So until/if he ever gets a new name, I'm gonna go back to calling him what I originally called him: Jigsaw.

Nice Eclipse is the guy in the dungeon that Bloodmoon mentions

I’m sorry for my rambling but I’ve been thinking about the inconsistency in Eclipse’s knowledge between “Lunars intervention” and “Sun and moon are angry brothers” a lot, and I really wanted to share my thoughts.

All the times Moon has talked to Eclipse on the phone it has not been Eclipse it has been Ruin.

Ruin literally pulled a ruin (dlc).

I could literally go into so many little details that stood out to me as a reference to the ruin (dlc) but I’ll try to keep it short.

On top of the inconsistency, we never see Eclipse physically after “Lunar’s intervention”. Eclipse (just like the Mimic) leads the protagonist(s) into a trap that results in their (cliffhanger) possible death.

Its almost poetic. Just like Cassie heard Candy cadets story yet still opened the door for the monster, Sun and moon played ruin, yet when put in a similar situation they fell for the same trick as Cassie.

Also

Whiles i don’t have any direct evidence for it my best guess for where Eclipse is, is that he’s the guy in the dungeon Bloodmoon mentions, unless it was actually the Creator who kidnapped him.

Ir maybe he’s just of doing his own research somewhere completely unaware of what’s going on, who knows!

Sun and Moon Show Spoilers Below

Okay that’s a relief. I’ve honestly been curious of how your au differs from canon, since the designs are so much different and clearly sun isn’t afraid of eclipse and solar flare doesn’t hate him. So what happened in this au? How is it set up?

Funny thing, I kind of don't have a whole idea of how the story is going to proceed, but I know how it starts and ends, which is something.

The changes really start after Bloodmoon is rebuilt (by the way, this AU takes place in the same universe as this post I made a while ago).

The premise of the story is that Jigsaw found one of Eclipse's backups and built a body for him.

When he is finally placed in the new body. Surprise! He's not an ordinary backup, he's the original Eclipse, who still remembers everything before he died.

One more surprise is that Solar Flare is with him, they also don't know how they got there.

And after that it's a little confusing for me about how the story is going, but one thing I know where it's going is the relationships between each character. First of all, yes, there will be ships, especially with Eclipse.

And about Sun and Eclipse, I like to imagine that Sun discovered that Eclipse was alive after finding him in a horrible situation, where he is almost dead or having a breakdown, problaby having a breakdown, and they end up building their relationship from there, with Sun understanding Eclipse in a way that he never thought he could and Eclipse respects and understands Sun in a way he didn't even know he was capable of.

Okay I got bored again, and drew Jigsaw from SAMS (Sun and Moon Show) (technically SAMS spoilers for today)

There's 4 doodles, and imma explain each one:

the top left one (I believe), is referencing the SAMS episode today. I'll explain* under the cut, with the transparent version

The bottom left one is referencing this SAMS episode, when Jigsaw was praising the Chicken. However, it is also attempting to reference that one Elmo meme with him in front of a fire

The bottom right one is a drawing of Jigsaw from SAMS (left) next to the canon Eclipse in the Ruin DLC (right), with the two of them staring at one another in confusion. That doodle was honestly added to show some differences between the two of em, like as a random example: Ruin Eclipse has a neck ruffle, while Jigsaw does not

Finally, the top right one is Jigsaw looking up, as if looking at you from a shorter height. This doodle was just to be silly, as Jigsaw is a silly goofy lil fella

When Moon walked in on Jigsaw, he was seemingly roleplaying with himself, trying to prove the "defendant" (who was played by himself) guilty, as he was the lawyer (he was both roles. cus he lonely.). He decided the defendant deserved the "Ultimate punishment" as he claimed, and the ultimate punishment was: Death... by tickles.

This happened in today's episode at around 0:15

Ruin: Roses are red, violets are blue, guess what, my bed has room for two

Solar: No!

Eclipse: Twinkle twinkle little star, we can do it in a car

Solar: Stop!

Jigsaw: Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream, merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily I can make you scream

Solar: I feel like the last one is verging dangerously into serial killer territory
