Family Tree

James Henry Watson (b. 1991), is the third child of Kenneth and Clarissa Watson. 

He has two older siblings, Victoria Rose (b. 1985) and Roland Finley (b.1989). Both are married. Victoria married Sir Dominic Remington in 2009. They had their first child, Annabelle Katherine, in 2012. Roland married Florence Sophia Haley in 2013. They had their first child, Lily Mae, in 2016.

His younger two siblings are Thomas Louis Watson (b. 1993) and Natalia Maria (b. 1994), also married. She married Alfred Norton in 2015, at the tender age of 19.

James’s uncles on his paternal (Kenneth’s) side are as follows: Alexander Harold (b. 1957) and Edward Louis (b. 1962). Kenneth has no sisters. Neither of his brothers are currently married. 

Alexander divorced his first wife, Ivy Oakes, in 1986; his second, Eleanor Marley, in 1998; his third, Elizabeth Ramsay, in 2004; and his fourth, Rosie Kent, in 2014. 

He had two children with Ivy: Titus Oakes (b.1983) and Phillip Oakes (b. 1985); and one child with Eleanor: Amelia Ava Marley-Watson (b. 1995). He sees all three children regularly, though Amelia was the only child who Alexander was allowed to keep custody over.

Their parents are Lord Roland Louis Watson (b. 1931) and Lady Natasha Victoria Nelson (b. 1932). Lady Natasha died from complications in surgery in late 2015. She was 83. Lord Roland is known for his work in politics in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

James’s aunt on his maternal side (Clarissa’s) is as follows: Catalina Nicola Acton (b. 1966). 

Catalina has been married twice and has no children. Her first marriage was in 1988 to Rodger Barron. This ended in 2004 after Catalina accused Rodger of domestic abuse, something he still denies to this day. She remarried a childhood flame, Wallace George Acton, in 2007. She has had no children with either partner.

James’s grandparents on his maternal side are Samuel John Henderson (b. 1941) and Diana Bishop (b.1940). They first met during their school years in the 1950s - both were evacuated from the same region of London along with their mother’s. Both their father’s died because of WW2 (Diana’s father died in 1952 from injuries). What they had in common led to them becoming friends and then, lovers. They married in 1960.

Diana’s brother, Daniel Bishop (b. 1947), married Isobel Easton and is the father of Sir Marcus Rufus Bishop, a good friend of Kenneth and who is the influential force behind Roland, James and Thomas’s quick rise in the political sphere.

Though the Watson’s do come from high rankings within the aristocracy, the latest generation hold no titles and are unlikely to. Lord Roland’s title, as was his father’s before him, is merely traditional. The Watson estate collapsed financially in 1908.

The current home of the Watson family is Eversley, Hampshire.
