Little doodle for an announcement that I'm on artfight this year on my youtube community page :D fun fact, this color pallette is a very slightly tweaked version of a palette I made several years ago. I'd had a very vivid dream and it was in a color palette similar to this, so when I woke up I opened Procreate and put down the colors I remembered seeing in the dream! Nice to finally use it in an artwork :D

One hell of a Magnificent 7

Few things to point out:

I drew Bootyhill based on the headcannon that he has an indigenous background (which I think is pretty neat!)

The hats were actually not as difficult as i thought! It really was just the hands 😭😭

Notice the guy in purple, with the yellow bandana? That's my oc Mr Rhodes! He won't bite.... That's what the knives are for!

Phantom! Christine au Design

I ended up doing some art of my Christine design for my Phantom of the Opera au! I based her design more off the book description than the musical version. The outfits however are based more off the musical including her Phantom outfit which is based off of Erik’s/The Phantom outfit in the title number. I gave her dress and mask an elegant bird motif which is reminiscent of a dove or a swan.

I kinda explained this au in a bit more detail in my last post so I’ll link it here

But the short of it is durning the Final scene in Poto a fire is set and despite Raoul’s best efforts he is unable to save Christine. Causing her to be assumed dead despite her body never being found. 14 years later Raoul buys the theater where the events of the Poto took place only to find it haunted again but this time by a new Phantom who turns out to be Christine out for revenge.
