by complete accident I have discovered how to make WORM FONT. (font link)

predictably, this has halted productivity for the day. I'm writing with worms now. take it up with them

instructions: separate dots out onto a layer above the font. activate dot layer style 'outer glow'. set glow blend mode to 'Luminosity'. change Technique from 'Softer' to 'Precise'. adjust Spread and Size for desired worminess - mine is set to 0 Spread and 32 Size.

Smashing out Mesh (crochet)

So I have been doing a lot of filet and mesh crochet recently and I got to thinking.

There has to be a faster way.

Disclaimer: This is not my original idea, and I will admit that I basically took this and extrapolated. Hence why I'm sharing this for free.

I figured out the equation that tells you how to crochet a lot of rows at the same time.

Caveats:

I've tested this on mesh (3DC blocks) and fillet (4DC blocks) up to 5 rows at a time. I use ergonomic hooks and doing more than that on them just isn't physically comfortable with Super Saver yarn, though I can confirm that a 5 row setup also works with lace weight yarn so if the yarn is thin enough or you're using a Tunisian hook I don't see why you couldn't do more than 5 at a time.

You don't have to use this method, but if you do want to smash out a quick mesh or filet project, you can.

I made this on a 11" tablet so it should be very zoomable on any device for readability.

i was just listening to panic at the disco's cover of skid row from little shop because it fucking bangs and when it got to brendon's vocal solo on the second verse i was like "damn his high notes sound so free and relaxed and clear, his technique was so good back then" & for fun i listened to part of the song viva las vengeance to compare his more recent vocals and like first of all yikes, idk what happened but he is clenching on those high notes as if they are going to run away but second of all, that song is mixed like shit. granted i was listening on my phone but i also listened to the skid row cover on my phone & the production on vlv sounded fucking awful in comparison, the instrumentals were all muddy and the drums were drowning out the vocals it's a mess
