Heeeyyyyy it's me again lolll, sooooo have you checked out love and deep space (otome game with fighting monsters)? If not then you should, there are many hot characters there, i was rereading you paternal privileges and thought that "oh this is so zayne(one of the characters from love and deep space)" cuz if he's going to have a twisted side this really matches him well
Yeahhh, heyyyy. Prepare for unstructured Fang Dokja rambling.
Glad to see that you're also enjoying and reading the other stories. Paternal Privilege vibed more in Ao3 than in Tumblr, but I personally liked it as well. One of my first sex stories in general. Got lots of practice in it. And, in Ao3, people loved the ending haha. Thanks for sharing your input on it. It's appreciated :))
OK. I knew I'd get this question one day. And, I know some of you are Love and Deepspace (LaDs) fans (and also K-pop fans, especially you guys, I don't know why you're following me ahahhaha, but it's welcomed. Sorry, don't know much about K-pop like I hardly know DC).
OK SO! Of course I know this game! I played the game it was inspired by, Mr. Love Queen's Choice for more than 3 years! DADDYYYY VICTORRRR. I still have my account, whahhaha. Yes. This is bringing back memories.
And in Love and Deepspace's early release, like official first day, I was there! So, yes, I've played it.
Playstyle and graphics were cool. And, as a competitive gamer in general, ofc it was right up my alley. A bit clunky at first release, needed some adjustments, but generally good. It was way better in terms of graphics than Mr. Love, especially the interface and menus.
Though, I'd say what turned me off is I related more to the MC of Mr. Love than LaDs. Didn't really vibe with the MC of LaDs, a bit too emotional and outspoken for my tastes. Felt ENFJ (sorry, can't relate AT ALL to ENFJ's and ESFJ's especially) not gonna lie hahhahha. But, it's been so long since I played, so sorry if I get details wrong. Anyways...
I was just not vibing with the MC, and low-key plot as well. But, then again, maybe I expected too much. It usually happens when I do. I get so excited than it falls short of my expectations, and then I'm like ehh. So I just low key turn off my brain. It's also to prevent myself from spoiling myself. You have no idea how many times I've unwittingly spoiled myself in ANY fandom! It's genuinely unreal. So, it's like I have to stop thinking so I don't ruin those "huzzah" or "woahhh" moments for myself as a reader or audience.
Ok, back to the topic.
Why am I not making yandere content on it? Simple.
Because of this RULE:
Some characters remind of me of real life people too much, like for example, most “soft” and “green flag characters”. Reminds me of my friend’s boyfriend. And that person is gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss. It’s fricking weird. But in general, most reasons I don’t write certain characters is because it reminds me too much of people I know in real life.
My friend and I don't share stories. AT ALL. That includes any fandom, manga, anime, manhwa, video games, etc. There are some exceptions, but usually we have separate fandoms.
So, when I introduced this game to share with my friend. Majority of the characters, from the graphics to their behavior, fit my friend's boyfriend more. Reminded her of him more.
Didn't really find anyone that reminded me of my husband (only 4 main guys before). I do play games, or do anything really to spend time with him. And even in things like this, I do this so I can analyze my husband, think about him and brainstorm, etc. Just basically husband simping for me.
So, in conclusion, probably not gonna talk a lot about Love and Deepspace. And besides, I don't think the MC is like me anyway, so it's fine. I just have to not look at ANY fanart, 'cause man IT IS EVERYWHERE. I have to LITERALLY avoid it like the plague so I don't tempt myself.
Uh... I have a gaming addiction. HAHHAHAHA
Sorry, but strict rules being obeyed here as well in the friendship. We DO NOT SHARE STORIES. End of story. Hope you guys understand, though.
Yes, we're weird.
WARNING: The information below is just extra husband simping. Proceed with caution.
God, I am waiting for official international release of this game ESPECIALLY (when it comes to otome games):
My LORD, I will waiitttttt. If it's possible to release, Your will be done!! haha
As you can tell, I'm weak to muscles ahahahahahahhahahaha. Why? I love my husband so much, he's so handsome. I am weak.
OSBORN I JUST KNOW IT'S OSBORN aghhhh. especially him. But seriously. huuu well, my husband doesn't like talking about himself with anyone else besides me, so just have to use "analogies" like characters lollll.
Though, none can compare to my husband, of course. He's leagues above anyone else huuuuuuu. I love him so much.
I also told you guys. I relate to these memes. VERY. VERY. VERY MUCH.
You have no idea.
WAHAHHAHAH.
*exposes self*
But, I just love my husband so much. So, so, so much.
Yandere! Stepfather & Stepdaughter
Novella 1 : Paternal Privilege
He’s your family, but he doesn’t act like it.
🔞Pleasure in every strike, pain in every kiss.
🔞In the end, love is both their salvation and their damnation.
🔞His love is suffocating, but she’s forgotten how to breathe without it.
🔞Love shouldn’t feel like drowning, but he’s the only one who can save her.
She fell, but not by accident. He made sure of it.

Normally I don't really like the style of art in old school yaoi series/movies, but hey, that's generally the only ones us lot have to even watch online if we are in The Mood even tho there's new hentai for everything else everywhere, but I shockingly only just discovered Ikoku Irokoi Romantan//A Foreign Love Affair, and it seems to be only 2 episodes? This could be why it's not often listed... it's kinda yakuza vibes plus a ship captain. Mind you, as often happens, the nsfw scenes don't show actual nudity, but a lot of yaoi animation that gets a series tends not to. It's pretty romantic, and sexy too. There are scenes some people will find distressing, though, during a kidnap.

"Japanese yakuza clan heir Ranmaru just got married on a lavish cruise ship, but things aren't as they seem. The marriage is just for the appearances, and he ends up getting drunk and spending the night not with his bride but with the sexy ship captain. When the two men meet again in Italy, it is the start of a spectacular love story."

apropos of nothing, I made Tape-E

Who is Tape-E?
During one of the TMA livestreams (trying to remember which one), a fan question was asked ‘Is there a mascot (for the Archives or the show itself not sure)?’ One of the team suggested ‘Tape-y?’, to which everyone else responded with ‘Oh no!!’. So I thought, oh yes! So yeah, this is your fault 😘
What is Tape-E?
As Mr Bonzo is a parody of Mr Blobby, Tape-E is a parody of Clippy (these last two names rhyme).
Who is Clippy?
Clippy was a microsoft office assistant, introduced in 1997. He was a little virtual paperclip (officially called Clippit, but that name never caught on) who sat on the bottom right corner of the page, and was programmed to give advice in popup speech bubbles when certain actions were taken. For example, if you wrote out an address and ‘Dear’, Clippy would say ‘Looks like you’re writing a letter. Would you like help?’. The name Tape-E in the livestream seemed to be referring to Clippy, as there are many similarities in the behaviour of Clippy, and the actual tapes/ tape recorders in-universe:
always on by default
appears at inconvenient times
provides help you do not want
hated by (mostly) everyone
watching you with cold dead eyes
enjoyed by nostalgia and retro seekers
Why make Tape-E?
As I am of the same generation as some of the RQ peeps, I unironically loved Clippy and Mr Blobby as a child, and it gives me great joy to imagine, in the TMP universe, Sam getting a little pop up: ‘Looks like you’re trying to code a case file! Would you like some help with that?’ In our world this would be impossible - Windows NT (as the official name) was dropped in 1996, one year before Clippy was born, BUT there is voice recording on TMP’s ancient computers, so it’s not totally impossible! 😅😁
What are cassette tapes?
Just a little recap for those who didn’t grow up with tapes: Cassette Tapes contain information embedded in magnetic tape, wrapped around one spool and attached to a second spool. When played, the spools are turned by the machine and the magnetic tape is wound onto the other spool, the information read out through speakers as the magnetic tape moves through sensors. As the magnetic tape can contain different information depending on the direction of tape movement, you can flip the cassette tape over in the machine, and play the tape again, hearing another load of information. This concept is never utilised in the show, but it does mean that cassette tapes have A-sides, and B-sides (as Vinyl records do). Here, of course, this stands for Archivist-side, and Brutalpipemurder-side. On occasion, the magnetic tapes would become damaged, or bent, and could be pushed out of the cassette, causing a horrible noise, and terror to small children who were only trying to listen to their Just William tapes. When this happened, a pencil (or in my case, my little finger) could be jammed into the spiky spool ‘teeth’, to rewind the magnetic tape back into the cassette. Maybe that’s why the eyes are red? 🩸 I am very glad that the TMA tapes are magic, and record endlessly, never need flipping, and never get chewed up by the hungry machine.
Why is the name Tape-E?
Canon answer: the name stands for Tape-Eyes. Possibly Tape-Entity? Undecided.
Actual answer: Tape-y, Tapey and Tapie spellings look weird to me. I think Tape-E looks best.
Why a tape and not a tape recorder?
if you can crochet a tape recorder, you’re a genius and I love you.
What gender is Tape-E?
I might refer to Tape-E as male sometimes because that’s how people often referred to Clippy. But Tape-E is whatever gender Tape-E feels like being.
Why now?
Why not? also now is a good time because TMP episode 15 is an excellent episode
What’s going to happen to Tape-E?
I’m going to gift it to Jonny sometime, if we get more liveshows or book signings. It’s his fault this exists after all. Plus you can write whatever you like in the speech bubbles! Hopefully I can give it calmly? But maybe Tape-E will be yeeted in his general direction in a fit of ADHD-fuelled social anxiety. Only time will tell.
Tape-E is a pattern and design created entirely by myself. The inspiration and world building from whence it came, is entirely the genius of @jonnywaistcoat Jonny Sims, Rusty Quill @rqbossman and The Magnus Archives, which is a podcast distributed by Rusty Quill and licensed under a creative commons attribution, non-commercial share alike 4.0 international license.
Clippy was invented by Microsoft and Kevan Atteberry, who now illustrates children’s books.
Mr Blobby is an adorable abomination, created from a fevered mind.

The complete recaps of Alex Kister drama/controversies for those who constantly ask whether he is innocent or not and whether Mandela Catalogue Fetish content is or not.
(These texts you are reading come from the Fandoms Wikitubia page where there is a controversial stage by Alex Kister site. I didn't write it just so you know everything. I just copied the text and created it on a document for those who always wonder whether Alex is innocent or not. The ones that have underscore are the documents links that Ven and Alex's documents have published. I hope it helps and I hope the argument slowly stops.)
On March 12th, 2024, Twitter/X user Stirringjuice (aka Ven, an ex partner of Alex) uploaded a document against Alex Kister titled "Warning About Alex Kister". The document alleged predatory and manipulative behavior, along with accusing him of suicide baiting and abusing power dynamics with his fans. The document exposed messages of Alex's interactions with Ven, his activity in various Discord servers, and his interactions with a user who goes by the alias "DB" (another ex partner of Alex). The document heavily criticized Alex's sexual texting with Ven and DB, Alex discussing his gender with those in the servers (that included minors ranging from ages 14-17), and various interpersonal issues between Alex and his partners. Along with the initial document, various others posted statements accusing Alex of similar transgressions.
As a result of the initial document (which had gained 7 million views and 30k likes) and the other testimonies, the vast majority of the analog horror community across various platforms condemned Alex. Most of the cast and crew of the Mandela Catalogue quit and denounced Alex (with some leaking information about the show, including details about Vol. 5), various content creators spoke out against Alex, and Retro Release Video terminated their VHS release of The Mandela Catalogue whilst giving out refunds to those who ordered it. Alex, along with some of his defenders, were doxed as a result.
On March 24th, 2024, Alex Kister would post a response to the allegations on Twitter titled "My Perspective" (as well as a small response to The Mandela Catalogue being reported as "Fetish Content"). He retweeted a thread from one of his defenders alongside his statement. In the document, Alex denies the claims of being a predator and manipulator, as well of clarifying that he isn't a groomer/pedophile (accusations that were being spread around as a result of the allegations). In the document, Alex's main argument against the allegations is that his texts with Ven and DB, who are older than him, were consensual, reciprocated, and encouraged whilst also providing and respecting exits for his partners whenever they were uncomfortable. He also states that he never abused his power with fans as he never leveraged said power against them. He proved malicious intent from Ven, exposed lies and unsubstantiated claims, called out omitted context while providing additional context to the texts Ven showed, and called out hypocrisy, mismanagement, and defamation from Ven (such as accusing Alex of grooming on Tumblr despite initially saying he didn't groom anyone and later retracting that statement on Twitter). Alex also pointed out that he had no illegal or sexual activities with minors, calling Ven out for never proving said activities nor any malicious intent. In the document, despite arguing that he was not suicide baiting, as he has a history of self harm and suicidal ideation as well as the fact that his livelihood and relationships were being threatened, Alex apologizes for burdening DB and Mitcha (one of the accusers) with his suicidal ideation. He concludes by promising to not make friends with fans of his whilst also promising that The Mandela Catalogue would continue and that the story leaks were fake. He also discouraged people from harassing anyone.
The response (which has over 1 million views and 5k likes) had gained mostly positive support from those who were watching the situation unfold. Shortly after Alex posted his statement, Ven pledged to respond to the document, criticized Alex for not addressing the other accusations, thanked Alex for confirming what transpired was real, and criticized Alex for not understanding power dynamics. Ven was vastly criticized for this tweet. Some content creators issued apologies for not waiting for Alex to respond and immediately assuming he was guilty. Despite this, Alex was still criticized by some for not addressing all of the accusers and for not giving enough weight to the power dynamics between him and his fans. Alex made a follow up tweet condemning people for spreading rumors about and harassing other people. Some users had continued to dox Alex, resulting in Ven making a thread condemning the action and doxers. Alex disabled comments on his YouTube channel and deleted his Instagram posts after the doxing continued.
On April 8th, 2024, Ven issued a statement in which they said their intent was to no longer prolong the drama. They apologized for poorly wording and formatting the document, transphobic rhetoric in their document, including irrelevant and personal details about Alex, betraying him, influencing others, and turning his friends against him. They promised to delete their Twitter and did so the next day.
Many people came out in support of Alex whilst heavily criticizing Ven for false allegations. The cast and crew who had posted public statements against Alex have since deleted them, with some apologizing to Alex for their reactions. After Ven deleted their document, Alex deleted nearly all of his tweets (with the exception of his statement and a meme about The Mandela Catalogue).

could you summarize the lore drops? its gonna be a while until im able to watch the stream :/
Disclaimer: I watched bits and pieces of the stream off and on again with very bad connection, so I have not picked up on everything!!! I think you might be better answered by someone else but, still, thanks for thinking of me, I hope this helps somewhat!!
Spoilers for Pit Stop in Hatchetfield below:
Charles yellow jacket is Charles Coven, owner of CCRP he is the coven in the name!!!!
Dan and Donna are smoke club members.
They were both! present at the protest at the Hatchetfield kennel.
They dropped lore on the problematic puppy but i missed that.
Miss Holloway got to be a bit bitchy and i loved that she is so fucking badass bro.
They read through a scene of Bottle Imps and two (or three?) scenes of Miss Holloween.
Extreme bouts of Hollo-lore.
She is concerningly chill about sacrificing herself.
She has had enough! of giving herself up when it all inevitably is pointless. She's done her fair share of good!! She deserves to do something for herself for once, god damn it.
The Lords in Black appear as children! in cute little onesies. They seem to like Miss Holloway.
She has multiple names, she wants back her real, true one. There's one Wiggly wants.
Tinky smittenly repeats that Miss Holloway thinks he's cute! (she said it about all 5 of them)
Charles used to work in government (possibly PEIP) and he knows President Howard Goodman.
Miss Holloway revokes her deal with the Lords in Black. Implications... Think of them.
They mention a girl she saved ten years prior who didn't make it during that decade. It hits Miss Holloway hard. to the point she decides to turn back on her deal.
Brenda, the cheerleader from NPMD is a waitress at Miss Retro's!
Kyle went to college and Brenda failed. They are no longer together.
Duke helped Holloway set up an email! She is not good with this stuff.
New characters revealed:
Pastor Todd (Jon), a man that Riley's mother enlists to try and help her son. He does not what he's doing and calls Holloway.
Riley, a kid who finds a mask which attachs itself to and possesses him.
Monster Mask (Jeff), a mask that's a demonic entity of some sort.
Blaire (Mrah), Riley's mother.
Tucker the Fucker: Brenda's boyfriend. He sucks ass. Miss Holloway doesn't like him.
That's all I can remember at the moment, anon! I'm so sorry this is hours late, I got busy, but I hope this helps!!! If I remember more, I might edit this. (This does not touch on the death match. Unfortunately, I can't recap that)

cjdnsjxm I need a quick recap I've missed a lot- (the farthest I can remember was what I think was Kasper becoming Infected again and then I hadn't looked at amy other posts for a while)
nothing much really, he’s currently in the hospital with doctor retro taking care of him

I’ll answer this too
for a month or so he stopped taking his medication (aka the thing that made him kasper again)
why did he do this?
mostly out of fear and insecurity, although i won’t discuss a lot of it here (due to the fact i like people learning things as i post) it was mostly because Kasper felt like a burden.
hope this helps!

A funnyman's recap of Blue Archive
Volume 2 Chapter 1
We begin by being summoned to a Game Development Department at Millennium Science Academy! That's right, we're going to be real gamers now! Of course, the GDD doesn't ask for Schale willy-nilly, as they have a good reason.
That reason being that their club is on the verge of being dissolved. Catastrophe! Not only do they only have 3 members instead of the usually required 4 (exceptions apply, but not this time), they also haven't put out anything worthwhile. Their only achievement being a game they made.
It got "Worst Game of the Year" award.
We got our work cut out for us...anyway, the cute and funny cast (I SINCERELY HOPE THAT THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I MAKE THAT JOKE BECAUSE I DIED A LITTLE INSIDE)
Saiba Momoi
Pure of heart dumb of ass
Mario, but loud
Catgirl gamer
Good at Games, but gets overshadowed
Nyoom cat
Writer
(not gonna look up real life weapons anymore no one gives a fuck)
Her gun is called "Unique Idea"
Saiba Midori
Yes they are twins
Luigi, but calm
Better at games than Momoi
The artist
Also dumb, but hides it way better
AR "Fresh Inspiration"
These two implore the Sensei to aid them in their gamer quest to find the artifact of power, so that they may make the greatest game of all. They seek the G.Bible, something that houses the secret to making a good game, authored by a legendary game developer.
To do that, Sensei must accompany them to the abandoned district, teeming with rogue machines and danger. Within the ruins they find...
A girl.
And the G.Bible, but mainly a girl who has no idea how to human. It's pretty fucking clear that she isn't, but nobody questions the existence of an android, and they got the thing, so what the fuck ever.
Momoi has to sacrifice her saves on her handheld to download the G.Bible, which end up becoming unable to be retrieved. Sadness was had, but educating a clearly confused android girl comes first. And how do they do it?
Why, in the best way of all: Video games! Specifically, a marathon of retro RPGs, which Sensei leaves them to because ain't no way someone wouldn't dome him for fucking around like that.
This marathon ends up creating the glorious creature that is
Tendou Aris
A baby
Daughteru
Speaks in RPG
Does her dailies and gets snacks
Very headpattable
See that thing on her back? That's a railgun
"Supernova - The Sword of Light"
It weighs 120kg (~265lbs)
Strong widdle babbi
Too pure
The legend of Aris the hero starts here, as she becomes the much needed fourth member of the GDD.
....fourth?
Hanaoka Yuzu
Head of the GDD
Programmer
4head
Shy as fuck
Has a locker as a safe space and napping spot
Cutie patootie
Literal god gamer
Grenade launcher "Nyan's Dash" (take a wild guess)
Thus, the fourth member comes out, just as it is stated that they have a slight issue: the bible is encrypted. Naturally, there's only one department in the school that is able to help them out, but not before visiting the Engineering department, where Aris actually gets her gun.
(ending it here BC it's been a longer day than expected and I'm sleepy)

Down With Love (Peyton Reed, 2003)
Cast: Renée Zellweger, Ewan McGregor, Sarah Paulson, David Hyde Pierce, Rachel Dratch, Jack Plotnick, Tony Randall, John Aylward, John Munson, Matt Ross, Michael Ensign, Timothy Omundson, Jeri Ryan. Screenplay: Eve Ahlert, Dennis Drake. Cinematography: Jeff Cronenweth. Production design: Andrew Laws. Film editing: Larry Bock. Music: Marc Shaiman.
From its retro opening credits to its boy/girl gets girl/boy finale, Down With Love is a spot-on parody of 1960s rom-coms, specifically the Doris Day-Rock Hudson movies epitomized by Pillow Talk (Michael Gordon, 1959). Its aim is to spotlight modern attitudes toward sex, romance, and marriage by showing us the way we were only 40 years earlier -- which means, too, that the parody itself now looks a little dated 20-some years after its release. Critics liked Down With Love, audiences not so much, perhaps because you had to be steeped in those '60s movies to fully appreciate some of its gags. Like the original films, it's full of double entendres, including the split-screen effect that in Pillow Talk had Doris and Rock on screen in their separate apartment bathtubs, so that at one point it looked like the two of them were playing footsie. Down With Love's verbal and visual double entendres are, naturally, much raunchier than Pillow Talk's, which now seem quaintly innocent. The parody goes on for too long, so that some fatigue has set in by the time the film reaches its cleverest point, a denouement that consists of an extended speech delivered by Renée Zellweger's character that both recaps and upends everything we've seen. Zellweger and Ewan McGregor don't have the chemistry that Day and Hudson have, but it doesn't matter, because we're not supposed to take their attraction seriously. David Hyde Pierce gets the Tony Randall role in the film, the neurotic sidekick to McGregor's character, but an appearance by Randall himself in a cameo role unfortunately reveals how much better in the part he was.

Goddess of Victory: Nikke - Story Recap
Chapter 6: Pilgrim - Part 1
Ludmilla's fears the the rest of the research base was compromised by the Rapture's take over proves unfounded, and the main facility remains intact. As Counters and Unlimited approach the door, they find it is still locked. The security system is still up and running, and it needs a keycard to get in. Unfortunately, Ludmilla doesn't have one, as she neglected to take one when the automated weapons were compromised.
Neon volunteers to blow the door open, but Ludmilla advises against it, as not even Neon's superior firepower is getting through a reinforced 40cm bulkhead. Neon laments that she thought she had reached the pinnacle of firepower, when the Commander speaks up that they have a keycard.
Anis almost speaks up, but the Commander takes a breath and steels their resolve. Then they begin to dance, Mustang's theme song ringing in their ears.
Neon sheepishly asks if she's odd for feeling embarrassed, finding Tetra Line's crowning achievement much less impressive when her CO is the one doing the odd dance.
Alice, on the other hand, is thrilled. She assumes Rabbity is doing a victory dance, thanking the Goddess of Victory for their success, and eagerly invites Ludmilla to join in. Soon the three of them are dancing in sync, as Ludmilla compliments the Commander's moves.
As the dance party draws to a close, the keycard is glowing. Truly incredibly technology. The Commander morosely states that they can go in now, and Rapi thanks them for their brave sacrifice.
Inside the facility proper, Ludmilla breathes a sigh of relief that the interior seems untouched since Unlimited was forced out. She directs Counters to a specific terminal, saying she'll tell them which directory to search. Anis asks why she doesn't just do it herself, and asks if the computer is booby trapped.
Ludmilla walks over and places a hand on an idle monitor. Within seconds of her hand touching it, the small terminal begins to smoke and its screen burns out. Anis comments that Ludmilla had a legendary weapon too, as she shrugs and says that for some unknown reason, any electronic device she touches gets fried. Alice helpfully adds that she physically operates everything in Ludmilla's stead.
Rapi sits at the console, and Ludmilla gives her the password, "WonderLand", to log in. She directs Rapi to a file directory, then to a specific file. Rapi misclicks and accidentally opens retro PC game called Digital Cop, before quickly closing it and getting the right file. She has to input another password, this time "SuperUltraNikke", and opens an image, which Ludmilla directs her to bring up on a larger screen.
The picture is a map of the entire arctic region, marking every location and date where the Pilgrims have been sighted. Ludmilla admits she's only ever seen them from a distance, and never actually interacted with any of them. Rapi notices that the dates indicate the Pilgrims seem to be moving on some kind of regular patrol route through the region, and Ludmilla adds that they seem to be looking for something, and if the pattern holds, one should be passing by very soon. The particular individual scheduled to arrive is a Pilgrim that Ludmilla has given the codename "Snow White".
Rapi determines they have enough information to act on, and recommends to the Commander that the squad rest before setting out. Ludmilla leads them to the dorms.
Ludmilla welcomes Counters to make themselves at home, but the Commander stops and asks Ludmilla why she's been tracking the Pilgrims. Ludmilla raises an eyebrow and asks if they really want to know, then says she has two reason. The first, she'd rather not say. The second, she just feels like she should. When the Commander continues to ask why, she simply states that she won't tell them until she gets to know them better.
Ludmilla then calls Alice over and instructs her to keep the Commander warm while they rest. Alice obediently sits next to the Commander, and they're immediately hit by a wave of warmth radiating off of Alice and growing drowsy. Rapi asks if Alice is wearing some manner of thermal suit, and Ludmilla says it's just the opposite. Alice runs abnormally hot, and her bodysuit helps keep her cool. Ludmilla then tells the Commander they won't do anyone any good if they run themselves ragged, so Alice will help them get some restful sleep. The exhaustion of the day's effort washes over the Commander and they quickly fall asleep, as Alice cuddles up to their side and wishes them a good night.
The Commander wakes up the following morning feeling refreshed, and Rapi recommends they set out without delay. Anis asks if she's been able to contact the Ark at all, and Rapi says no, which is odd given that Shifty had told them the Alva Particles in the region were very sparse. Ludmilla says that kind of thing just happens now and then this far north, perhaps because of some natural phenomenon, or monster beneath the ice. Anis laughs at that.
Just then Alice jumps up and exclaims that she and Ludmilla need to check on the "sleeping princesses". Ludmilla gently tries to tell Alice that now is not the time, but Alice is insistent, as it's been a long time since she last saw them, and they may have woken up since then. Ludmilla is unable to resist, and she leaves with Alice, while Counters and the Commander follow along, curious as to what Alice is talking about.
Alice leads everyone to another room of the facility that is full of storage capsules. Rapi asks what they're for, and Alice happily says she'll introduce everyone to Princess Blue Hair.
With the press of a button, one of the capsules opens, revealing a fatally damaged Nikke in suspended animation, part of her skull missing to reveal a gaping cavity where her brain should be.
Alice goes to another capsule and introduces Princess Yellow Eyes. Inside is another Nikke, completely missing her body from the waist down, and likewise sporting a hollowed out skull.
Alice speaks affectionately of the so called sleeping princesses, how they have milk and cookies together, and one day, the princesses will be woken up, and all of them will go to Elysium together. Ludmilla seizes the opportunity and tells Alice to fetch her a glass of milk, since she was getting thirsty. Alice bounds off with a smile on her face.
Rapi asks if these are the Nikkes that Ludmilla's squad have "rescued", and Anis comments that they're all dead, wondering why Ludmilla would bother collecting the bodies. Ludmilla stubbornly says they aren't dead, to which Anis retorts that they're all clearly missing their brains.
Ludmilla takes a moment to collect herself before she explains. She tells Anis that she's been helping Nikkes for a very long time, and the most common thing she comes across in her efforts is Nikkes missing their brains. If a Nikke's brain die, she can never be rebuilt or revived. So, out of fear and desperation, lost Nikkes will extract their own brains and hide them, hoping against hope someone will find and save them.
That is what Unlimited does.
Rapi asks if they've ever succeeded in finding the missing brains, and Ludmilla says they have. They've saved dozens of Nikkes in this way. It's never a clean process, as separating the brain from the body while the Nikke is still conscious can obviously have disastrous results. Mind and body desync, amnesia, nervous breakdowns...but they all lived, and that is enough for Ludmilla to continue her work. Neon quietly comments that Ludmilla must have been through a lot, but all she says is that it's worth it.
She admits that she didn't intend to show Counters all of this, as seeing the worst case scenario is sure to make anyone anxious about the future, and apologizes for showing them something so frightening. Rapi tells her there's nothing to apologize for, and she respects Ludmilla's work, as do Anis and Neon. Ludmilla thanks them, but adds on that as long as they know the truth, there's something else worth mentioning.
It's getting harder and harder to find lost Nikkes in need of rescue over the past few years. Rapi asks if she has any guesses why, but Ludmilla has no idea. The actual survival rate reported from the Ark aren't changing, it's as if Nikkes that go missing during operations just never make their way north.
Just then, Alice returns in a tizzy, woefully telling Ludmilla that they're all out of milk. Ludmilla just asks if the leftover milk on Alice's lip has anything to do with it.
Rested and ready, Counters prepares to depart from the research base. Ludmilla and Alice must stay behind. The facility is their home, and their responsibility is to rescue lost Nikkes. They must remain at their post, so that any Nikke heading north has hope. And they must attend to the sleeping princesses as well.
Anis smiles and admits she had the wrong idea of Ludmilla, she's a good egg. Ludmilla says she just knows the difference between what she wants to do, and what she must do. She then turns to Alice, and explains that Rabbity and their companions have to continue on their own adventure from now on, and asks if Alice is okay with that. Alice beams and says she'll wait as long as needed for them to return and defeat the Queen of Hearts. Ludmilla turns back to Counters and says she hopes that they'll meet again, as she wishes to see how their story ends. The Commander nods in agreement.
The Commander takes one step away when Ludmilla stops them, having one last word of advice. She tells them that encountering something unfamiliar, or meeting someone strange, can be overwhelming, like two worlds colliding. They may seem alien and unknowable, and with that may come a fear of the unknown. But no matter how afraid they are, no matter how insurmountable the differences between them may seem, they must not destroy each other. The Commander must learn to appreciate the worlds of others, even if that means giving up a piece of their own, and they must never destroy someone else's world, for every one is precious, every one is someone's home.
Ludmilla asks them if they understand what she's trying to say, and the Commander nods, saying they'll take her words to heart. With that, Ludmilla and Alice bid them farewell.
