[ad_1] Being Hardik Pandya is no easy feat. Constantly enduring public scrutiny and rebounding stronger each time is a formidable challenge. Hardik’s journey from carefree youth to leadership in IPL and India’s T20I team has followed his coach Jitendra Singh’s mantra: “Do what you believe is right, even if it’s not easy.” During his teenage years, Hardik would hitch rides on trucks to get to different villages in Gujarat and earn ‘charso-panchso rupiya (Rs 400-500)’ by participating in local tennis ball tournaments. The money he earned from those day-night tournaments helped the Pandya brothers — Hardik and Krunal — purchase their cricketing gear. They lived in a small one-room apartment at Parishram Park in Bapu Ni Dargah Gorwa – a middle-class residential area. Despite the financial struggles, their father Himanshu – a businessman – ensured that both his children were enrolled in former Indian cricketer Kiran More’s cricket academy at the IPCL sports complex ground, now known as the Reliance Stadium — three kilometres away from their residence. Himanshu left his steady business – dealing with cars and finances – in Surat and relocated to Vadodara, because the city had a cricket culture. “Hardik was just four or five, at the time, but he accompanied his older brother to practice every day. He would stand in one corner of the ground, trying to emulate Krunal,” says More. Every morning, the brothers were among the first to arrive at the academy. “Hardik spent most of his time on the field and quickly became a centre of attention for his skills,” says Jitendra, who continues to work with Hardik and Krunal as their personal coach. “He was a top-order batter and was not afraid of taking on bowlers, who were elder to him. He could bat on for hours. There were times, when after long sessions, he walked up to me and said, ‘ Sir, thoda aur batting kar na hai’ (I want to bat a little longer).” Hardik was known not only for his on-field presence but also off-field flamboyance, with a fascination for hair colours and later for luxury cars. “He would sometimes come for training with coloured hair, but we had to discipline him. There were times when I had to scold Hardik and make him realise his mistake,” Jitendra says. In December 2009, on a chilly morning, Hardik scored a double century against Mumbai in a U-16 Vijay Hazare Trophy match at the Reliance Stadium, helping Baroda secure a first-innings lead. Hardik batted for over eight hours, crafting 228 runs off 391 balls with 29 fours and a six. It earned him a spot in the U-19 squad for the Cooch Behar Trophy. Bright start: Vinit Wadkar, the former Baroda captain and U-19 coach, noticed Hardik Pandya’s indomitable spirit very early in his career. | Photo Credit: VIJAY SONEJI Bright start: Vinit Wadkar, the former Baroda captain and U-19 coach, noticed Hardik Pandya’s indomitable spirit very early in his career. | Photo Credit: VIJAY SONEJI Vinit Wadkar, the former Baroda captain and U-19 coach, noticed Hardik’s indomitable spirit. “We were playing a U-19 game against Rajasthan in Jaipur and Deepak Chahar dismissed our regular batters, so I decided to send Hardik up the order (at No.4), hoping he would stop the collapse. And he scored 44 in the first innings,” reminisces Wadkar. “Chahar claimed a five-for in the first innings, followed by four in the second essay. But in the second innings, our bowlers did well, and we eventually won the game. But it was Hardik’s mental toughness in the first innings that impressed me.” Hardik started bowling relatively late, Initially, he dabbled in leg-spin, but it was coach Sanath Kumar who saw his potential as a fast bowler. “One afternoon, we had a net session, and all our specialist fast bowlers were tired. So, we needed some pacers to bowl to our lower-order batters, and that’s when Hardik volunteered,” Kumar reminisces. “I was surprised because all this while, he was a leg-spinner. So, I asked him whether he was serious, and he said, ‘Haan Sir, main kar paunga’ (I can do it, Sir). To my surprise, he bowled quicker than the specialist fast bowlers and had perfect control.” This was in the 2013-14 season. The following year, in 2015, Hardik was snapped up by the Mumbai Indians in the IPL auction for a base price of Rs 10 lakh. In 2017, Hardik repaid their faith by scoring 250 runs and taking six wickets. Consequently, MI retained him for a hefty Rs 11 crore in the 2018 IPL auction. According to More, his time with MI was pivotal for Hardik’s growth. “That environment, interacting with so many international players and getting to know the owners, made him a different man,” says More. DEEPAK But just when things were starting to look up, Hardik was carried off on a stretcher after suffering an “acute lower back injury” while bowling during the 2018 Asia Cup. It would continue to trouble him for a while. Then in November, following the T20 World Cup, Hardik faced a significant setback due to a chronic injury that limited his bowling abilities. Hardik took a break from international cricket to focus on his fitness. “It was a conscious decision as his injury-ravaged body needed a more measured approach,” says Jitendra. Soham Desai, Team India’s lead strength and conditioning coach, had mapped out a recovery programme for Hardik. Suresh Kumar, a Chennai-based physiotherapist, worked with Hardik in Mumbai for a few sessions in December. During Hardik’s extended break, Jitendra and More meticulously planned a session-by-session routine for his recovery. Initially, the focus was on strength and conditioning, working closely with a physio to optimise his strength, flexibility, and running load. Yoga sessions were gradually introduced, and his workload was carefully monitored. Before his title-winning return, with Gujarat Titans, to the IPL in 2022, practice games in Vadodara were conducted to assess his progress. Once everyone was satisfied with his recovery, he was given the green light. “His aim is to win a World Cup for the country. He has worked really hard at the NCA and looks all set to chase his dreams, desh ke liye,” says Jitendra. [ad_2] Source link

This is an incident i wanted to share with you all. I can’t remember the exact date but it was after new year so it was January probably, that day i ran out of vegetables , i usually order it online because I don’t really like going out for the simplest thing but i decided to go to nearest market that day. I bought some few vegetables and i came to this bhaiya who was selling tomatoes and was shouting ‘’20 rupiya ek kilo’’ so I picked some tomatoes and i gave him 20 rs but he refused to take it saying it’s 30 rs so I asked him then why were u shouting the wrong price he told me just to attract customers at this point i was already so mad but still i payed him the money but then as i was leaving and almost left .A lady came and asked for the price of tomatoes and he said 20 rs . Now i was furious i came back and he was there smiling nervously and said ‘’madam ap galat suna hai’ . I told the lady everything and she helped me get the 10 rs back and scolded that bhaiya .
So these are some incidents . when i said i met some good and bad people this is exactly what i meant. Since my features are different so sometimes people here take advantage of us, making us fool and assuming we don’t understand hindi .

On this day, May 22, 1545, the founder of the Sur dynasty of India (1540-1556), Sher Shah Suri died from a gunpowder explosion during the siege of Kalinjar fort. The short reign of Sher Shah Suri (1540-1545) left a lasting impact on the Indian subcontinent.
According to Satish Chandra, "We do not know precisely when and where Farid, later Sher Shah, was born. The consensus of opinion among modern scholars is that he was born in Narnaul (in modern-day Haryana) in 1486 or so, during the reign of Bahlol Lodi (d. 1489)."
By the time Babur established himself in India (1526), Sher Khan had risen to the position of being an important figure in the politics of Bihar. After Babur's death, Humayun ascended the Mughal throne in 1530 at the age of 22. Sher Shah then came in conflict with the new Mughal ruler.
In 1539, Sher Shah defeated Humayun in the Battle of Chausa. The very next year in 1540, Sher Shah again defeated Humayun in the Battle of Kannauj and thus, formally crowned himself. After his defeat in the battle, Humayun escaped and reached Iran where he asked for military aid from Safavid Shah Tahmasp. However, in 1555, Humayun returned to India and recovered the Mughal throne of Delhi.
Although Sher Shah ruled only for about five years, he has many contributions to his credit. Sher Shah is considered to be the architect of the famous Grand Trunk Road. He renovated and extended one of the most famous roads in Asia – the Grand Trunk Road linking Sonargaon in eastern Bengal with Peshawar in western Punjab, with further extensions to Kabul.
He also stabilized the economy by establishing a trimetallic currency based on the silver rupiya, which he issued at a standard weight of 178 grains, complemented by the gold mohur and the copper dam. This standardized silver coin anticipated the modern rupee, found today in India, Indonesia, Maldives, Mauritius, Nepal, Pakistan, Seychelles, Sri Lanka among other countries.

STORY OF MONEY
WHAT IS MONEY?
We all know that Money has become the basic need nowadays. Every day people are struggling, hustling, and working for Money. Money can provide you a shelter and can help you buy food. But do we know the definition of Money?
Money is a medium of exchange, a store of value, and a unit of account. It is used to pay debts, rent a home, purchase goods, buy food. It is also accepted by the government of tax. Every country has its own currency (own Money), which the citizens use.
Nowadays, platforms like Paisa Paisa is used to exchange Money, loan, store, deposit, and so on. Let's look at each topic regarding Money.
HISTORY OF MONEY
Money started long back, from the times of Sher Shah Suri. In India, the word "rupee" was derived from the Sanskrit word "rupayakam." Rupayakam originally means silver coins. But later, Money came in the form of silver coins, gold coins, and paper notes. It owes its origin to rupiya, issued by Sher Shah Suri in 1540-45. Today, the Reserve Bank of India issues currency under the RBI Act 1934.
Lets time travel to the past to know about the history of Money:
1540-45- Silver coins were issued by Sher Shah Suri. It was used by the Mughal, Maratha, and British Empire in India.
1770-1832- India started using paper notes, and those notes were issued by the Bank of Hindustan, General Bank of Bengal, and Bengal Bank.
Apr 1935- Reserve Bank of India was set up.
Jan 1938- First note of Rs 5 was released by the Reserve Bank of India. It is still used now.
Feb-Jun 1938- Rs 10, Rs 100, Rs 1,000, and Rs 10,000 were released as people needed higher currency to buy goods.
Aug 1940- Rs.1 was already designed, but now again, it was redesigned, and Rs 1 note reintroduced. Rs 1 was first introduced on 30 Nov 1917, followed by Rs 2 and 8. It was discontinued soon.
Mar 1943- Rs 2 was introduced, and later all other notes were introduced.
In 2010, a new rupee sign (₹) was officially adopted. It was designed by D. Udaya Kumar. It was derived from the combination of the Devanagari consonant "र" (ra) and the Latin capital letter "R" without its vertical bar (similar to the R rotunda). The parallel lines at the top (with white space between them) are said to make an allusion to the tricolor Indian flag and also depict an equality sign that symbolizes the nation's desire to reduce economic disparity. The first series of coins with the new rupee sign started in circulation on 8 July 2011. Before this, India used "₨" and "Re" as the symbols for multiple rupees and one rupee, respectively.
FUNCTIONS OF MONEY:
1. Medium of exchange: Money can be used for buying and selling goods and services. If there were no money, goods would have to be exchanged through the process of barter (goods would be. But Money eliminates the need for the double coincidence of wants.
2. Unit of account: Money is the common standard for measuring the relative worth of goods and services.
3. Store of value: Money is the most liquid asset (Liquidity measures how easily assets can be spent to buy goods and services). Money's value can be retained over time. It is a convenient way to store wealth.
PROPERTIES OF MONEY:
To fulfill its various functions, Money must have certain properties:
Fungibility: All the currencies can be interchangeable, and its individual units must be capable of mutual substitution.
2. Durability: It is able to withstand repeated use.
3. Divisibility: It can be divided into small units.
4. Portability: It is the form of small coins or papers, and thus, it can be very easily carried and transported.
5. Cognizability: Its value must be easily identified.
6. Scarcity: Its supply in circulation must be limited.
TYPES OF MONEY:
There are four types of Money:
1. COMMODITY MONEY- Commodity money started during the Barter system, where goods were exchanged instead of another good. If someone wants chicken and the other person wants sheep, they can exchange and settle the matter. By doing this, metals such as silver, gold, and diamonds were losing their value. Around 2100 BC, Gold coins were issued in China and were used as coins in exchange for goods. Commodity money is usually known as history of Money.
2.RECEIPT MONEY- Receipt money was common during the Roman Empire rule. The businessmen and gold miners in those times used to store their gold. It was then followed by other people. Slowly, everyone started storing their gold. Long story short, they used to save gold for future deposits. Then they used to give the depositors the gold and used to get a receipt. These businessmen can come anytime and show the receipt and redeem the gold. Mostly they used to use that Money for trading or business.
3.FRACTIONAL MONEY- Eventually, these businesses and goldsmiths came to know that they can keep their gold secured and can get the interest in the time of redemption. So logically, they can load the bank with a lot of gold and get a lot in return too. Thus, the bank introduced a fractional money receipt. These goldsmiths can take loans, but as long as they are able to pay, if not, then their properties were taken away.
4.FIAT MONEY- It was the time when the government started issuing Money and has made few currencies that had value. So, if the government says that it has value, then it was called fiat money.
Fiat money had two properties:
· It does not represent anything of intrinsic value.
· It is decreed to be legal tender.
· It has value only if the government states so.
5. TODAY'S MONEY- Today, we have silver coins, and paper notes that if different for a different country. Today many money lending/loaning systems and banks have evolved. Paisa Paisa is one such platform where any type of loan is available with complete security, low-interest rate, guidance, and high security.
CONCLUSION:
It is now safe to conclude that we use Money for end number of reasons. People all over the world are hustling every day to get as rich as they can. Money can give you power, but it depends on you to use it in the positive direction. Money has its own benefits and disadvantages. Money is the main base of any country's economy and business environment.
We now use Money in two ways:
Cash: physical currency or Money, most commonly notes and coins.
Plastic or digital Money: virtual Money in the digital platform, most commonly credit card, debit card, or net banking currency.
