So, you know when you have to hold down the power button of a malfunctioning piece of technology?
That, but with any robot/cyborg etc. hermits.
Depending on how linked they are to the technology, it could be that a limb has to be shut down temporarily, or that their entire system (i.e. their brain functions) have to be rebooted.
This can be done as fluff or angst!
Tango is up too late working on his redstone contraptions? Well his good buddy Skizz is there to sneak behind him and hold down his power button to force him to take a nap already, jeez!
Iskall's eye has been bugging him, shorting out and all. He needs some help resetting it, so he gets a friend to hold it down and catch him when his brain reboots as well.
Etho has a panic attack during a repair session with Doc. He's gonna fry his systems if he can't calm down... Doc has no choice but to hold down his power button and reset him so he doesn't hurt himself further...
So many possibilities!
The first rule of computer troubleshooting, turning it off and back on again, applies to Hermits too. Having vision problems? Stuck in a spiral of bad thoughts? Just reboot!

okay not to waste energy being mad about the minecraft movie of all things but I am actually kind of heartbroken by how cynical it feels.
for example, making the creatures that inhabit the world offputting is so indicative of the underlying attitude the film seems to be taking to me. how many millions of minecraft animals, despite being pixels and code, have been genuinely loved by players around the world?
minecraft, despite everything it’s associated with these days, is incredibly earnest in a way that I feel few properties are these days… and genuinely one of the most beautiful games I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing. in its surprisingly melancholic moments in a solo survival world. in the laughs it’s given those far apart from beloved friends, allowing them to be roommates in a beautiful forest cottage or a volcanic fortress or a treehouse palace they’ve built together when thousands of miles apart. in the things people working alone and together have made of it- libraries of banned books made accessible through the medium of the game, scale models of worlds real and fictional, redstone machines with intricate circuitry and incredible intelligence and diligence behind them, in the friendships forged in the pursuit of these creations.
minecraft is collaborative and creative and contemplative in a way few games can be. minecraft, to those who have ‘beaten,’ it, says: everything you need is within you, the darkness you fight is within you, the light you seek is within you, you are not alone, not separate from every other thing, you are the universe tasting itself, talking to itself, reading its own code.
minecraft, when so many games are about escaping from yourself, is about connection with your self, your creativity, the plants and earth and animals and structures around you, the people around you.
for it to be, in this context, a self-referential, debasing cash grab, is not a surprise to me but does feel like a disservice to what the heart of this game is, and symptomatic of a wider trend in a storytelling climate increasingly dominated by spin-offs and reboots and tie-ins and remakes. the writers could have had the courage not to break the fourth wall, not to point and laugh and decry the silly memeable ‘get a load of this guy,’ block game, (and by extension ridicule themselves,) but I understand. it’s the same instinct to make the self-effacing joke before you can be laughed at by others for showing your honest self, to cringe from the vulnerability earnesty demands. that’s fine. personally- and I’m probably not alone- I just wish it wasn’t this game.
#Minecraft#minecraft end poem#the end poem#Julian Gough#minecraft movie#‘Sorren you’re taking it too seriously.’ Yeah. sorry.#I love Minecraft.#Also from a writing PoV I would die if I wrote smth like that.#like I’ve had to write cash grab stuff for a paycheck but I did my best to inject honesty in wherever I could deviate from the outline#I was given. the minecraft movie could quite literally have been almost anything and this is what they went with.#I would rather be ridiculed forever for my best efforts than hold back my best efforts. the sacred obligation of letting one’s art out into#the world so it doesn’t die with them and all that.

aha this entry definitely isn't late haha
Day Five - Season 1 or 2/Echoes
cw visual and auditory hallucinatons, drowning, temporary character death
It began with the excavation of the Hall of GOAT, which, in hindsight, makes a lot of sense. Usually, of course, Doc isn’t really about archaeology, or historical preservation, or any of that sort of thing, but when there was this already-existing structure right in the area he’d plotted out as ideal for his Perimeter, and it had a very nice block palette, well— Hermitcraft has always been a place for trying new things. And he is all about trying new things.
The further down he gets, digging out crumbling hallways and revealing copper piping, stumbling into overgrown caves that were once rooms that held the remains of some surprisingly complex machinery, the more curious he becomes. Who had lived here, long ago? There are other ruins on the server, but those are closer to spawn; this is a long way off from anything else.
Most of the rooms have been fully dug out when he first begins to hear it. At first, he chalks it up to a draft, coming in through walls that had settled over the centuries, borne down by the weight of the land above. Just a whispering breeze, filtering down through cracks and empty pipes to echo around the empty halls of the building.
Even after he finishes the reconstruction process, he can still hear it sometimes, when the hum of redstone isn’t filling his ears. He can never fully track it down; it starts to drive him mad. He takes to sleeping outside, just to get away from it. It is a blessed relief when the World Eater is finally finished; the constant pounding of the pistons and the continuous explosions as it chews away at the ground below it drowns out any kind of sound that might persist, and when he collapses into his bed on the nights when he finally gives in to sleep, his ears still ring from the TNT.
But when the Perimeter has been blasted out, there is nothing to fill his ears anymore. And now he begins to notice, as he returns to his storage system to begin work on his farms, that there’s something new. Alongside the whispering breeze, there is now the steady dripping of water.
Doc cannot for the life of him figure out where the damn noise is coming from. He has gone over every length of pipe at least six times. There aren’t any water sources so near the Hall of GOAT that they would be affecting the build. And yet. It persists.
It is also around this time that he starts hearing… footsteps. They are quiet. Subtle. But they are there, just a heartbeat’s delay behind his own.
Doc disconnects and reboots his audio input on the cybernetic side, hoping that it’s just some glitch, or maybe even the start of hearing loss in the remaining organic ear (he may not have been wearing proper ear protection the whole time he was running the World Eater), but it has no effect: the footsteps return as soon as he begins walking again.
It’s simultaneously better and worse when he’s out in the Perimeter. The footsteps disappear, which is a relief to his nerves, but the wind and water get louder. At least in the Perimeter he can pretend it is the rush of the air past him as he flies.
He hasn’t told anyone, because whenever someone comes to see him in the Perimeter, they never mention any noise at all— in fact, most hermits make some comment about how eerily quiet it is, aside from the redstone— and despite his pursuit of answers, he is not sure he wants the fact that it is all in his head to be fully confirmed. And it is not so bad, after all. He almost gets used to it, after a point— after months of small, constant noise, quiet starts to feel alien. It is— not quite comfortable, still, but it is… tolerable.
He draws a line at seeing things, however.
At first it is shadows, walking through his redstone machinery like it is not there. They are tall, with what looks like horns protruding from their heads. They don’t interact with anything around them— including him. One day, he had turned back just to look over his shoulder down the hall as he climbed out of the TCG room and there had been a shadow behind him, its horns just a few inches from the ceiling, just like his always were.
Its pace had precisely matched the footsteps that tapped softly in his ear.
He goes to his starter base-slash-shop back at spawn for a few days. For the first time, he can sleep in peace. Tension he did not even know he had been holding begins to drain away.
It is finally, blessedly, quiet.
Maybe, he thinks, I should just stay here for the season.
But the Perimeter is his task to accomplish— his demon to conquer— and he has fought gods and spit in the face of every law that tries to govern the universe. He will not be defeated by a hole in the ground.
He lands in the dead center of the Perimeter and is immediately sent to his knees by the roar of rushing water, deafening, louder than any TNT explosion or piston firing. He manages to look up and is frozen by the sight of a great wave bearing down on him, coming for him with a speed that he cannot even begin to calculate before it is upon him.
He is tumbled head over heels, clawing desperately for the surface, but he can no longer tell which way is up, and his hastily snatched breath is running out. He knocks his head against something hard— a farm? The ground?— and a rush of air leaves his lungs, involuntarily. He knows, then, that it is over, but he keeps trying for the surface until the bright colors of oxygen deprivation start clouding his eyes, and his chest starts convulsing as the water gets into his lungs.
[Docm77 fell out of the water.]
He wakes in his bed in his starter house at spawn, still choking on the feeling of water going down his throat. He gives himself ten minutes to recollect and re-arm himself, then heads back to the Perimeter, already afraid of what he will find when he returns. A flood like that could knock a number of his farms out of calibration, and would almost certainly wash away any exposed redstone. He has no idea where such a wave could have come from, but the damage will need to be repaired immediately.
But when he looks over the edge, there is no water. All his farms appear— at first glance— to be in working order. When he swoops down lower to investigate, all his items are laying in a pile, perfectly dry.
When he picks them up, he hears the distant but still distinct sound of water, drip-drip-dripping from some invisible source.

Something I just came up while doing.. stuff
So it's an AU, where PAMA somehow rebooted itself into the small computer we see in the photo in Harper's lab(I think of it as a prototype or... where PAMA's programming was originally supposed to be run in). But since this is a smaller device and not the final version we see but more of a prototype, it's not that capable or powerful. Especially since the redstone heart isn't there.
So PAMA can mostly just chip and control mobs
Anyways, what PAMA did was build a body. PAMA built a humanoid robot and transferred itself to the humaniod
Now PAMA tries to blend in with the humans and go looking for the redstone heart and it's creator
So was this done before or.. am I allowed to just... keep elaborating with this?

my opinions on qsmp mc skins
because i havent written anything that can be posted yet but i wanna post something lmao

Soooo lets start off simple, Mikes is actually very fitting for him and honestly the cracked out eyes are an improvement from his more classic skin but i cant lie im taking points off because his like boxes look like they are waist high to me for some reason also like what are his shoes,,, are they like torn,,,, are they crocs wtf is on his feet

baghera ducky skin is so cute and very pleasant color palette but i cant lie i love her election fit more, i think the black and white is such a good contrast and i love that the suit isnt shaded to match the rest of the skin. i just wish it didnt sacrifice the colors on her hat :(((( still amazing though 10/10 professional ducky

This skin is like the platonic ideal of a minecraft skin to me. It's a skin from a decade ago and i can tell, the eye bright colors, shading like a noise texture, it's beautiful to me, truly iconic. Gegg forever. Also i know this is Not The Idea that he probably had while making it but i kinda love that his shoes looks like yellow rubber boots since he deals with a lotta electrical (redstone) wiring

I think Bagis skin is like top 5 for me, the dark deep red and green, her white hair being shaded with an almost deep pink, the blue in the eyes getting brought out with the light blue of the shirt. The feather in the hat is so cute. genuinely one of the best. 10/10

Now,,,,, Cellbit on the other hand.... His classic skin unnerves me. I think its the way the shading on his face looks like a dull beard but like,,, it doesn't extend to the sides of his face,,,, the greens a little too bright idk it just doesn't speak to me. His reboot skin on the other hand is giving everything the classic thought it was. Love that they made his fucking boots higher too lmao. Serving 2015 herobrines mansion npc

Reaction Post to Skittle Steve's Creation And First Time Meeting People
https://youtu.be/TmHD-GkKUpA?si=uUs6Dkb8nAl0Ph84
https://youtu.be/bdGhIEXW03E?si=U9IXw3PMlbmH0cuK (I know the whole story of The Steve Saga, but haven't even gotten close to seeing all of Origins, so I'm gonna watch this in timeline order.)
This reaction post format is inspired by @illusion-reality-steve, go read Stress's posts if you like The Steve Saga.
Hm, so Rainbow Steve is basically a last resort. Maybe even an act of desperation. Interesting.
So, Rainbow was created in this place, I don't see any hoppers or anything. Doesn't really look like a machine.

This part looks like a meeting room, and for some reason Rainbow Steve's "storage tank" leads right into it? Odd.
He apparently doesn't know what a table is? I mean I guess he has an excuse, having just obtained consciousness, but he knows what paintings are though?
He really does not like thunder, to be fair though, it is an indication of power here, so I guess that makes sense.
"Wait a second, who am I?", wasn't expecting that, he must have so many questions. "Why don't I remember anything? [...] I don't even know my name." Yep, here comes the emotional damage.
Interesting that Rainbow Steve expects someone else to be there, perhaps this ties into memories of the Elders that created him. Could he hold their memories, deep, deep down?

So, like, do steves... bleed or is this redstone? We see so little of this place it's hard to tell.
Rainbow Steve is out here avoiding that hallway and his problems like Neo from The Matrix. Also, yep, no redstone up here, how in the world did the Elders create this steve?
Not even RBS knows what the stuff on the floor is.

Okay, no, seriously, what is is this place? It's just on the side of a mountain.
Welp, guess he's RIPbow Steve now. (Also, he had so much time to avoid that.)

Wow, sure is convenient that Green was casually strolling through the area.
Rainbow Steve just casually starts catastrophizing, lol.
Ha, he tries to be intimidating, scares Green and immediately goes back on that idea. He's too nice /pos.
Rainbow seemed to have forgotten that he's only been one other place when he said he didn't recognize Green's house.
Nature rectangle man lives in a big ol' tree. That's genuinely pretty cool.
Ah, a Tree of Life, just like the Rainbow Tree of Life, but seemingly much smaller and made of actual wood. Wonder if we'll learn more about these.
That moment when Rainbow Steve is born knowing what chimneys are, but not tables.
Is "The Steve Realm" implying there's realms for other beings or is it just the overworld and then places like the Spirit Realm are the only others? I mean Sabre went through multiple servers before reaching the main one with Rainbow Steve.
And Rainbow Steve gets his name, ironically with the same thought process Sabre went through.
Rainbow Steve listed a bunch of possible steves, let's see what he got right:
Red Steve, yep
Blue Steve, yep, both part of the big 3.
Brown Steve, nope, would've been cool though.
Yellow Steve, yep
Purple Steve, yep
Orange Steve, not until the reboot buddy.
Red Steves just out here getting casually generalized as being aggressive.
The immediate realization Rainbow Steve has when saying Green can be a tree person is glorious.
He is here, if I hadn't already seen the first 4 episodes of this, I'd guess who "he" was (maybe I'd even think he was Reverse or Shadow), but since I have seen these first 4, I'll conclude the post here.
Have a nice day!

!For theme with some friends to lovers thrown in!
Now there were a few things currently coursing through mumbo’s mind at the moment but currently there’s only two things occupying it. One he’s finally moved out of his tiny very cramped apartment which is a relief on his body sometimes being 12ff tall isn’t a fun thing so hurray for new home! But number two is he’s now rooming with the hottest blaze hybrid in the known worlds Gemini Tay Grim aka the best alchemist on the planet with a crown of molten metal horns, flaming hair that puts the sun to shame, and a sense of fashion Mumbo still is trying to understand. Like how do you have a flaming dress and not burn?!
Well that’s a lie there are three things on his mind and the biggest one is the currently softly snoring Gem on a pile of books like it was a bed drooling a little in cottagecore pajamas…safe to say he’s now having to reboot his brain. Now Gem was in need of a new roommate after Cleo moved out because they had managed to snag their dream job and she couldn’t be happier for her best friend! But now she needed a new roommate sure she had enough money to cover the costs of her giant ominous fire tower being one of the best alchemists in history has its perks!
But it gets lonely as hell she’s only one hot blaze! So she posted an offer online for roommates and managed to snag one quickly when the person said they just need a literal bigger space than their current apartment. Seriously how did this guy not snap his neck in such a small place? And she fell into her bad habit of staying up all night reading again in her very comfy bee pajamas and woke up to see her new roommate standing there bewildered at the sight before him…welp! So much for first impressions.
And after some explaining of why Gem doesn’t look like she’s ready to incinerate Mumbo for seeing what he saw she quickly explained that was just a public persona. And while the moving in process took less time then either expected it quickly became apparent the two were crushing on each other hard when Mumbo attended a photo shoot with gem where she had to wear a black dress that made it look illegal with how drop dead gorgeous it made her. They even roped in Mumbo to do a few poses which didn’t help Gem either. And from there it was a boiling pot til both admitted they had a crush on the other. And after the embarrassment died down they happily began dating with gem even teaching mumbo some alchemy to help his redstone. Seriously who knew redstone golems were so cute!
But the two had a lot of explaining to do when Cleo came for a surprise visit to see gem napping on Mumbo’s back while he was fixing the arm of one of his many little redstone golems…yeah that’s definitely going into the top ten most awkward moments folder.
Rando anon
Gem chose Mumbo for how earnestly he answered her questions. Plenty of people applied; only a handful of those were possibilities. So many were just in it to hook up with her or get gossip, and she's not stupid. Mumbo, though... He knew who she was (a few people pretended not to. It was obvious.) Yet, he just seemed genuinely excited about moving into a bigger space. A little intimidated by her - but she'd be more worried if he wasn't.
Cleo did offer to do a full vet of him, up to and including interrogating him on arrival. Gem managed to hold them back and tell them to actually do the job they'd worked so hard for. They still sent her various pieces of information about him until he moved in.
Mumbo, it turns out, is just as earnest as he came across. He spent his first week just marveling at the high ceilings! He's a little awkward, but sharp as anything. His interest in her work seems genuine too, and he shares his own work in return. He's one sharp cookie she tells him, poking his nose.
Inviting him to one of her shoots was a little impulsive, but Mumbo had wanted to know how her clothes worked. What better way than to show him? She didn't mean for him to be pulled into photos, or for her sappy smile at him.
It softened Gem's public image for a while. Until somebody tried harassing Mumbo and Gem almost literally blew up at them. She wasn't even pretending that time.
Mumbo also still insists on paying her for the room. They're literally sharing a bed, and he still insists on paying rent. He's incredible.

Hey I've never rlly seen anyone talk about s3 of redstoner and figured if anyone should be asked it probably would be you. Do u know whats up with it, is it finished, abandoned? I've seen uve said in the past it implies the lapis moon might be complicit but I think I missed the evidence for that?
hiya! had no idea i was a redstoner expert now. wow the times have changed. anyway!
season 3 of redstoner -- what i tend to call r3/reboot due to its similarity in tone to the start of the series and its seeming lack of connection to the other two seasons -- is abandoned, near as i can tell. it didn't go many places, so i can't quite call it "finished", but it's an interesting watchthrough in its own right.
as for my theory that implies the lapis moon may be complicit, it gets a bit weird and definitely a bit conjecture-y -- you can kind of consider it more of a headcanon based on what little information about r3 canon we have.
basically, r3 hits a lot of the same early plot beats as s1 of redstoner with a distinctly more surreal and isolated feel -- less of the outdated humor, more of the weird glitchy stuff right off the bat. part of this is we see the red sun begin to form as a floating clump of redstone on the outskirts of ross's stuff.
however, the thing about r3 is that every character is ross, or rather that there is only one character and it is ross. the last episode, around when i suspect the "turning point" for the series would've been (think the Hatsune Miku episode from s1), features ross using an ice-boat highway to travel very quickly away from his area in the desert... and into an identical area, where he punches out an unsuspecting version of himself.
thing is? that identical area has one key difference -- the floating ore clump is lapis. and given that earlier in the series there's definitely instances where ross basically finds bits of his stuff or machines missing, it's definitely not a huge stretch to assume another ross was responsible for that stuff vanishing.
so, yeah, in my personal opinion there are very light implications that the lapis moon and red sun are, at the very least, slightly more aligned in r3/reboot than they are in s1 and s2 of redstoner. i'm sure more episodes on the series would've either made this connection clearer or at the very least concretely disproved it -- but we don't have more episodes, so we make do with what we have here!
hope this helps, anon! :D

Scoop: Warner Bros. Discovery (@wbd) in talks to merge with @Paramount — David Zaslav met w Bob Bakish on Tuesday at Paramount HQ to discuss — Zaslav also has spoken to Shari Redstone about a deal — WBD has hired bankers Story on @axios: https://www.axios.com/2023/12/20/warner-bros-paramount-merger-discovery-streaming
Some (possibly) interesting network news. With WBD still holding the SPN IP, anything involving them could have an impact on if/when we ever see a revival.
Sigh. What a mess.
I know these companies will still be making content even if they merge, but something like that could certainly affect a possible reboot. Whether it's for or against? Heck if I know.

Official Communication - Letter: Elon Musk (@elonmusk) and Shari Ellin Redstone (chairwoman of Paramount Global)
The Art of Movie Reboots: A Case for World Building and Reimagining
Introduction
Many filmmakers, actors, and directors often express skepticism about movie reboots, dismissing them as uninspired or unnecessary. However, I urge you to take a step back and consider the fundamental reasoning behind the rebooting process. Reboots, when executed correctly, are not merely cash grabs or lazy filmmaking—they are opportunities to honor and elevate past works by applying modern storytelling techniques, advanced technology, and bigger budgets.
To truly understand why we reboot films from the 1970s, 80s, and 90s, we must first acknowledge the limitations that filmmakers of those eras faced and recognize how our advancements today provide the means to refine and expand upon their creative visions.
Why Do We Reboot Movies from Past Decades?
Economic and Technological Constraints of the Past
When many iconic films were originally produced, screenwriters and directors often had limited financial resources. Budgets were constrained, special effects were rudimentary, and certain ambitious storytelling elements were simply impossible to execute convincingly.
Despite these limitations, many of these films introduced brilliant concepts that, if given the resources, could have been developed into even greater cinematic experiences.
Advancements in Filmmaking Today
Fast forward 30 to 50 years, and we now have the economic and technological capacity to revisit these films and fully realize their potential.
High-quality CGI, immersive world-building, and refined storytelling techniques allow us to transform these older concepts into modern masterpieces.
In essence, rebooting is a way of paying homage to the creative minds of the past while elevating their work to match today’s cinematic standards.
A Perfect Example: ‘The Net’ (1995) vs. Its Reboot in 2025
Consider the 1995 film The Net, starring Sandra Bullock. The movie revolved around themes of technology, surveillance, and cybersecurity—topics that were forward-thinking at the time but limited by the technological constraints of the 90s.
While the film had an intriguing premise, its execution was restricted by the era’s relatively primitive special effects and knowledge of cyber technology.
If we were to reboot The Net in 2025, we could:
Reimagine the story to include contemporary issues such as artificial intelligence, social media surveillance, and digital identity theft.
Implement cutting-edge cinematography, better special effects, and modern storytelling techniques to make the film more immersive.
Cast an actress like Gal Gadot, who could bring fresh energy and depth to the lead role while benefiting from the advancements in film production that Sandra Bullock did not have access to in 1995.
Expand the film’s scope through world-building, making the story more expansive, interconnected, and relevant to today’s audience.
By doing this, The Net would not simply be a remake—it would be a full-fledged reimagining that honors the original while making it more impactful for a 2025 audience.
The Two Golden Rules of Rebooting: ‘World Building’ and ‘Reimagining’
For any movie reboot to succeed, two essential principles must be followed:
World Building
A successful reboot does not just retell an old story—it expands upon it, creating a richer, more immersive cinematic universe.
This involves deeper character development, interconnected story arcs, and well-defined settings that enhance the film’s impact and allow for future sequels or spin-offs.
Reimagining
The goal of a reboot should not be to simply replicate the original film with updated visuals. Instead, it should reimagine the story by modernizing its themes, introducing fresh subplots, and innovating upon the original concept.
This ensures that both old and new audiences find value in the reboot—fans of the original appreciate the tribute, while new viewers experience a film that feels fresh and relevant.
The Financial and Cultural Benefits of Reboots
Box Office Success: Reboots have the potential to generate billions of dollars if executed properly. By choosing the right films to revisit and applying the principles of world-building and reimagining, studios can tap into nostalgia while attracting a new generation of moviegoers.
Cultural Relevance: Older films, no matter how beloved, may not always resonate with modern audiences due to outdated storytelling techniques or themes. A well-done reboot allows for cultural updating, ensuring the story remains meaningful in today’s world.
Artistic Opportunity: Reboots give writers, directors, and actors the chance to breathe new life into classic works, offering them a platform to explore and innovate rather than merely replicate.
Final Thoughts: Making Reboots ‘Cool’ Again
Hollywood should not shy away from reboots. Instead, studios should embrace them as a legitimate art form, provided they follow the two golden rules:
Rule #1: World Building – Expand and enrich the original story, giving it depth and dimension.
Rule #2: Reimagining – Modernize and innovate upon the original concept to create something new and exciting.
When these principles are applied, reboots will not only be successful but will also be seen as a valuable contribution to cinematic history rather than an uninspired retread of past works.
The rebooting frenzy should be celebrated—not ridiculed—because it represents billions in revenue and an opportunity to bring classic storytelling into the future. Let’s make reboots cool again by honoring the past while embracing the possibilities of today.
Angelo (POW)
P.S.:
Here's a concise synopsis of this letter:
The letter presents a compelling argument in favor of movie reboots, addressing common criticisms while highlighting their artistic and financial potential. It explains that many films from the 70s, 80s, and 90s were constrained by limited budgets and technology, preventing filmmakers from fully realizing their creative visions. With today’s advancements, Hollywood has the opportunity to revisit these films, honoring the original creators while enhancing their stories through improved storytelling, CGI, and world-building.
A key example is The Net (1995), which had a strong concept but was restricted by the era’s technological limitations. A 2025 reboot, featuring modernized themes and superior production, could transform it into a cultural phenomenon.
The letter introduces two essential rules for successful reboots:
World Building – Expanding the story’s universe, developing deeper characters, and creating interconnected narratives.
Reimagining – Updating the original concept with new themes, subplots, and innovations to make it relevant to contemporary audiences.
By following these principles, Hollywood can make reboots a respected art form rather than a source of criticism. The letter concludes by encouraging studios to embrace reboots as a means of generating revenue and revitalizing classic films while ensuring they are executed with creativity and purpose.

“According to the info I was given from Lukas, my unit was reactivated by an external shockwave. The energy signature was sufficiently potent to trigger emergency reboot protocols and restore core functionality.”
“As of right now, we both have no idea what initiated that shockwave. But whatever it was, Lukas suspects it is not satisfactory. Especially when it is powerful enough to reactivate something like me that requires the Redstone Heart.”
“To add, I only took a picture to show proof that my Lukas is not under my control.”
“Furthermore, I am aware of the past and what I did. Right now, I am in no shape to have that same power as before. Especially when I am immobile. I assume that my version in your world is fairly different from me? Do they still remain dormant?” -PAMA

Hello PAMA. You look.. smaller.
[A thought strikes him. What if this PAMA from a universe where it was never evil or something? Wait, another Lukas-]
Where's your Lukas?
