🌘 - Glide, not fly. They're not nearly large enough for true flight, and they're inconvenient enough as it stands.

Finally stopped being lazy and made a reference sheet for Nocturne's scars. Yes, I know Guardians generally don't have scars, but it's safe to say that they do get them. I think it'd be most prevalent during the Red War, but there are other things.

Hidden under the cut due to lack of shirt. I know with the context it's probably fine? But just in case.

Also a quick list, not in chronological order because I'm lazy:

Burn scars around eyes and stigmatas on palms: Both are from contact with the shard of the Traveller during the Red War (note- said contact is also why his eyes are white. They used to be a vivid blue-green)

Bullet wound on chest: The wound that actually killed him. He did not, in fact, die from the initial shot. He died from blood loss.

Scar on throat: Taken while on a hostage rescue mission back during the Golden Age. Yes, he was perfectly fine despite ripping a serrated knife out of his neck to stab his attacker with, and continued serving for several more years before retiring peacefully to work security (how he ended up on the Exodus Indigo, actually)

Sword scars on chest: Attacked by dregs before getting his light back during the Red War

Wounds on knuckles: He punched Clovis Bray. Actually, he punched the Exo frame he was in. Castle refused to heal him from this for obvious reasons.

Scars on left side of torso: Iconoclasm. Castle didn't have the energy to fix his side getting shredded.

Scars on arms: Also from the Witness, although this was from the Witness cutting him out during Excision.

BONUS: Explanation about the wings.

Honestly, this one is a self indulgent thing I got the idea for with the new Dawning armour. In short, I adore the trope of someone surviving an event by divine intervention but being irrevocably changed by it. Obviously this happened once during the Red War, although with the more direct resurrection of his ghost, I think that would have a greater effect than just a changed eye colour, hence the usage of wings. (They're supposed to be white, I just fucked up while outlining everything)

Don't question my choice in pose, I needed some general sort of lounging-around thing because I didn't feel like drawing him stiffly standing around.

Location: A high-security underground vault in Zurich. Time: 2:37 AM. Objective: Retrieve a stolen Stark Industries prototype before it falls into the wrong hands.

Snow crunched beneath Serena's boots as she pressed herself against the cold metal wall, her breath coming in quiet puffs of mist. The facility was eerily silent—too silent. Her gut told her this wasn't going to be a simple in-and-out job. Adjusting her gauntlet, she tapped her earpiece.

"C.A.R.L.O.S., tell me something good."

Define good, Miss Stark. If you mean the dozen heat signatures moving toward your position, then I regret to inform you that the news is quite bad.

Serena exhaled sharply. "Screw it. Let’s improvise."

Her HUD flickered as she scanned the room ahead—dim emergency lights cast long, jagged shadows. The prototype had to be close. But so was someone else.

A noise. Footsteps.

Serena raised her repulsor, eyes narrowing. Ally or foe? That was the million-dollar question.

"Alright, whoever’s out there, show yourself. You’ve got three seconds before I start blasting."

Hypothetically speaking...if a Guardian were to go over to the old Tower,and let's say somehow... miraculously...the old bar was still somehow intact or at least part of it. Would anyone be willing to help m- that Guardian liberate the jukebox from the wall and bring it back to the (new) Tower and fix it up?

This is all hypothetical. I totally didn't go over there and check.Nope.

Okay, Charlie’s telling me to share a small story so that our account would rise from the dead or whatever. So here.

((Bad English))

One night at Heaven me and some of the other exorcists were playing Truth or Dare at a slumber party. And when it was my turn to do a dare, Fel told me to steal Adam’s mask from his room.

Given I had to duel with all three of them if I refused, I accepted and it was too easy to just take it from his room. The man sleeps like a bear does during winter I swear.

Anyway, after I did and brought it to Fel she smelled and hugged it for a bit, and just when we were about to bring it back the girl had the funniest idea to try it on.

And guess what. The fucking thing locked itself to her face. Apparently it had a fucking lock.

We tried every password, and by every I mean EVERY password we could think about. But even Lute couldn’t find out what it was.

So we uh..

Ended up breaking the thing. And searching recklessly for another one.

I still wonder what that password was..

I’m just going to hope Adam doesn’t see this.
