I think logically that would make sense, but it doesn’t seem like it works that way in cannon.

Look how low the spear is, I don’t think If he was his normal height it’d be that low.

And here we can see the outline of him. I know she’s looking at him here, but this was the closest screenshot I could get. If you watch the scene, you can see a little before this there’s a bit of fuzz indicating his outline.

We can also see here that the spear is too low for Jack to be his full height.

I think the animators or whoever just made a mistake. These are the only scenes where he’s wearing his cloak fully.

One of my favorite things in Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarves is Jack is the only one with different bedding on his bed.

All the others have this plain blue blanket and a pillow then here’s Jack with purple and gold with intricate designs on the edges.

Just plain and simple, then there’s Jack:

It’s so extra. It’s even a different bed frame. Like it’s not even a standard pillow. I love Jack so much he’s my favorite.

Also purple’s considered the color of royalty because in historic Europe there was a rule only royalty could wear purple. This was because it was really expensive to make, so even if someone could afford to purchase it they couldn’t.

I also started my Jack and his love interests fanfic. Since she isn’t inspired off of someone in fairytales, at least I don’t think she is, I named her Matilde. I’m not sure who I’m gonna do next but I know l’m gonna do Arthur and little red riding hood, Hans and sleeping beauty, and prince average.
