My only complaint about the Tremors movies (we're pretending the 6th one doesn't exist because it's racist misogynistic shittily written garbage) is that they never deescalated from the subspecies(?) that evolved to leap. That made sense for that specific one in that environment. It doesn't make sense for all the other ones in different environments to do that. It wasn't a learned behavior, it was an evolved behavior designed to suit that environment.

When we put on the first Tremors movie I was expecting some dumb heartless just stupid thing that means nothing and was just going to be for shock and awe and all this shit and it's like...no.......

It's heartfelt. It's meaningful. The characters are actual people and they care about each other and they help each other and the entire point of the first movie is that these people are poor and they live out in the middle of nowhere and no one is going to help them and they only have themselves to rely on

I just... I was not expecting to fucking fall in love with the Tremors series. I was expecting it to be something dumb like Sharknado that's not supposed to be taken seriously.

But Tremors is... Just holy fucking shit. I love it so much. The Tremors series, excluding shrieker island, is literally everything I want out of a series!!!

The characters are fleshed out and they're friends with each other and they like each other and they have personalities and they care about each other!!!! Heck, they aren't even portraying the monsters as irredeemably evil things!

God I fucking love this series.

See, Burt trained El Blanco to stay away from Tour Dude (we’re alost done and no I don’t know his name yet)’s truck, they can train it to eat cows and avoid people. 

Maybe start just giving everyone who comes there gross stuff to carry with them so it gets used to the idea that humans taste gross. Or create things to mimic humans and then make those taste gross. Or create an obnoxious sound whenever it gets too close to a human.

IF they can train it to avoid a truck and a voice, they can train it not to eat people.
