullied by Meghan and everything has been fabricated? LOL..Denial. Denial. Denial. Jessical Mulroney didn’t have to hear something. This doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I have received information in writing from people at Givenchy who were there and witnessed the bullying. I would believe them over Jesscia Mulroney.
