Who was going to tell me "Let's Go To The Mall" wasn't an actual 80's song and was in fact from How I Met Your Mother???

I first had contact with the song on Just Dance 3, and it sounded (to my untrained, didn't-live-through-the-80's ears) literally like an 80s song.

So today I was thinking about the song and searched it up on YouTube. First result was a Full HD video, which, fair enough, those 80s videos get remastered. But then - Neil Patrick Harris?

Comments told me. Wow. I didn't know people were doing songs in the style of the 80s before, like, Stranger Things in 2016. Nooo, this was 10 years before Stranger Things, in 2006. Wow.
