Books/Shows With a Strong Couple Bond Similar to that of Bella & Edward

The Outlander Series: (books/show) gives me the same vibes as the Twilight series. The bond between Claire & Jamie is as close as Bella & Edward's bond.

The "All Souls" Trilogy & Universe Series: (books/show) are worth reading/watching as well. The bond between Diana and Matthew is just as close as that of Bella/Edward and Claire/Jamie. And sometimes when reading the books I got chills because it had scenes that gave me Twilight vibes.

The Roswell TV Series: (1999–2002) is worth watching. The bond between Liz & Max is as strong as these others. The show is based on a book series, Roswell High, but I haven't read any of them, so I can't comment on them. There is also a reboot called, Roswell, New Mexico. It's okay . . . my heart belongs to the original.

So was anyone going to tell me that there is a re-adaptation of Roswell the TV series out or was I supposed to find that out myself

Not to be that person but after only 9 episodes, the fic count is almost as high as the OG that ran for 3 seasons... And yes I’m well aware that the OG didn’t have a canon queer ship but it’s still interesting to see... But I’m also surprised the OG series has this many fics TBH

EDIT: I stand corrected that this is not a correct representation of OG Roswell fics. Sometimes I forget there was once a world where AO3 didn’t exist

Calling all Dans Do you speak multiple languages?

Seeing the chemistry of Brendan and Majandra on screen again is just one reason out of a million as to why we want B+T. 

The creative collaboration we see these two have from filming, writing, directing, and acting keeps us wanting more. As it becomes abundantly clearer every day that the Dandom is growing and growing and many people are supporting and desiring B+T, sometimes we are surprised to find out when some are not aware of this amazing project. 

As Sarah Cudlipp wrote in the article “Why We’re Excited for ‘Baron and Toluca’ “in ‘Cape&Castle’: “You’ve all heard about Baron and Toluca right? If you haven’t then you clearly aren’t a Roswell fan. Because if you were, you would definitely crave the onscreen duo that is Majandra Delfino and Brendan Fehr.”

To offer some more insight and help spread the word, with the help of some dans, we created some informational videos in different languages that explain What B+T is, how to help support the crowdfunding project, and what they can do to help.

Carina’s comment that the Michael & Alex storyline ‘doesn’t necessarily have a happy ending’ has me slightly apprehensive about where season one will end for them. Carina said the end of season one wraps up the storyline but also works as a lead in for season two.

But if there is no season two, and the season one finale acts as a series final, there’s a chance Carina is letting us know Malex may not be together by seasons end.

In the OG series, Liz walks away from Max in the season one final once she learns he’s destined to be with Tess. They were both so in love but they weren’t together at the end of season one.

This is where my theory comes in that Alex stands up to his father (possibly even kills him) in a desperate bid to protect Michael. Something like that could drive a huge wedge between them, they love each other but still can’t be together with something like that hanging over them.
