"Yeah," after opening the door, Dennis cautiously leans his way out past the threshold to see where Mitch is going. "I heard him stiff you too." Which was kind of funny; kind of hard not to laugh at it either.

Seeing that there's now a relatively safe distance between them though, Dennis ventures out into the hall and heads down towards the kitchen and dining area to fetch his supper. "Maybe you can sucker Rin into paying it though." A pause. "Actually, don't do that. He'll just ask to borrow eight thousand yen from me first."

It's almost comical, in a way, how Lewin genuinely tried to keep their gifts separate from each other so that they'd know who's was whose. The logic was sound too because the boys should honestly be sleeping in their own beds. It's just also funny because Lewin is the most crass person whenever he speaks about their relationship, yet he didn't notice how only one bed in their room is in active use...

Thank god for names tags though, and thank god again for Dennis' preference in blue coloring. He winds up with the right poncho no problem, and doesn't hesitate to put it then flop down in bed to cuddle with it either.

If Dennis think it's a bad time because he's sick, he's forgetting how little Lewin cares about cleanliness. The Arc Knight is just glad the kid seems to have moved past that whole little hospital thing.

"There's never a bad time for questions," he grins as he plops down next to Dennis. "Shoot."

Dennis was more concerned about the Arc Knight's time table and workload, especially since Lewin's lost several days to a random spell. But since he doesn't seem pressed about anything the teen will step into his office without much hesitation. He'll keep some distance though, to avoid spreading this random, legitimate flu virus to Lewin.

"I was wondering about... well, a lot of things." He feigned a laugh and smile while he rubbed at the back of his neck for a moment. "Like-- Rin mentioned one time how there's tamers who work for the Order just to build and draw up contracts with demons, and I was wondering if that was a real thing or not. And also like-- summoning sigils. Does their potency or effectiveness change at all if I make one up with a pen and paper versus just blood? Or does it not really matter? Cause I know the symbols matter, but like, if I have to use blood on a piece of paper to draw a demon in then using nothing but blood would kind of be like a bigger attraction, right?"
