Chapter 6: Looking for Wurmple pt. 1

3rd POV...

Location: Obsidian Fieldlands → Horseshoe Plains

“Hey, look at those puppies,” Kalim squeals in excitement.

“They do look cute,” Epel observes.

“I’m gonna go catch one,” Kalim says. He pulls out a PokeBall and approaches the pack of dog-like Pokemon. He throws the PokeBall at one of the Pokemon and it does inside of the PokeBall. This gets the attention of the other Pokemon. The dog-like Pokemon was caught and Kalim went to pick up the PokeBall.

“Kalim, wait,” Epel tried to stop Kalim from getting the PokeBall. This gets the attention of Jamil and he sees Kalim and Epel being surrounded by Pokemon.

“It’s a little early for this,” Jamil sighs. Vil turns to look at the scene and deadpans.

“Hold on, Monsieur Multi,” Rook says. “Just look at what the Pokemon do.” The group observes one of the Pokemon place its front paws on Kalims pants and he squats down. The Pokemon gets excited and tries to pounce on him.

“These Pokemon are friendly,” Kalim exclaims.

“What kind of Pokemon are they,” Floyd asked, going over to where Kalim and Epel were.

“It is called Lillipup,” Kalim looked at his phone. He grabs one of the wild Lillipups and poses for a picture.

“We should go find Akari,” Riddle states. “I feel like she is able to give us more information.”

“We might also be able to get some items with her as well,” Idia points out. The group leaves the Lillipups behind and searches for Akari. They were able to find her standing near a rock.

“You’re all really doing quite well for yourselves,” Akari smiles as she sees the group, her eyes move over to Kalim as he holds his Lillipup in his arms. “Here! A little reward for keeping up with me: your own Crafting Kit!” Akari hands Ortho the kit.

“Downloading new software to phones,” Ortho says. “ Reading File: Crafting Kit… A kit containing everything you might need for crafting, even when there is no workbench around. However, you can only use the materials you have in your satchel.”

“And here’s a recipe for Potions, too,” Akari hands Ortho a recipe.

“Reading file: Potion Recipe… A recipe for crafting Potions from scratch. Required materials: 1 Oran Berry and 1 Medicinal Leek,” Ortho reads the new recipe.

“With a Crafting Kit, you can craft items anywhere using any materials you have in your satchel,” Akari explains. “So long as you’ve got an Apricorn and a Tumblestone, you can make a PokeBall anytime. Or with an Oran Berry and a Medicinal Leek, you can make a Potion. So do heal your Pokemon.”

“Thank you so much for this,” Deuce thanks Akari. “We will take good care of the Pokemon with these.”

“How goes your research,” Akari questions. “Please report back to Professor Laventon once you’ve got some research tasks good and done.” Akari walks away from the group.

“We should go see if there are other Pokemon in the area to battle and catch,” Vil suggests.

“Yeah, we also need to complete two requests,” Jack adds.

“What are the requests,” Malleus questions.

“One is to catch a Wurmple to give a guard and the other is to complete Starly’s Pokedex entry,” Epel answers.

“So we just need to find a Wurmple,” Azul says, thinking about something.

“I believe I saw some a bit earlier on our way over here,” Ortho comments. “The quickest way to complete Starly’s Pokedex is to catch a few more and evolve it.”

“I can fight some Bidoofs and Shinx to get it stronger to evolve,” Cater suggests.

“I can come with you,” Kalim offers and Cater nods his head to accept. 

“Alright that’s fine,” Riddle says. “Those who have Pokemon should be battling and catching Pokemon.”

“I’ll come with you two,” Jamil tells Cater and Kalim.

“Don’t go too far Northeast,” Lilia warns. “There was a very large Ponyta like Pokemon and I imagine that it is very strong.”

“Got it,” Cater smiles. The trio leaves the group.

“Let’s go find a Wurmple and other Pokemon,” Ace slings his arm around Deuce and the group goes the opposite way of the trio.

……

“So we just have to battle Pokemon,” Kalim questions, unsure of what he signed up for. “I don’t want to hurt them though, they all look so cute.” 

“I don’t think we kill them or anything,” Jamil says. “They just kinda disappear after their health is gone.” 

“It’s very strange,” Cater comments. “But we can also get a bunch of pictures with them as well. Hey, Kalim, don’t forget to have your Pokemon shake down trees and collect objects on the ground.” 

“What kind of trees do we shake down,” Kalim asks. “I wasn’t really paying attention.” 

“It’s the trees with the berries on them, it’s hard to miss,” Jamil answers. “I should also focus on getting myself a Pokemon.” 

“I think I just found one for you,” Cater says. He was a bit away from Jamil and Kalim dodging a small black bird with some red on it. “I keep trying to battle it but I don’t have an opening to grab a PokeBall to release one of my Pokemon.” 

“Let me battle it,” Kalim says as he grabs his new Pokemon’s PokeBall. The bird Pokemon dives at Cater one more time before Kalim throws his PokeBall at it. Kalim’s Lillipup is released and a battle starts.

“Oh, thanks the Sevens,” Cater pants while resting on the ground. “I don’t want to know what would happen if the Pokemon actually hit me.” 

“Rajin, use Tackle,” Kalim instructs his Lillipup. 

“Didn’t Riddle say to not nickname Pokemon,” Jamil sighs as he watches Kalim battle. The bird Pokemon used Growl. 

“What did that move just do,” Cater questions. 

“It lowered Rajin’s attack,” Kalim responds as his Lillipup uses Tackle again. 

“Do you have a move like that you could use,” Jamil asks Kalim. The wild Pokemon uses Peck. 

“Rajin has a move called Leer,” Kalim answers. He instructs his Lillipup to use Leer and the wild Pokemon’s defense fell. Kalim grabbed an empty PokeBall from his satchel to throw at the Pokemon. The Pokemon went into the PokeBall and the PokeBall rolled twice before the bird was caught. “Alright, it’s caught!” Kalim runs over to pick up the PokeBall and goes to hand it to Jamil.

“What Pokemon is it,” Cater asks as he gets up from the ground. 

“It’s a Taillow,” Jamil answers, looking at the Pokedex. “It doesn’t give much info after that.” 

“Maybe the way to unlock more information on it is to complete the research tasks,” Kalim suggests. 

“We won’t know till an entry is completed,” Jamil says. 

“Hey look, a group of Bidoofs,” Cater catches the duo’s attention. The group of Bidoof were a bit farther ahead of them, slightly to the right, playing in a small crater with water in it. “We could use them to get used to battling.” 

“Good idea, Cater,” Kalim immediately agrees. Jamil follows behind Cater and Kalim as they walk over to the group of Bidoof. Once the trio got close enough some of the Bidoof looked at them inquisitively. The trio each defeat 2 Bidoofs, and raise the level of their Pokemon. 

“Cater, look over there,” Jamil tells Cater. Cater looks behind him and sees a few Starlys by some trees. 

“Looking at the research tasks, we mostly need to catch some and battle some,” Cater looks at the Starly Pokedex research tasks. 

“Kalim and I will try to find some Starly away from this group to battle,” Jamil says. “Looking at my Pokemon, they do seem to have genders.” 

“Got it,” Cater nods his head in understanding. “Star is a female so I’m gonna try to catch a male.” 

“Good luck, Cater,” Kalim smiles as Jamil drags him away from Cater. Cater looks at the three PokeBalls Kalim had given him and takes a deep breath before approaching the group of Starly. He finds some leaves to hide behind as he waits for one of the Starly to get closer. A few seconds later a male Starly hops close to where Cater is hidden and Cater takes his chance to catch the Starly. He throws one of the PokeBalls and the Starly goes into it, a few seconds later it was caught.

Location: Floaro Gardens

“So any idea what a Wurmple looks like,” Ace asks the group. Riddle gives Ace a glare as Trey sighs. 

“I say we just go and catch all the Pokemon we see,” Floyd suggests. “Afterwards we can figure out which Pokemon is which.” 

“That’s a great idea if we had more PokeBalls,” Leona scoffs. “I’ve only got 20 on me and I doubt that the rest of you have any.” 

“We can gather materials to craft more,” Epel says. “We can craft them from anywhere now thanks to the Crafting Kit.” 

“Those who have Pokemon should focus on training and getting use to battling,” Riddle states. “Those who don’t have Pokemon should be looking for non-dangerous Pokemon to catch and collecting materials.” 

“We should split into smaller groups for that,” Trey says. “In case a Pokemon has a long range attack, we all won’t be huddled together.” The boys separated themselves into four groups. The groups were: Ace, Deuce, Epel, Sebek, and Jack; Riddle, Ruggie, Jade, and Floyd; Azul, Silver, Trey, Malleus, and Idia; and Leona, Vil, Rook, Ortho and Lilia. Riddle’s group and Leona’s group had chosen to stay in the open field of the Floaro Gardens, whereas the first years and Azul’s group chose to move further into the Gardens.

“Let’s start with getting everyone a Pokemon,” Riddle says as he looks at his group. 

“Agreed,” Jade nods his head. “But we should be cautious of how we use the PokeBalls, Leona only gave our group 2 after all.” 

“How about that small yellow Pokemon that’s over there,” Floyd gestures ahead of the group where a small mouse Pokemon was sleeping under a tree. 

“It’s really tiny,” Ruggie observes the sleeping Pokemon. “Can it even deal any damage?” 

“I don’t think you should undermine it,” Jade grins. “After all, the people of this world seem to deeply fear these creatures. Let’s just assume that every Pokemon is dangerous, this one probably is since it has no problem sleeping out in the open.” 

“I’m afraid to admit that Jade has a point,” Riddle sighs. “We don’t really know what Pokemon are capable of and we will have to be on guard in order to survive.” 

“So, are we gonna catch it,” Floyd questions, no longer interested in the conversation. 

“Here’s a PokeBall if you want to catch it so much,” Riddle hands Floyd a PokeBall. Floyd walks over to the sleeping Pokemon and it doesn’t stir. Floyd tosses the PokeBall at the Pokemon and the Pokemon goes into the ball. The group watches the PokeBall in anticipation to see if the Pokemon is gonna stay in the ball, after a few seconds the Pokemon was caught. Floyd goes to the PokeBall to pick it up. 

“What kind of Pokemon is it,” Ruggie asks Floyd.  

“I’m not interested in that,” Floyd says. “I wanna catch more Pokemon. That was fun.” 

“Looking at the Pokedex, it’s a Pichu,” Jade looks at his phone. “It’s an electric type Pokemon like Jack’s Shinx.” 

“So, different Pokemon have different typing,” Riddle hums in thought. 

“Let’s go collect some materials,” Ruggie grins. 

“Don’t you want a Pokemon as well,” Jade questions. 

“There are plenty of other areas to get a Pokemon from,” Ruggie states. “I’m okay with not having one from this area.” 

“Looking at the map, we have only been in three areas,” Riddle backs Ruggie up. “So Jade, Floyd, and I can just train our Pokemon and the group can collect materials.” 

“Sounds good to me,” Floyd grins. Jade also nods his head in agreement. 

……

“It’s that the Pokemon we are looking for,” Malleus points out a worm-like Pokemon. 

“That might be it,” Azul looks at the Pokemon. “We need to catch it to see if it meets the criteria.” 

“I can go catch it,” Silver volunteers. Azul hands him one of the three empty PokeBalls Leona had given the group. Silver cautiously walks towards the worm-like Pokemon. When he gets close, he crouches down to not draw attention to himself, he takes the PokeBall and tosses it at the Pokemon. The Pokemon went inside the PokeBall, and it moves around a few times before the Pokemon popped out of the PokeBall, leaving it broken, looking at Silver and running away. 

“What was that,” Trey questions, walking over to Silver. 

“I’m not quite sure,” Silver responds, picking up the broken PokeBall. 

“I, uh, remember someone saying that PokeBalls aren’t 100 percent foolproof,” Idia stutters his sentence out, he was standing beside Malleus. 

“So this may be a bit more challenging than we originally thought,” Azul hums in understanding. “I think we should gather some materials to make more PokeBalls.” 

“I would like to head back over to Horseshoe Plains,” Malleus states. “I saw a few Pokemon over there that we didn’t look at.” 

“That’s not a bad idea,” Trey agrees. “It’s a good place to train Pokemon.” 

“Hey, Azul,” Idia whispers over to Azul. Azul looks at Idia with a questioning look. “Can you give me a PokeBall?” 

“Sure,” Azul agrees. “But don’t waste it.” Azul hands Idia a PokeBall. Idia takes the PokeBall and quietly dashes off to the side of the group.

“I wonder what has Shroud so excited,” Malleus thinks out loud. 

“That’s excitement,” Trey questions. The group watches Idia approach a cat-like Pokemon and secretly throw the PokeBall at it. The Pokemon goes into the PokeBall and it moves for a bit. The Pokemon is caught and Idia rushes to collect the PokeBall, then rushes back to the group.

“What kind of Pokemon did you catch,” Silver questions.

Idia pulls out his phone to look at the Pokedex and says: “It’s called Skitty and it is very adorable.” 

“Alright,” Azul fixes his glasses. “Let’s head back over to Horseshoe Plains.” The group voices their agreement and they make their way back to Horseshoe Plains.

Ideas for my own Pokemon x Twisted Wonderland fanfic Part 2

Alexia's Pokemon Part 1

Alexia’s Pokemon

Ben the Swinub : Alexia’s first pokemon. They met when she was 6 and they both got lost in a mountain. They are both the same age and have a bond similar to Ash and Pikachu. Ben is very upbeat, cheerful and can read his trainer very well. He is a lot more social than Alexia and is a major help in Alexia meeting new people (for good or bad). His name is based on the song “Ben” by Michael Jackson and I feel that it fits their friendship bond.

A group of 14  Unknown that spell Kokoro ?! Kiseki (a reference to my favorite Vocaloid song and to how Alexia’s kind heart and open mind are her greatest power): as a child, Alexia would often explore the ruins and play with the Unknowns that lived there. Since Unknown can read the minds and hearts of sentient beings they found Alexia’s autistic mind fascinating and used their reality altering abilities to teach her how to use her Aura abilities. Alexia’s mother however is afraid of Unknown and made her family move (this is one of the events that led to Alexia temporarily living with Professor Kakui and starting her Pokemon journey early), but 14 of the Unknown followed her and unofficially became part of her team. They do not battle or have their own pokeballs, but they gave her a special charm and occasionally teleport visit her.

Rocky: a male Buneary that hates his evolution’s feminine appearance and wants to be the strongest, toughest, and manliest Buneary in the world. He wears a luchador mask to hide his cute appearance and keep a masculine appearance and a belt with an Everstone on it. Rocky has a pretty good relationship with Epel due to them having similar struggles and even used Sucker Punch on Vil and Rook for their treatment of his friends.

Tonka: a Turtwig that served as Alexia’s starter pokemon in Sinnoh and is now a Grottle. He likes chewing on her head and sometimes forgets how big he is, because of this he decided to not evolve into Torterra. He has a little brother Turtwig named Tucker who came from an egg that Alexia brought on her journey and hatched in Twisted Wonderland.

Prince Nettles: a Mareanie that came in handy in the Octovinelle Arc. Nettles would eat the anemones off the contract victims' heads which  would temporarily release them (and poison them) until Azul noticed what happened. He evolves durning the overblot fight and his poison becomes strong enough to incompassitate Azul long enough to defeat him. Nettles became good friends with Vil’s Gloom and helped him gain self confidence.

Poseidon the Magikarp: A friendly Magikarp that Alexia often carries around in a water filled hamster ball like container with a leash. He evolves into Gariados and becomes upset that he can no longer travel that way and Alexia considers letting Posidon go because she is worried that she is holding him back from his love of travel, but after defeating Jamil’s overblot, Poseidon lets her know that he wants to stay with her. He becomes the pokemon Alexia uses for surf.

Belladonna the Croagunk: an adult, female, crogunk with freckles on her cheeks and usually wears a maroon scarf with purple flowers embroidered on it. She has a strict and maternal personality, especially towards Alexia and the baby Pokemon, and is extremely strong and will go above and beyond for her team, even if she has to break through walls to do it. When Belladonna was a wild pokemon, she was considered an outcast among the other crogunk for her freckles so she wasn’t able to find a mate and have her own babies, so she wondered off to greenbelt near a town and tried to make friends with the children, but the kids found her rigid and unreadable face uneasy and were too scared to approach her. One day, she met Alexia who had a rough day at school and was covered in ink (she decided to play connect the dots with her freckles in an attempt to make friends but instead she got in trouble for drawing on herself) and Alexia said to her “You have freckles just like me!” and connected the pokemon's freckles too which formed flowers that are the same shape as the flowers embroidered on her scarf that she would get later. With that their bond began and Alexia and Ben would visit the Crogunk and explore the greenbelt together, not always talking but still enjoying their company. One day they found some flowers and when Alexia wanted to pick them, but Belladonna stopped her and signaled with her poison jab that they were poisonous and this inspired Alexia give her the name Belladonna. In Twisted Wonderland, Belladonna can often be seen with Alexia and the baby pokemon, but she also tends to show up in random places and surprising people. She doesn’t like Crowly’s incompetence and will often use poison jab or brick break on him for any offense she can find. She later finds two pollywag eggs and becomes a surrogate mother to them.

Sparkplug the Magnezone: Alexia had this pokemon ever since it was a Magnamite. It is a good friend and a trained orthodontist, which is handy since Alexia wears special braces that Sparkplug can remove when she needs to eat and put back on perfectly. Sparkplug later gives birth to a Magnamite which befriends Tinker, Ortho’s Meltan and moves into Igniahide's dorm.

Farewell to You, ch 8

Just then, a Stone Edge saved Pikachu. A Tyranitar came over with a powerful looking Seviper. That's when Brock and Lucy came over. Behind them were Brandon and Luka. Brandon had brought out his Regirock.

Misty blinked, "Wait, wait. Brock, you have a Tyranitar?!"

Brock confirmed, "Yep! Caught it when it was Larvitar with my Heavy Ball!"

Ash regarded, "Nice! Pikachu, Iron Tail!"

"Pika!" Pikachu said as it landed an Iron Tail.

The Steel type move took out more floating stones.

Brandon commanded, "Regirock, Focus Punch!"

Regirock did just that, knocking away more floating stones. Luka was impressed, she was blushing at him.

Lucy commanded, "Poison Tail!"

Seviper did as it was told and it destroyed more floating stones.

Brock smiled at her, "Great work, babe!"

Lucy blushed. Yoni was getting annoyed at being ignored. Especially when she was getting so close. She looked down at her pokeball in her hand. She knew what she had to do. She came down out of her airship, surprising the group.

She told them, "You have all come a long way to annoy me. But now I will collect my prize and leave you in the dust." That's when she threw her pokeball and out came a powerful Tinkaton. Ash was confused as to what that Pokemon was but Yoni acted before he could find out. She commanded, "Flash Cannon!"

Tinkaton launched the powerful Steel type move, hitting Regirock. The super effective attack did a lot of damage and blew away Regirock.

Brandon breathed, "Regirock!"

Yoni smirked, turning to Brock's Tyranitar, "Now, time to Play Rough!"

Tinkaton did as she was told, going over to Tyranitar. It launched the powerful fairy attack, sending Tyranitar back a bit.

Brock blinked, "Tyranitar!"

Lucy growled, "Flamethrower, Seviper!"

Seviper launched the Fire type move. Yoni was ready for that.

She commanded, "Protect and then Skitter Smack!"

Tinkaton did as it was told as she fired the Bug type move. It didn't do much but it did send Seviper back a bit.

Lucy said, "Seviper!"

Yoni smirked, "See? This Tinkaton knows what to do."

"So do I!" Yoni turned to Ash. Ash commanded, "Pikachu, Volt Tackle!"

"Pika!" Pikachu said, running towards the Fairy/Steel type.

It landed its mark.

Yoni gasped, "Tinkaton!"

Misty went next, "Gyarados, Flamethrower!"

Gyarados fired it, towards a very dizzy Tinkaton. Yoni quickly recalled it, switching out for a Wugtrio. The fire type move did nothing against the water type. Misty growled.

Yoni smirked, "Got to do better than that."

Misty told her, "I guess I will." That's when Misty recalled Gyarados and called on Togetic. She said, "I think it's time we get some needed battling."

Ash was about to protest but saw some floating stones around Articuno. He warned, "Articuno! Look out!"

It was too late, the Ice/Flying type was caught. Not only that but more floating stones caught both Lugias. Silver quickly went into the water, trying to avoid the floating stones.

Brandon growled, "It was all a trap!"

Yoni stated, "Of course, you'd think I would fight you without a plan? I might have lost the rook but at least with this power, I can call all of the Legendaries and Mythicals to Shamouti!"

Brock told her, "You've lost your mind!"

Yoni replied, "Not the first time I've heard that."

With that, she went back into the airship and flew off.

Ash gritted his teeth, "Looks like Looker called that one." He turned to Pikachu and asked, "Are you okay?"

"Pika." Pikachu nodded.

Luka stated, "I'm sorry about all of this, Brandon. If I was a trainer, I could've helped."

Brandon reassured, "It was none of your fault, Luka. You've done your best." He turned to Regirock and added, "And so have you."

The group recalled their Pokemon (except for Pikachu).

Lucy asked, "You think you can get us to Shamouti fast, Luka?"

Luka winked, "Watch me."

With that, the group started to go towards Shamouti. Ash thought, 'Hang on everyone, we're coming.' Unknown to them, Silver was following them.

...

Gary, Erika, Anabel, and Looker had arrived on Shamouti Island. Rudy, Melody, Mahri, the Kalos gang, the Alola gang, and the Sinnoh gang had already arrived. With them was Team Rocket. They didn't know how they could help but they wanted to.

Gary stated, "Glad to see everyone."

Erika blinked, "But it seems you have bad news."

Clemont told them, "Articuno and both Lugia's have been collected."

Anabel did a double take, "And Silver?"

Before Clemont could answer, the airship appeared. The ocean had been awfully choppy but Luka's boat had made it too. The waters had turned a rainbow light, making everyone gasp.

Looker said, "The water is glowing!"

That's when Silver came out of the water.

Serena smiled, "Hey, there's Silver!"

Bonnie gushed, "He's okay!"

Silver whined happily but before it whined worried.

Lana commented, "Sounds like it's worried."

Mallow promised, "Don't worry, we'll get your mom and the others back."

Silver whined.

James told Jessie and Meowth, "Wow, that baby Lugia has really grown."

Jessie stated, "Sure has."

Meowth replied, "Maybe it can help us."

Silver whined, scared.

Sophicles pointed out, "It sounds afraid."

Olivia responded, "Won't blame it. All of the birds did get collected."

Kiawe said, "And Yoni won't give up until she has all of the Legendaries and Mythicals."

Dawn gasped, "Look!"

"Pip?" Piplup said.

That's when they saw the rainbow light was starting to work. Kyogre was the first to show and it was mad.

Kenny breathed, "Kyogre!"

Melody pointed out, "This can all be stopped if we can get to the altar. But since the water has been so choppy, how are we going to get out there?"

Rudy thought for a moment, eyeing Silver, "I have a small idea."

Mahri asked, "You think Silver can get you out there?"

Barry pointed out, "But Silver is so little. Even if he got someone on his back, it would have to be two people at most."

Bianca stated, "Well we know Melody is going."

Paul replied, "It's going to be obvious that Ash is going. And the rest of us try and get the legendary birds free while they do that."

Ranee responded, "It's a good plan."

Zoey said, "Better than no plan."

I think in this au each clan woul in habit certain area and that area would have one or two noble pokemon!!!

Heres some small thoughs for each dorm

Heartslabyul

I think heartslabyuls clan would be set around grassland type of terrain

Riddle- the clan leader! He would stay mainly at the main base

Trey- he would be Riddles right hand man staying by riddles side

Cater- Captain of the scouts, he is in charge of groups that scout with him around the clan area

Ace & Deuce- they are new scouts, they usually get in trouble because they angered a bigger pokemon with their bickering!

Savanaclaw

For savanaclaw i think they would be living around and in mountain area

Leona- The clan leader, i think he would get out alot to do some research on old ruins and structures

Ruggie- Scout Captain

Jack- Scout

Octavinelle

Octavinelle of course would live around coast, along many water types

Azul- The clan leader who is very interested in making connections between other clans

Jade- Right hand man, he likes going out and doing his own research on poisonous herbs and plants

Floyd- Scout captain, his mood swings make him unpredictable but he gets the results done when he feels like it

Scarabia

Scarabia in my mind would actually be a merchant/traders guild traveling around different areas, they probably would be the most resourceful and knowing about each areas goings

Kalim- He has great social skills, being able to have good connections in each clans, he is also som of the merchant guilds leader

Jamil- He usually tags along with Kalim due to their families history, his job is to make sure kalim is safe while on their travels

Pomefiore

Pomefiore clan would be living around snowy area, their area being cold has it dangers but its also a great place to find rarer herbs that could be made into medicine and other concoctions

Vil- Clan leader and also skilled pharmacist, his skills of recognizing poisons pokemon inflict is amazing

Rook- Scout captain and Vils Right hand man, he usually stays around Vil but when its time to scout the area he be the leader for the exploration/hunt

Epel- Scout, he us a newbie and also Vils apprentice, while he prefers to go out on the field its not bad thing to also know one or two herbs that can come handy

Ignihyde

Actually i think ignihyde would not have a clan or a guild... Its just idia and ortho living on their own, they probably would do their own research, for the place they would build a base probably would be around mountains in a cave type of area

Idia- usually stays caved up in his base, he is currently developing better version of the current pokeball that can make catching bigger beasts easier

Ortho- he usually goes out to collect material for Idia!

Diasomnia

I think diasomnia would be living in a forest area, especially inhabited by more mysterious and dangerous pokemon, you wouldn't wanna get lost in that type of place..

Malleus- Clans leader, he us usually sneaks out on his own to do his own thing worrying the clans people..

Lilia- right hand man, scout leader, he is pretty unassuming for his looks but he is actually one of the oldest people in diasomnia clan

Silver & Sebek- Scouts who work as a pair, quote powerful duo when working together

The first few months post-game were rough on Lettie.

She really wasn't used to being alone. Being on her own was one thing - this was different. She felt like she couldn't go back home, couldn't reach out to anybody, because the world had questions and she didn't have answers.

She spent a lot of time lost on purpose, replaying events in her head. She always knew Ghetsis didn't like her, but the fact that N hadn't considered her a real friend until the very end left a mark on her. It left her realizing that she wasn't as good at reading people as she thought; that what she considered listening could have just been hearing, which was a different thing.

She left three of her Pokemon behind in short order. Piers stayed with her mom; he asked to, in his own way, by placing his Pokeball on Lettie's bed and moving it back there when she picked it up. Delilah was dropped off in Castelia for Burgh's modelling agency; she's quite happy there, from what Lettie can tell. Rook was left to Bianca, at her house, after he'd shown a protective streak towards her. Bianca brings him everywhere.

So it was down to three - Otto, Beauregarde, and the stubborn Victini that would not leave her. And she just... wandered, trying to find a place where her head could rest. She spent a lot of time sleeping in Pokemon Center rooms and staring at ceilings, trying to make sense of it all.

While she ultimately ended up in Galar, that wasn't until after a visit to Kalos - she spent a summer there, exploring the countryside where nobody knew her name and face. She never caught any Pokemon there, but was delighted by the discovery of Fairy types and often went looking to find them. She still hasn't found her perfect Fairy partner, though; she's still looking as she explores Galar now.

She's made peace with the knowledge that she still has a lot to learn. It's been bumpy, though, and she couldn't have made it this far without her Main Three.

some random ideas i had while making these below the cut:

-Altaïr's Crobat doesn't evolve until he has been forgiven and forgiven himself for his events in Solomon's Temple and bc he learned kindness and friendship which makes a Crobat evolve. Also Talonflame feathers are almost a calling card, but by the time you see them its too late.

-Ezio only had his Ponyta after he began traveling around and it never evolves but his children have fun playing with it. Grovyle also kind of just fell into his lap as a Treecko but it's so quick that he loves exercising with it.

-Yes Connor has a Cubone. It was actually his first Pokemon and he's very very fond of it, and cares for it deeply. His Mudsdale will buck anyone off, including him, if they try to ride it, and you Just Have To Accept That. Staraptor was not long after that as a Starly, and when he was a teen he tried to see if it could carry him but he fell pretty hard. Now that it's fully evolved but he's six foot something he doesn't want to try again.

-Raticate snuck aboard his ship and Edward was like "Lol bet". Trumbeak eventually evolves but for the most part he likes having a smaller bird to fly around and it's not his battling Pokemon, so it takes a while. His ace is Banette and Banette is great to scare weaker-willed people away from treasure, provided it gets a share, but as he matures into the Creed he mainly starts to use Banette for Assassin/Templar use.

-Almost all of Shay's Pokemon, except for Gumshooes and Mimikyu, tend to just sail in the water next to them and he doesn't really do Pokeballs unless they're in a naval battle, he's going really far inland, or the weather is extreme, and even then he has Ice Pokemon that are pretty okay. Gumshooes makes himself useful by keeping things in tip-top shape and watching over the sailors.

-Arno got his Piplup from his father. Aurorus was a gift from de la Serre once Templars found out how to bring fossilized Pokemon back. The other Pokemon he ended up just finding around the Cafe and they decided to go with him or at least fly with him. The Lopunny was Elise's, and most of her Pokemon live and help the Assassins, but Lopunny was her first as a Buneary and they were pretty close.

-Evie and Jacob both got Rookidees when they were old enough, and Jacob loves both of them (that's why they're the Rooks, bc he knew it was smth he shared with Evie and it was supposed to bring them together more). Jacob is sure his Wheezing helps mask them with its smog (though they always end up coughing and it doesn't work anyway) and Evie's Arbok is able to get in for good support, but it evolved rather quickly and she can't always control it, even though it is loyal and in a real mess can and will defend her.

This ask has been gathering dust for a while, but I finally managed to answer them!

It's gonna be a long one but I'm gonna leave out other details from the games since it has been a while since I last played them and I vaguely remember them...

Let's say that the magic mirror finally gains access to the Pokemon world and they end up in Phoebe's hometown in the Johto Region

They would arrive at Azalea town and of course, Phoebe is gonna want to take a breather and let her parents know that she was just on a no-contact training session.

After the reunion, the boys would be given a tour of her hometown, everything was quite old-fashioned but otherwise pleasant. She'd show them the Slowpoke well and they'd be told of the rules to never injure the Slowpoke otherwise you'll be reprimanded.

Floyd needs to be put on a leash because he'll squeeze the ever-loving crap out of it! The same goes for Rook, hunter instincts go BRRR-!

Ruggie is told about Slowpoke tails and how they are considered a delicacy but a bad group of people forcibly cut them off instead of letting them naturally fall.

He might be tempted to try a Slowpoke tail if Phoebe offers it.

After that, she would introduce them to Kurt, her mentor and the one who is known for his traditional Pokeball crafting. Some find this tradition fascinating such as Idia, Riddle, Azul, Epel, and the Diasomnia quartet.

While others might find it a bit boring, that is until Phoebe demonstrates her skills too. She'll personally craft them a Pokeball of their choosing as a memento of their visit.

She just looks so serious while handling the tools under Kurt's watchful eye. There's no telling if they'll use the Pokeball, though, but it'll serve as a display for now.

Next, they go around touring places of interest such as the Ruins of Alph where Unown gathers around Malleus and Idia for some reason.

The latter would most definitely note the history down on his tablet, eager to uncover the secrets. He's probably solved all the puzzles there already.

Floyd and Ace would try to spell out words using the Unown who just lazily float there, though it may take a while for them to memorize the letters. Cue "Riddle is a midget" and "Beware of red chihuahuas" just floating nearby.

Epel joins in on the fun and tries to arrange, "Vil is a drama queen" but he gets reprimanded by the man himself and dragged away before he could finish.

Kalim wants to try too but just arranged, "Jamil is my BFF" much to the embarrassment of Jamil.

Oddly enough, Phoebe saw another set of Unown spelling out, "Lizard breath was here" and "Leona, shave your head"...

Huh, wonder who put that up?

Then they have a nice stroll through the National Park, though Jamil is wary of bug catchers who try to catch Bug pokemon nearby. Unfortunately, they came during a bug-catching competition.

It was a nice day for a picnic though, maybe they'd arrange one here with no bug competitions of course.

Then Phoebe takes them to see the play performed by the Kimono girls. They tell the story of the two towers and the legendary pokemon that reside in them.

The boys would be enthralled by the performance. But they'd feel sad when the story of Lugia's tower was burnt beyond repair and it now resides deep in the ocean.

Rook is crying with tears at the beauty of it all. The Diasomnia quartet is enlightened to something new, Malleus is grateful to Phoebe for sharing her world's history with him.

Vil is observing the performance and sees the grace and elegance of the kimono girls. Not to mention incorporating Pokemon moves to make the story pop out more. He's wondering if he can apply magic to his performances from now on.

There's probably a lucky encounter with at least a few gym leaders where the boys would see how trainers both young and old battle to earn a badge.

It would be exhilarating, they can feel the sheer power of the gym leader as they don't hold back and give the rookies a challenge.

Then after touring around Johto some more they would head to the magnet train to head for Kanto. Of course, Idia and Ortho are all over this technology and are probably going to install one back home.

Malleus took a while to adjust and he was expecting it to be nauseating after hearing how fast it travels but it was actually pleasant.

The boys who don't have lavish lifestyles were mumbling if this is how first-class service feels like.

When they arrived in Kanto, the first thing they'd do is to get a hotel in Celadon city. If the boys want to explore other towns then they would at least get a map.

Phoebe knows they can handle themselves and she left at least 1 of her Pokemon with them to keep them safe. Girl is doing way better than Crowley in this field trip lol.

The boys are grouped by their dorm and are given a curfew, issued by Riddle and Vil, and some spending money from Phoebe (Macro Cosmos Bank, praise be) and that's it. Also, don't cause trouble!

With that, the boys were off! Heartslabyul has to follow Riddle, so they end up wandering to a lovely garden cafe. Riddle wanted them to have lunch here, Trey also wanted to sample some sweets.

Ace, Deuce, and Cater would book it to the Celadon game corner after lunch but Riddle is there to supervise them once he sees it's actually a casino.

Savanaclaw went to Viridian city and Leona ended up almost brawling Blue the gym leader because he was roasting him. They better Smell ya Later outta there before he turns the guy into sand.

Octavinelle went to Viridian City to look at the sea ports there. Business and all. Floyd was bored though and wanted to take a swim, Azul almost panicked when he was going to dive where people could see them.

As soon as Floyd gets his swimming need fulfilled, Azul would chat with the captains in charge of importing goods by the port. Not to mention he's checking out the markets for anything of value to purchase. Too bad Floyd spent it all on a Lapras plushie almost as big to use as a couch.

Scarabia ended up going to Fuchsia city where they take a look at the zoo and the Safari Zone. Kalim is just having a grand time seeing all sorts of Pokemon.

Safari Zone trainers were kind of envious because the Pokemon don't flee from Kalim and he wasn't going to even catch any! he's just gonna walk around until his time was up!

Jamil was babysitting as usual and there wasn't much for him to look at until he personally meets Koga the gym leader. The guy was a shroud of mystery and his gym was baffling to him.

Poison-types? Don't they KILL you? he has one that's spewing toxic gas! An interesting concept for a gym leader but he stays a good distance away from the guy's Venomoth.

Vil is obviously in the Celadon department store. He's looking through all the fashion there is to offer, Epel was feeling petty so if he's gonna be dragged through a mall to get clothes then he's getting the edgiest one! He snuck an Umbreon T-shirt to the counter with all of Vil's purchases.

Rook was just pleased to watch his companions enjoy themselves. Though he was eyeing some of the people walking their Pokemon in the mall like you would dogs or cats.

Idia and Ortho were surprisingly in Pallet town and talked with Professor Oak about Pokemon and his research on the pokedex too.

Ortho stayed in the lab playing with the starter Pokemon as Idia and Oak talk a lot. Then he gave Idia contact info to video call a professor from Cinnabar island about reviving fossil machinery.

Diasomnia would tour Lavender town, though it may seem pretty ominous, he finds it touching that the people pay respects to their companions who passed.

Silver and Sebek can feel chills and something watching them but Lilia and Malleus were as calm as usual. Malleus was hounded by Gastly and Haunters who felt his otherworldly presence.

I haven't talked about my Twst Pokemon AU in a while, so let's change that with some headcanons~

The AU is its own region (don't have a name for it yet, so we're calling it the Twst region for now)

Crowley is the region professor who is kinda useless and exclusively studies bird Pokemon. MC is his adoptive kid/lab assistant.

The gym leaders and towns go in the same order as the chapters do in the main story. (So Riddle's first, Leona's is second, Azul's is third etc.) Riddle is Grass, Leona is Ground, Azul is Water, Kalim is Fire, Vil is Poison, Idia is Electric and Malleus/Lilia is Dragon.

Each town has its own conflict that's similar to the conflict in each chapter. For example, Riddle has a pretty strict hold on his town as Gym Leader and its making it pretty unbearable to live there. No one has been able to defeat the Gym since he became Gym Leader and because so strict and so scary, no one wants to challenge the Gym, so the town is struggling quite a lot.

So much so that Ace and Deuce take it upon themselves to travel all the way to the town Professor Crowley lives in just to get a Pokemon just so that they can train with the hopes of beating Riddle.

I imagine that's how the story starts. With Crowley and MC in the lab, just going about their day, when all of a sudden these two guys bust the door down all like "OLD MAN, GIVE US A POKEMON."

After hearing about their plight, Crowley decides to oblige and instructs MC to help them catch their first Pokemon. So one trip to the wild grass and Pokeball throwing tutorial later, Ace now has a Charmander and Deuce now has a Squirtle.

After some training, Crowley gives them the Pokedex and asks MC to accompany them back to Heartslabyul Town to "keep an eye" on things and to keep progress on their Pokemon.

This region is kinda similar to Galar in that it doesn't have an Elite Four and instead has a tournament participants compete in to become Champion. Once you get to Leona's town, you find out he's not even there and is instead competing in the tournament in Malleus's town, so you'd have to come back to his town later on to actually battle him.

Azul's Gym is inside the Mostro Lounge. You have to order certain items off the menu to progress and you don’t pay until AFTER you defeat Azul. And I imagine the Gym Trainers and Azul give out a LOT of money. So, after all the battles you’ve done and all the prize money get, you have to pay for everything you ordered after defeating Azul. Which means that you lose ALL the prize money that you earned and you leave the Gym with the same amount you went in with.

After Malleus became Champion, Lilia took over his position at the Diasomnia Gym and he's just as strong as Malleus is.

You run into Malleus a lot all throughout the story and the running gag is that everyone else knows who he is, but MC doesn't.

Leona is competing in the tournament to try and defeat Malleus. Once you finally get your chance to challenge Leona, you catch wind that he's planning some scheme with Ruggie to cheat and win the final battle against Malleus unfairly. (Maybe using battle items in this region is illegal in tournaments, so he planned to use them on his Pokemon beforehand to buff them up to insane levels )

Vil, a lot like Fantina, is a Gym Leader and a Top Pokemon Coordinator. Epel is currently training under him to join his Gym, but is regretting it since Vil's battling style is so Coordinator-inclined and Epel doesn't care about that kind of thing. He only wanted to join so that he could become stronger and take on the league one day. Part of his training is being forced to participate in Contests. Neige is also a Top Coordinator and Vil's most hated rival that he hasn't managed to defeat once.

You find out, upon getting to Pomefiore City, that Rook has been following the three of you on your journey this entire time and you had no idea. Which is why the three of you are so confused when he greets you by name.

How would the NRC boys would react if Soni took them back in time to the Husui region?

Note: I haven't been able to play Legends: Arceus yet, but I do know a decent amount of the story now.

I think their collective reaction to this whole thing is "Who made a time machine?" because all of a sudden, they were thousands of years with little understanding of how they got there. They are very lucky to have avoided their memories being erased oof

Soni, being someone who's not familiar with Hisui but is knowledgeable about old Johto practices (i.e. Apricorns can be made into Pokeballs and making Potions using herbs and Berries), would rely on what she knows.

Because if you get thrown to Hisui as in "stranded there with no idea as to escape" and everyone around you is trying to survive, then it's best to find shelter and provide for yourself. Pokemon in this time period weren't as domesticated as they are in the modern-day, so they were pretty dangerous entities that many people often avoided and outright feared. NRC boys would be looked at strangely if they asked any of the locals if they liked Pokemon. Although if the people they came across had grown accustomed to seeing Pokemon around the town, then there's a higher chance of a positive reaction. For the most part, it's very 50-50.

Lilia would reminisce on his memories of the Far East as he looks around Hisui, although Soni would have to tell the others (Malleus, Sebek, Leona, etc.) to hide their animalistic features via magic. It's not easy to blend them in, especially when someone from the village wonders who the heck they are and where they came from.

Soni worked overtime to convince the people living in the nearby village that they were just looking around for a place to stay for a brief point of time.

Those who were used to handling Pokemon (catching them, battling them, etc.) were given temporary positions in the Team Galactic Survey Corps in different areas.

Depending on the people who get sent into the past, who gets what wildly differs.

Rook and Soni were prime catching experts as well as great on the field, given their skillsets. Silver and Sebek are likely candidates for survival as they've been trained by Lilia in the past, although they have to rely on their physical strength as opposed to their magic in Hisui.

Floyd and Jade leave as they please and do as they please on their missions. No one bothers to correct them as they are too intimidating lol

Ruggie, Deuce, Trey, Jamil, and Kalim were a part of the group that stayed in the village, assisting in part-time jobs like cooking for the Corps, dealing with the Pokemon that were in the field (the PC area), and even learning how to make medicines like Potions from what the field group brought back from their work. Their clubs and understanding of Pokemon Care/club activities, and skillsets (Jamil with his own antidote kit from Episode 5) are what give them that opportunity.

Vil looked at the little Bidoof running around the village and his own Bidoof just greeting the other Bidoof cheerfully. Vil is getting all sorts of inspiration from the clothing but also does his damnedest to look good with local products. It goes surprisingly well, especially with the local hairdressers.

Epel and Jack would do heavy-lifting duty, despite many of the Hisuian people there thinking otherwise with Epel.

The NRC Boys with Pokemon are seen as different, given how they easily bond with Pokemon. Ruggie and Morpeko are given funny looks when Morpeko goes on a Hunger Mode spree. Deuce babying Happiny makes some wonder what's the point of such a thing.

Ace, Cater, Leona, and Malleus would get the simple tasks of delivering things to and from places. Ace is the best at rolling and dodging Pokemon attacks due to his exposure to them.

Azul would be a great secretary, but I'm not entirely sure if they'd trust him enough to give him that sort of job. Maybe as a greeter by the door?

Like I said, NRC boys are given funny looks and are treated as such. Soni isn't immune from this either, especially when she goes through the tasks like it's nothing. Very efficient and does her work well enough that people can't deny her contribution to the village.

The potato mochi is delicious, but people are relieved when they get back to the present in Twisted Wonderland. No one said that trips to the past were fun-

Ranee shot Paul a look. "Never say that again!"

She took out a pokeball and out came her Infernape. Paul threw a pokeball and out came Froslass. Dawn let go of Piplup. Kenny threw a pokeball and out came his Breloom. Barry took out a pokeball and out came his Emploeon. Bianca threw a pokeball and out came Zebstrika. Zoey took out a pokeball and her Glameow appeared. Todd threw a pokeball and out came an Alolan Ninetales, an oddly colored one.

Zoey did a double take, "You have an oddly colored Alolan Ninetales?!"

Todd blinked, "Yeah? Is that a bad thing...? Her nickname is Kori."

Zoey breathed, "She's beautiful."

Before Todd could compliment her again, he saw a floating stone going near her and Glameow.

He reacted, "Kori, Dazzling Gleam!"

The Alolan Ninetales did as it was told and the floating stone was destroyed in a beautiful rainbow light.

Zoey turned to him, with a light blush on her face, "Thanks."

Todd said modestly, "Thanks."

Articuno was fighting the floating stones as well, using its Ice Beam and Blizzard. Paul turned to his Froslass.

He commanded, "Shadow Ball!"

The Ice/Ghost type obeyed, using the hail to its advantage. It went faster and destroyed more of the floating stones.

Ranee asked, "Is that why you are using Froslass?"

Paul answered, "Well, yeah, why wouldn't I?"

Ranee blinked, "Huh. Pretty smart." To that, Paul just blushed. Ranee commanded, "Infernape, Mach Punch!"

Infernape did as it was told, taking out more floating stones.

Barry commanded, "Metal Claw, Emploeon!"

Emploeon's claws glowed white as it also took out more floating stones.

Bianca commanded, "Discharge, Zebstrika!"

Zebstrika did as it was told and shocked more floating stones.

Dawn commanded, "Piplup, Whirlpool!"

Piplup gathered its energy, summoning a giant whirlpool.

Kenny commanded, "Energy Ball, Breloom!"

Breloom did as it was told, the Energy Ball gaining more memento in Piplup's Whirlpool. It was like it was a move from a contest. It took out even more floating stones.

Paul sneered, "Give up, Lawrence! We got this covered."

There was a laugh, gaining everyone's attention.

"Silly boy. I'm nothing like him." That's when Yoni activated a hologram. Everyone gasped. Yoni added, "I'm nothing like my cousin."

"Cousin?!"

Yoni confirmed, "My name is Yoni. And after borrowing some of his plans, I was able to make my own airship. I plan to do more than him. After collecting what he failed to keep, I plan to collect all of the Legendaries and Mythicals in the world!"

Ranee stammered, "T - that's insane!"

Yoni shrugged, "Can't reason with crazy." That's when she noticed that Articuno had flown off. She snarled, "Grr... well that's just fine. I could always go after the king, queen, and rook now."

The hologram stopped and the airship left. Dawn sighed sadly.

She said, "That isn't good..."

Kenny wondered, "I wonder if it went off to warn or find Lugia."

Todd blinked, "But it seemed like it didn't know where Lugia was either."

Zoey pointed out, "That and from what Yoni said, it sounded like she was going after Silver and his mom."

Barry stated, "Oh man, I'm so going to fine her the next time we battle her!"

Bianca teased, "Yeah, ahuh. Sure you will."

To that, Barry shot her a look. Paul walked over to the altar with Ranee. She had found Articuno's treasure. She took it and it shone brightly in front of her and her friends. She gasped, it was beautiful. Everyone returned their Pokemon (except Piplup) and called it in. Looker advised them to go to Shamouti too.

Back near Ogi Island, the group had divided up to find Lugia, Silver, and Silver's Mom. Brandon had gone with Luka, blushing a bit at her. Brock went with Pike Queen Lucy. Ash had gone to Misty. Misty looked at Ash, very furious. He seemed to be ignoring her ever since they've been on this mission. She pulled on his ear, like she would with Brock.

She huffed, "Would you stop ignoring me already?!"

Ash blinked out of confusion, "Was I ignoring you...?"

Misty was furious, "Well, obviously! I keep trying to ask you if you are dating anyone and you keep changing the subject! Are you going to tell me who you are dating already?!"

Ash looked at her, point blank. He told her, as if it was obvious, "I thought I was dating you?"

Misty turned beat red upon hearing that. Ash wasn't pulling her leg, was he? When she saw his serious face she knew that he wasn't lying.

Misty stammered, "W - what...?"

Misty didn't know what blew her out of the water. The fact that Ash wanted to be her boyfriend or to the fact he actually figured out his feelings.

Ash took her hands and looked into her eyes. He stated, "Everything is so crazy right now, and I have no idea what my future holds, but it would be so cool if you were in it, so um... do you want to be my girlfriend...?"

That's when Misty kissed his cheek, smiling.

She teased, "Does that answer your question?"

Ash smiled wide as he took Misty's hand. Misty laced their fingers, keeping Ash close. Ash, Pikachu, and Misty kept looking around for the Lugia family. That's when they heard a shriek. They both looked up, seeing Articuno.

Ash breathed, "Articuno...?"

"Pika!" Pikachu said.

To that, the Ice/Flying type shrieked.

Misty stated, "You did know where Lugia was!"

Articuno shrieked. Before anything else could happen, a water tornado appeared. Ash and Misty gasped as Lugia emerged. With him was another Lugia and a small baby Lugia. Silver.

Ash breathed, "Lugia! Silver!"

"Pika pika!" Pikachu said.

Misty added, "We found them!"

Quickly, the Water type gym leader brought out her Pokenav.

Lugia asked, "What are you doing here, Chosen One?"

Ash answered, "We've come to warn you. Lawrence's cousin, Yoni, is coming here to collect you and your found family."

The other Lugia did a double take. She covered Silver with her wing. There was no way she was losing her baby. Not again.

Lugia turned to Pikachu and Articuno, "Is that true?"

To that, both Pokemon nodded. The other Lugia turned to Silver, worried. Before anything else could happen, the airship arrived.

Misty paled, "Oh no."

Ash put Misty behind him as the floating stones started to rain down. Ash turned to Pikachu.

Ash commanded, "Thunderbolt!"

"Pika...chu!" Pikachu said, shocking the floating stones.

Misty threw a pokeball. Out came her Gyarados.

She commanded, "Dragon Rage!"

Gyarados did as it was told and it destroyed more of the floating stones. Articuno was using its Ice Beam while both Lugia's were using their Hyper Beams. Silver was using its Hydro Pump attack. Some of the floating stones were destroyed but some of them were headed towards Pikachu.

Ash cried out, "Pikachu!"

pokeball choices

Morrigan: 

She’s rich af, so she has easy access to the luxurious and expensive Pokeballs. Her first Pokemon, Josephine the Ralts, was a gift from her parents, so she arrived in a Luxury Ball. She then used an Ultra Ball for her Roselia, and a Dive Ball for her Goldeen. Being a rich af person, when she doesn’t have Pokeballs, she goes to buy Ultra Balls. These are her basic balls. 

She uses Pokeseals when she’s going into a contest. Otherwise, she removes them because she thinks they’re a bit overkill/unnecessary

Josephine – Luxury Ball (with a music note seal; she dances out like a ballerina to music)

Vivienne – Ultra Ball (with flower seals; she bursts through the petals to land in a flourishing curtsy)

Seraphine – Dive Ball (with bubble seals)

Odette: 

Lol she is that person who’s so ready with her 900 Pokeballs at hand to catch Pokemon. But her actual catch rate: 0. Her actual Pokemon: met them coz they all tried to steal her food.

Every time she sees a Pokemon, she’s so excited and ready, gets herself in position to fling a Pokeball. Does she actually catch anything? No. If she’s the main character in an episode, that’s the running joke of the episode.

The only special balls Odette has are from Morrigan, who kind of lowkey, carelessly goes, “Oh yes, I bought a Premier Ball for you.” It’s likely she bought Pokeballs in bulk, like those special offers where everything is cheaper. She bought ALL the special acorn balls once. She then promptly used them all up in her excitement and caught nothing. She also got her hands on a Heavy Ball and Friend Ball, but again, didn’t catch anything with them. Her Pokemon are all in Pokeballs. Irony, I tell you. The Safari Zone, to her, was like going to the theme park was for most kids.

Because of Morrigan, she knows of, and has access to cool seals. She gives her Pokemon food seals (obtained courtesy of Morrigan’s connections, plus a kind of horrified exclamation that won’t Odette want a nicer seal like a flower seal?). She thinks they’re quite a cool and clever idea she had. When she was putting on the Pokeseals, she frowned in concentration the whole time with her tongue sticking out while she veeery carefully stuck it on. 

Burg – Pokeball with a burger seal

Trunks – Safari Ball with an apple seal

Truffles – Pokeball with a mushroom seal

Ayla: 

Pokeseal bitch, along with one of her bffs, Day. They collect good Pokeseals and share and exchange them with each other. They shop online and IRL together. Ayla used to literally plaster every inch of her Pokeballs with Pokeseals. Now she’s outgrown that phase but does that mean she’s moving on from Pokeseals? Hell no. She loves them. 

BooBoo – Pokeball with heart seals

Noella: 

She just uses Pokeballs.

Bonnie – Pokeball

Bonnabelle – Pokeball

Jacob:

He just uses Pokeballs.

Lops – Pokeball

Mimi – Pokeball with a heart seal (from Eve)

Shedinja – Pokeball

Nova:

She is another rich af person who uses Ultra Balls as the basic ball. She travels quite frequently, so rare balls are relatively easier for her to obtain. Her Garchomp is in a Timer Ball because it put up quite a fight (testing her) before he allowed himself to be caught. She had prepared a Timer Ball because she had anticipated how tough it would be.

You would think he would be into Pokeball customization so he’s not a plebeian, but he thinks that all the Pokeball designs are ugly AF. If you gave him a Luxury Ball, he’s more likely to sell them on Ebay for 999.99 lol. 

If there were 3D printers, he’d make his own Pokeseals. Even if there weren’t, he would find a way to get Pokeseals with trash designs (none of that sappy heart and star shit) just so he’s not a pleb.

Red doesn’t like his Pokeseals. Boots gets the coolest (and least fugly) seals coz she’s special.

Elvis – Pokeball with seals (that look like gold Gucci shades??)

Trojan – Pokeball with trashy seals that have a lot of bling and glitter

Big G – Pokeball with trashy rainbow seals

Icarus:

He was a bit shy about using Pokeseals coz he liked them but he felt self-conscious. After Ayla’s enthusiastic encouragement  (she basically gave him a free pack lol, he shyly tried some.

Lilac – Pokeball with seals that release lilac flowers

Emily:

She’s happy with Pokeballs, no need for anything fancy. She dabbled a bit in Pokeseals when she was a teen, because it was a trend, though she outgrew that as she grew older. Vixey used to have a fire seal, Apple used to have confetti seals, Lemon used to have electric seals, and Star used to have star seals.
