About the Role 
Employee Services is Al-Futtaim’s centralised HR Shared Services team that is accountable for service delivery across the Group’s business footprint. With over 42,000 employees in 25 countries in the MENA and APAC region, the services offered span the entire employee life cycle. A key function of this team, is Global HRIS, which oversees Group-wide Payroll processing and functional stewardship of the Group’s HR technology platforms. These include On-premise solutions like SAP HCM to cloud based solutions such as Successfactors and Salesforce. Global HRIS is a community of HRIS professionals across the Al-Futtaim businesses collaborating on matters which have a direct impact on the HR Technology landscape and its implementation across the group. The Global HRIS team within employee services is tasked with facilitating this collaboration within Al-Futtaim’s Global HRIS community.
Expertise Domains:
SAP HCM & Successfactors modules – Employee Central & Employee Central Service Center, Recruitment & Onboarding, PMGM, Succession & LMS.
