Пожалуй, с этой франшизой романтика ассоциируется, как с никакой другой. Кроме тактических сражений на сетке и в пошаге важным моментом игр серии является окучивания разных однопартиеек, что обычно оканчивается не только поцелуем, но и женитьбой, и даже детьми, вырастающими в новое поколение приключенцев. Таким образом, решая кого позвать под венец, мы определяем себе не только понравившуюся героиню, но путь развития для следующей части игры. У каждого варианта есть свои плюсы и минусы, так что это тот самый случай, когда лучше всего слушаться не сердца, а разума.

The romances aren’t really the main focus of the story, actually. The heroines’ affection for the hero you’re currently playing change depending on your decisions throughout the game. There are cute moments with each girl, some heartwarming, some funny, some just plain fanservice, but the story is more focused on stopping the tidal wave of evil from overtaking the entire planet.Each hero has his own personality and his own set of love interests, and their interactions with them aren’t necessarily always controlled by the player. If a heroine’s affections are at 4 or higher, maximum being 5, you can choose to marry them at the end of the generation. At this point, the ‘Horoscope’ option in the towns is helpful because who you marry changes what your son will look like and what his stats, passives and weaponry will be, and the ‘Horoscope’ shows you what he’ll look like with which bride and what his stats and weapons will be. His passives, you don’t see ’til you’re playing him. This aside, it’s not just what woman you choose, it’s how much she loves your character, Affection 4 or Affection 5. In later generations, it your ancestors throughout the game will factor in. The hero of the 5 generation has over 20 possible outcomes because of this, although like all heroes, his appearance depends entirely on his mother.

If none of them like you enough, the game picks the ‘default’ heroine for you to marry, and I assume your character will have really crappy stats, but you’ll really have to go out of your way to have all three love interests dislike you.
